API Roofing

I installed my original roof 30+ years ago but decided that I should let someone else reroof my home. Like most I reached out to three different roofing companies and received their quotes. API was well reviewed and their quote was a good price. Being a diy homeowner, I was impressed that the company owner and company paid workers (not subcontractors) showed up. Speaking with most of the workers I found out they had been with API for over 10-15 years. That spoke job satisfaction by the workers and the company owner (Jason) retains good employees. Once the job was started they worked diligently to accomplish the task in hand. Each going about their assigned tasks in a very efficient manner. And yes they spread tarps in my yard, protected my gutters with a guard and were always careful dropping old shingles off my roof. The new roof looks great, and after several summer storms it is working perfectly. And yes , they used a magnet to pick up old nails. Although, I have found a few they missed. Having done construction I observed a crew of men that knew what they were doing, did it right and use craftsman skills in each task. I am very well please and they are deserving of a five star review from me. Thank you Jason.

Our experience with API Roofing far exceeded normal expectations. Starting with the first contact and continuing through the entire process. The quality of materials and labor are top notch. Jason and the whole crew are very professional. There was great communication. We had installation of 2 roofs. The clean-up was incredible, they left our yard looking perfect. And all this was done for a very reasonable price.

Jason with API was professional and communicated properly. The project was completed in one day and the team did a great job with the clean up process as well. API replaced our roof and skylights as well. Jason even provided additional photos of the rotten plywood and the roof framing during mid-project which was great for us, since we were curious about the condition due to water intrusion.

In a heartbreaking moment, literally, the day after they left (a Friday evening), a storm blew a 4' branch through the new roof and into the attic. They came the following Monday morning and did the repairs. That was impressive.

Found them while in the process of buying a house. Was very professional and responsive during the drawn out process of my closing. The original color I wanted was out of stock but I love the color that I ended up going with in the end. Was ready with all supplies to show up after closing and got the whole roof replaced and done in one day. I was sent pictures of issues found as soon as they were found to keep me in the loop of what was going on. Only a few nails have been found in the yard since.

Jason and the team at API do fantastic work. Just bought a home in Midlothian area and sent him over my inspection report. Jason was quick to respond and went over the report and gave me a quote and timeline. The price was very reasonable and they took care of every issue and inspected the roof. Any future roof needs API will be my only call.

I have used API for roof maintenance to prolong the life of my roof. When I call for inspection and proposal, he responds right away. I think his prices are very reasonable. I give my approval and shortly after his team is on the roof. They clean up any trash or nails.

When it is time to replace, API will be my choice. I wish all the maintence on my house was this easy and stress free!

API was wonderful!! We had a leak in one of our vent boots. They responded fast, were very friendly and efficient. They cleaned up after the job and I thought their prices were very affordable!! Would definitely use them again!!!

API has done 3 roofs for our family and they have done an amazing job every time. They provide architectural shingles and install ridge vents as standard practice and still come in cheaper than the competition. I would recommend API to anyone.

Fantastic job! Crew arrived around 8:30, they started right away. When rain started about 2:30 in the afternoon, I expected that they would be done for the day. That was not the case, they waited out the rain and before it even stopped, they were back on the roof working again. I was told that the roof would be done that day and they got it all done. When they left, you couldn’t even tell anyone had been here, no trash, minimal nails, I only found 2 and just an all around great job. Thanks again for the great work.

We received five bids from various local companies to replace our aging and damaged roof. API has a great reputation and an A+ rating with the BBB, which only one out of the other four companies had. In the end it came down to price. Though not the cheapest out of the five estimates, very fair and reasonable. The invoice was actually $550 lower than the original quote. Our roof looks great and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! Great experience with API!

API Roofing and Construction, just replaced our roof and I give them the highest recommendation for roof repair and replacement. Several years ago, they replaced a skylight; then they replaced a roof on a family vacation home in Mathews County. Last week, they replaced the roof on our home in Queensmill, and were superb. I live in a 2300 SF one story with a big roof covered with 2 layers of shingles. They were extrememely organized in their approach, very careful, neat, highly safety conscious and worked so unbelievably hard. My roof is beautiful and I can't say enough good things about Jason Marsili, the owner, and his crew. They were awesome and the price was competitive. Call them if you need your roof replaced.

API was exceptional in taking care of my home in Watermill. Their crew was professional, timely, and courteous. I was impressed with how clean they maintained the job site through the entire process. Even when rain was anticipated they planned ahead to ensure my home was protected and finished the job the following day under clear skies. All debris was removed upon completion. In this day and age, to have a contractor who is financially capable of installing and completing such a project without upfront or surprise costs is amazing! Being in law enforcement I can appreciate that as I have seen horror stories of bad contractors. These guys are the read deal and the price was very competitive. Thank you!

Great Job!!! I had API Roofing replace my roof in 2015. They did an outstanding job and the price was right. My wife and I decided it was time to replace the siding and I received an email from API roofing stating they also did siding. I contacted Jason at API roofing and just like before on the roofing job, Jason came through. I received a detail quote with a very fair price. API roofing showed up on time. The workmanship was outstanding and the clean up was excellent. I would recommend API roofing for roofing and siding projects to anyone.
