After a recent hail storm, I had two inspectors from RoofItForward, Mark Otterbourg and Alex Sajonz, check my roof for damage. After a thorough inspection the gentlemen informed me that my roof did not sustain any damage. I was relieved with that information and very impressed with the experience for several reasons.
The inspectors were honest, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They took time with my wife and I made sure we understood the situation. Mark and Alex are fine representatives of RoofItForward and when it comes time to replace my roof I will certainly call RoofItForward.

Mark and the Company have been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, starting from the initial assessment and all the way through the completion of the job. They answered every single question and walked me through the process in detail, explaining every single aspect of the job. They have been very involved in guiding me through the process of picking the right materials, choosing the color, scheduling the job, etc.

One of neighbors had his roof replaced. Mark and a few other guys walked around our neighborhood. He asked if he could check our roof for any shingle damage since a couple of days earlier there were wind gusts greater than 60 mph. Sure enough we did have shingles that were broken and missing. We filed a claim with our insurance company. They sent out an inspector and the roofing company also sent out an inspector. Both inspectors agreed the roof needed to be fully replaced. The insurance company sent the money and a date was set up.
Roof it forward did the job in one day! They were very professional and cleaned up after the job was completed. We have already recommended roof it forward to some of our neighbors. Friendly and professional!!

I recently reached out to Andrew for help with a specific roofing quote. Within one day he came out to my house and provided me an estimate. He was extremely courteous and professional as well. Thank you so much for everything! I would highly recommend.

Due to hurricane helene my roof looked like a giant used the shingles as a nail file. Needless to say i needed a full roof replacement. I called several roofing companies in south east georgia to no avail. Most companies either never called back, never showed up or whose schedules were to far out. With roof it forward they came out quickly estimated the damages and helped us pick out the shingles we wanted. Highly recommend for those who are in need of a new roof. Also the workers showed up quite early before the material and dumpster. These gentlemen worked diligently and quickly as well as repair damaged boards. Give'em a call great work guaranteed.

Roof it Forward was a great experience for myself. I called right after Hurricane Helene had come through and damaged our roof expecting to not hear back from anyone due to the high demand for roof service. Mark called me back the same day and met me to take a look at the damage. He helped me through the insurance process and got the job done in just a couple weeks. I couldn’t be happier to have used Roof it Forward to get my new roof!

After hurricane Milton we had a few shingles missing from our roof. While many roofers seemed to only be after the big jobs it was refreshing to have Andrew and Roof It Forward be able to take and fix out small repair right away.
It’s actions like this and seeing their work here and at other locations will ensure that I use them in the future and recommend them to others.

We had a very positive experience! I called “Roof It Forward” to come out because we had water coming out of the ceiling of our bathroom and looked to be coming from the roof. Melody answered and was so sweet! She gathered my info and explained that Andrew B. would contact me soon. Andrew called me within 10 minutes and was knocking on my door within an hour of his call!!
