Appleton Construction did excellent work which exceeded my expectations. They performed everything that was required leaving my garage in better condition than when I purchased the property. They even fixed a somewhat bungled DIY repair I had attempted a while back which was a very pleasant surprise. There were no cost overruns, and the price quote was spot on. I am very pleased with the work they performed, and they will now be my "first call" home repair contractors going forward. If I could give them 6 stars I most certainly would.

This company is outstanding!
We had them completely re-roof our 3000 square foot combined flat rubber roof and shingles as we own a mansard style home.
Workmanship was excellent
Attention to detail was excellent
Ability to quickly complete the project was excellent
Price compared to other companies very competitive. We had a two layer tear of and all the trim replaced with new plastic trim to eliminate any future concerns.
We had a complete tear off of the old plywood, replaced insulation that was 50 years old.
They also framed out a deteriorated roofing structure on one section of the home.
They have a complete understanding of construction from the ground up.
Framing, siding, window replacement are just some added benefits to their roofing expertise.

I recommend this company and welcome a reference call to my cell phone anytime which they can provide.

I highly recommend the Appleton construction team! They responded promptly, arrived on time, and were incredibly easy to work with. Their work exceeded my expectations from start to finish – not only did they do everything I requested of them (helping me take down an old satellite dish), they also identified that there was an unacceptably large hole left behind by where the cable had been run through. They then replaced a small piece of siding which was necessary to protect the home from the weather damage without requesting any extra charge.

Later on, when they were cleaning my gutters, they discovered the sticky residue remains of a former wasp nest – and on their own initiative, they went ahead to spray it and wipe it clean. When they found a trim was missing paint due to weathering, they proactively requested if I had left over paint to touch it up – once again, going above and beyond the original task.

They used a magnet equipment to pick up falling off nails on the ground at end of day clean up.

They were always motivated and willing to go above and beyond, and were always one step ahead in predicting my needs. I highly recommend Appleton Construction LLC and I am very satisfied with the service they’ve provided!

Highly rated. They came for the estimate when they said, they showed up for the work when they said. They did EXCELLENT work, solved any issues that came up along the way. I could not have asked for a better experience. They are great at what they do, they know what they are doing and really the best in my book.

I would not hesitate hiring them, they are honest, they are good and a hard working group. You can't ask for more than that!

Fredrico and his wife Clarissa are so wonderful to deal with. We had a terrible storm that uprooted 3 gigantic pine trees which resulted in them crushing our deck. It was terrifying and crushed our favorite part of the house. We appreciated their understanding during such a stressful time. We had a few quotes from other contractors, and not only was Appleton the most affordable, they were the most professional and accommodating, which was very reassuring. They are genuine, good people. They had to deal with so much confusion and miscommunication between my husband and myself and they handled the situation with patience and understanding . They were very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything spelled out in writing. They are honest and they care.

Fredrico is very hardworking and built us THE DECK OF OUR DREAMS!!! He’s clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. The new deck is much better quality than we had before. It’s so sturdy and solid. He worked by himself, screwing in every screw and hammering in every nail. His work ethic and talent are truly impressive. He takes so much pride in his work and it shows! The quality and craftsmanship are just amazing.

We are so excited to enjoy our new beautiful deck! I posted a couple videos showing the entire deck. I had to break it up into 2 videos because google only allows for 30 seconds and the deck is too large. It’s absolutely beautiful, I just love it!!!

P.S. Please don’t pay attention to our yard, we are working on expanding it so it’s a mess.
