Apollo Primm Commercial Roofing

Contacted Apollo Primm Commercial Roofing just a few days ago. They had someone out to give estimate in a timely and once approved they immediately scheduled the work. Both visits for estimate and the work performed they arrived when they said they were going to and the men were extremely professional. Definitely recommend and will use them again.

I requested a repair in a specific area of the roof. The technicians showed up unaware of what and where the repair was to be done.
Consequently, the repair was not done where specified and the supervisor was contacted. Upon arrival, he confirmed the area
was not repaired as specified and instructed the technicians to
repair where it was needed.

I contacted the Primm home office to speak with the general manager on two occasions, never to receive a return call.
Since Primm was the company that installed the original roof, I
thought they would be capable of making the repair. However,
much has changed over the years and currently, I found they are
very unprofessional.

Apollo Primm has been an excellent vendor for Link, consistently going above and beyond. We have greatly enjoyed working with them. Additionally, Breone has been incredibly helpful in coordinating everything, always maintaining a strong handle on all aspects.
