Signed a contract with Edwin. After the contract was signed, Edwin ghosted me. No call backs, no returned emails. No contract what so ever. I have all my permits completed and spent the money to have the building installed. I ordered this back in oct/nov. I cll in once a week to get an update and no one can tell me what's going on. I leave messages and no one gets back to me. I got ahold of someone yesterday finally and was told they would have a supervisor contact me and that never happened.

Well at first the company was great! after my deposit it was a ghost town!! Ordered this building in November. Just now installed a week ago. the office people Never returned phone calls, never gave you statements..always wanted money.... then they have another company that builds them... not in house like they stated to me. Subbed out concrete which I understand to Carolina Concrete and patio. they get negative stars! concrete popped up and cracked and the are now ghost as well. Over all HORRIBLE experience! only reason why they get 2 stars is for the fact the assembly crew were great and got it up in 2 days.... DO YOUR RESEARCH! DEFIANTLY AVOID CAROLINA CONCRETE AND PATIO!

I searched for several months before pulling the trigger with Apex and Edwin! I had talked to and received over 15+ quotes from builders, and Edwin beat them all. He even went above and beyond on some things to make sure I got what I wanted within my budget! Communication was always quick, and building/quote changes were always within a day or so (there were several). The turnaround time was within a few weeks even though their area got hit with major flooding, etc. The guys made it out and were here and gone within 2.5 days. The leader of the group even stayed a few hours extra to help me do a few things that weren't in the plans (foam spray and some extra tack welds). They were also sociable and nice to be around when they were working. It's been a few months now and I have no complaints about my building (30'x50'x14' with wrap-around 12' lean-too on two sides). Everyone who has seen it compliments it and talks about how nicely it was done. I'm not sure on some of these bad reviews, but I had nothing to complain about. I promise you I am in no way affiliated with this company and if I had any bad experiences with them, I'd be the first to post it on here. Trust me I have had some of those in the past! Great communication from Apex during the design process and helped work with me and my budget to create a building that perfectly fit my needs. The assembly crew left no trace and even came to assemble it the day after we got snow. I had shopped buildings for 6+ months and Apex steel structures had the best prices without compromising material quality. Just a heads up if you google their address it may pull up street view of an old house but if you look at aerial view you can actually see their organized and professional shop is located off behind that random house. I would 100% recommend Apex Steel Structures.(30x50x14 with double bubble on roof in the plain Grey color siding with black trim and black roof all vertical)

From the moment we first contacted Apex Steel it has been a wonderful experience!!! Told them exactly what we wanted and they were so professional and prompt in getting our quote!! Price was amazing compared to what we got from locals. They arrived at our house at 7:30 on the day of install and installed our 24x30 garage in one day and it looks fantastic!!! Me and my husband could not be more happy!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

My contact at Apex was Edwin. He was helpful with the design and scheduling. Good communication throughout the process and no hiccups at all my building was 60 x 100 and it was installed in 6 days. Overall I'm very happy with the experience and would recommend them to anyone

Will at Apex was great to work with and my building turned out great! There was never a moment throughout the process that my phone call or text messages were note responded to in a timely manner.

3 weeks later, After I already signed with a different metal building company, Apex called me and wanted to know if I was interested in a building . This place is a joke. Go with a brick and mortar metal building company.

Great customer service & will tell you truth straight up which I love because most companies don’t do that anymore. Definitely recommend!

Don't waste your time. I called, spoke with Brian in sales.. Had a quote on 9/13, created another quote, same exact except shorter legs (9ft to 8ft) quote went from $2167 to $2115.. I called about getting it ordered and they WON'T order it. The owner claims Brian gave the wronf discounts and they won't honor the price.. It's ashame cause I know about 5 people in my are that was looking for garages.. I'll be more than happy to tell them not to waste their time with Apex.

Installation was within a few weeks from ordering, which was awesome! Building was put up in 1 day. Looks wonderful and we have received so many requests asking who we purchased it from. We would highly recommend Apex Steel structures

Crew installation crew. They worked from dawn til dusk to get the building installed. The were very polite and professional. Thank you Edwin with all the build changes.
