A&R was recommended by a friend. He came quickly n he and his men replaced a porch roof, painted 3 porches, replaced bathroom tiles, replaced & painted fence ballusters, powerwashed n stained a deck and replaced window screens. He did other smaller things too. I was very happy with Ramiro and his workmen who proved to do good work and was very responsible and trustworthy. I will definitely use his services again. Gloria B

I began getting estimates for a new roof several years ago. When Ramiro inspected my roof at that time, he said my roof was fine and that I had a few more years (Honesty is everything!) A few years later, I reached out to Ramiro again. It was time. He promptly responded to calls and text messages, gave me a good price and took before & after pictures. Ramiro’s crew was respectful, arrived on time and left the area around my house as they found it…clean.

We were very happy with the repairs made to our roof and interior drywall due to an issue with flashing around a vent. So much so, that we asked A&R back to do some exterior painting for us. Communication was timely, and the work was completed quickly. A good value!

I asked A&R Roof Services to bid on replacing my roof. They gave me an estimate that was significantly lower than other bids. They showed up promptly (July 2022) and completed the roof and replaced all the gutters in 2 days. I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The crew worked really hard.
I was so impressed, I had them come back in August and replace the old aluminum siding with vinyl siding and replace 3 windows. This job took a week, again they showed up on time and worked very hard on the job. They cleaned up and hauled away all debris at the end of the job.
I would highly recommend them to anyone for roofing, gutters or siding work.

Ramiro and his team at A&R Roof Services, LLC did a fabulous job! I had the roof repaired and new gutters and downspouts installed. He patiently dealt with me in getting approval for roof and gutter materials and colors through my homeowners association. All the work was professionally done. Romero is extremely responsive and kept me abreast of supply issues. I would definitely use him and his team again for other home improvement projects.

Squirrels destroyed the gutters and chewed football sized holes in the wood behind the gutters. Took them less then a full day of work to replace 91 feet of wood, wrap it, install new gutters, and install metal gutter guards. They hauled away all of their trash and didnt interrupt my wife working. Great company

Ramiro & team did professional work at a reasonable cost. We had a new roof, gutters & siding installed over a few days in cold December. We found another section that needed to be sided that we didn't realize until after the estimate and the cost was still very fair. No surprises + warranty. Ramiro also added a new cap that replaced an older one at no cost and reinforced the brackets on our metal chimney. Job well done!

A&R Roof Services is an excellent company. A&R Roof also offers competitive, fair pricing. Mr. Ramiro and his crew are professional, punctual and provide fantastic workmanship. A&R replaced damaged siding panels with new ones on my home. The crew came on time, replaced the damaged panels and painted the new panels to match the color of the original panels. Ramiro responded quickly to my request for estimate. He provided a reasonable cost estimate, but more importantly, he is straightforward and does not play games. You can trust him from the beginning. He did not find any damaged plywood, so he did not ask for any additional money to replace plywood. His team did a great job with my new roof, and cleaned up well. When I asked him about a chimney cap, that was not specifically mentioned in his contract, he purchased a new one, installed it, and did not ask for any extra charges. I strongly recommend A&R Roof for your next project.

From roofing, plumbing, painting, power washing and everything in between Ramiro and his crew do quality work at a great price. I GOT A REFERENCE FROM MR MANSOOR ABOUT ROOF REPAIR AND I CALLED HIM HE WAS VERY GOOD ANOUT RESPONDING MY CALL AND HE CAME GAVE ME VERY GOOD ESTIMATE MUCH BETTER THEN OTHER CONTRACTORS SO HE DID NY ROOF REPAIR AND INSIDE REPIR I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIS PROFESSIONALISM...VERY GOOD COMPANY TO GO WITH..THANKS MR ROMIRO FOR DOING GOOD JOB IN MY HOME.

My father had A&R out for a small repair job on his roof and it was such a small job that Ramiro wanted to only charge something like $50. My father assumed he would owe much more than that simply for getting a contractor to come to his house so he insisted that Ramiro accept more for his trouble. When my father learned I was planning to get my roof replaced he insisted that I have Ramiro provide a quote as well because he knew the quote would be fair. I had already gotten quotes from larger companies but the one from A&R was significantly less despite using the same products. Ramiro and his crew replaced my 3,000+ sqft roof in 2 days and it looks fantastic. I will most definitely recommend him to anyone because I am confident that he prices his jobs fairly and that he will get the job done quickly and professionally.

We contracted A&R to do some roofing work for us. Ramiro was extremely patient as I worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was in order. He was professional and responded to my inquires quickly and efficiently. I enjoyed his diligence and attention to detail. He and his team finished the new roof replacement in one day and was very clean, tidying up the area outside after the job was completed. Additionally, he made time to come back and address something after the job was complete, something I had no knowledge of needing to be addressed! That was so honest!!!
