My 1st impression of this company was terrible after a no show but... Ben Griener came to my house to give a personal apology and explained what happened. That was by far the best example I've ever seen of a person being humble and taking accountability for their error. I think we are going to give them a chance after all.

Unprofessional!!! A no call / no show. I had a scheduled appointment today between 9am-11am. It is now 12pm and they have not shown up nor called but they sent me a confirmation this morning at 6:49 AM. Disappointed . I will go with a different company.

I have been very pleased with Apex Roofing! They are professional, dependable and responsive. They replaced our roof over 10 years ago. We have had a few shingles come loose in the last year after different storms and they have been super quick to come back and replace the loose shingle. The crew were on time both days and they
worked quick and safely. They cleaned as they worked and was very professional and polite. I am saving Apex on speed dial, if I ever need a roof again.

On time. Explained the entire process in detail and performed over and above. After they were done you, never knew they were there with the great clean up.

Patrick Odess from Apex was extremely thorough and professional. He arrived on time and answered all my questions. We used Apex to replace our roof in 2018 and I highly recommend them.

I come from a line of work where we can’t cold-call potential clients. However the Apex roofing salespeople night and day approach unsuspecting householders. Lunch time? They don’t care. Dinner time? They’re going to ring your doorbell. I see Apex trawling my street often and taking pics of my house.

Today, the girl approached my door and knocked. I have a sign posted that says NO SOLICITING. Bless her heart if they hired her and she can’t read. This same young lady rang my doorbell just last week. Even my ferocious dog couldn’t scare her away. Apex, please buy your employee a coat. It’s freezing out there.

Please stop with this nonsense, Apex! Potential customers will call you when they need you. You don’t have to resort to harassing folks at home every week. I’m going to create a special Apex Roofing sign just for you guys on my door that says “DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT SOLICITING HERE, APEX.” I’ve read your 1 star reviews from actual customers. WOW.

Apex Roofing did a great and FAST re-roofing for our home. Everyone was professional and helpful from start to finish. They have been a great company to work with for such an important part of home maintenance!

Apex Roofing did a great job on replacing my roof. The process went very smoothly from the begining to the end. The customer service I received was very good. I would recommend using this company if you need a roof replaced.

I wouldn’t recommend this company. It took them months to respond and sign over the insurance check. While they claim to work with top-tier services and collect their fees accordingly, I was told I would only need to pay a $1,000 deductible, but ended up paying more. Although they did lower the installation price, it was still higher than it should have been. Now, I’m facing additional costs beyond the deductible I was originally quoted. I can't speak to the quality of the installation yet, as it's only been a week, but their business practices seem questionable.

From first contact to final inspection, everything has been top-notch. The crew that actually did the work was amazingly fast and thorough. The roof is beautiful and there was no mess left at all. Apex roofing and restoration has been wonderful.

I can’t believe how easy Apex made getting our new roof! We lost a corner of our roof in a big storm. Rachael at Apex was helpful from start to finish! She was there for us during the insurance inspection to make sure they saw any and all damage and helped us get approved for a brand new roof! She reviewed all of the insurance steps and paperwork with us and made sure we understood it all - and trust me - I had a lot of questions and she had to re-explain a lot! We scheduled our new roof installment while we were out of the country, and Rachael ran point and handled it all for us! It was pretty great to be relaxing on vacation, drinking a strawberry daiquiri poolside in Mexico and get pics of your brand new roof! I can’t recommend Rachael and Apex enough! Hopefully, I won’t need another roof for a while, but when I do, I’ll definitely be a return customer!

This is the second home that I’ve had the pleasure of working with Apex roofing and obtaining a new roof. Everyone at Apex is courteous and accommodating. Both roofs are beautiful and are provided with high-quality product. We recommend Apex to anyone who wants the best for their home.

I highly recommend Apex Roofing. Beginning with drone footage of my old roof, this company provided a clear, detailed description of my roof options, the time involved, and of course, the cost options. The new roof was installed in one day , and looks great. Preston Rich and others were honest in their estimations, and the roofing crew was amazing.

My husband and I through our lifetimes have had a few roofs replaced. The experience was absolutely the BEST by far! Usually doing something like this really isn't that fun but APEX made it a breeze for us. From the expert advice of the Rep when choosing the shingle style and color, to Keli and Shonda in the office, (they are wonderful) who kept us updated, and to the roofing crew, that was totally professional. Apex saved me during a time of great frustration. Whereas I spent far too long having to convince other companies that damage existed to my roof, Apex knocked on my door on their own after noticing the damage from the road. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and kept me constantly informed as they worked with my insurance where others wouldn't. Once the ball started rolling it was a simple and pleasantly fast process with nothing negative to report of Apex's sales team and their working crews. Now my roof is almost a year old and I couldn't have been more pleased with choosing Apex.

I worked with Apex Roofing nearly 3 years ago and have not had any issues with my very complicated roof since. Their work is top quality, professional, and on schedule. They worked with my insurance and advocated for me to have no out of pocket cost and even had my roof updated to most current code guidelines. Stop trolling neighborhoods ringing doorbells soliciting. If you are going to pound on doors maybe look at the home and take notice if it already has a brand new roof. Your free estimate doesn't seem worth much if you cannot even tell the home you are intruding on has a brand new roof.

My experience with Apex Roofing was superb. I cannot say enough good things - very professional people, high quality workmanship, and excellent follow through on all details. My customer service rep, Rachael Fowler, came right away to look at our roof the morning after a storm caused a leak. She documented damage, met with our insurance adjuster, and worked with our insurance company to get a new roof covered. Rachael is a perfectionist. She double and tripled checked everything - she even when around the house with a magnet an extra time to make sure all the nails were cleaned up. I recommend Apex without reservation.

I called for Michele today to make a payment. I got a short and rude woman. I told her I'd call back for Michele but told me she would put me down as non-payment. Sorry but I don't deal with rude people. I called later for Michele but got the same woman. Told her I'd like to speak with Michele and she connected me some random extention. I don't even want to call now. But gave 5 stars to the roofing guys!

I had Apex replace my damaged roof and gutters. Kerri Wallis helped me every step of the way. She was very quick to respond to all my questions and very patient with me when I had even more questions. She was understanding when problems arose and helped get them fixed in a timely manner. She made this experience very easy for me and I was blown away at how accommodating she was to getting job done. Thank you Kerri!

I’m adding to my review that I originally posted below. Still no solution. This is now going on a year and a half. I added a photo of the streaking that is now a permanent stain from the poor quality. They sent out their quality person on 1/18/23 but never reached us to resolve what he noted. I had to call, email and spoke to someone in customer service who called me back . They are not offering to fix the staining or the other repairs needing fixed. The roof is covered for two years, but they’re not doing anything except stalling and pushing me off. I need to go to the next level here. It is very emotional, stressful, embarrassing and time consuming.

We have been dealing with Apex Roofing for a year. A YEAR!!!!! They’re completely unprofessional, with high turnover and terrible follow through. We have missed so much work and feel so stressed and physically ill after dealing with them. The whole experience has been awful. We have streaks coming down our beautiful white home due to leaking. So much more to complain about. This is the first negative review I’ve ever done. So it is that important to me that no one else chooses this company. Don’t bother telling me to call that customer service number at ext 118. We have been trying for a YEAR with no closure.

Apex was wonderful to work with, especially Rachael. Aside from doing a fantastic and FAST job with our roof replacement, they also handled the majority of the behind-the-scenes issues with our insurance company. Would recommend to anyone!

If I could give a zero star I would!!!! I was supposed to get a new roof from this company in been waiting 7 months now. This company is a scam they sue your insurance. Which in the end will result in your policy being dropped or rates go up. Not to mention they just randomly come up to your door knocking and one of there guys threw a cigarette in my neighbors yard. Unprofessional

Apex is the WORST!!! I will not take anything away from the hard working laborers who actually repaired my roof!!! The were amazing!!! However ANY AND ALL personnel isn’t worth a darn!!!! From beginning to end this company is a joke!!! They literally charged my insurance company 35,500.00 for my roof!!!! And if that doesn’t make you cringe, let’s talk about them not lifting a lien on our home that’s valued at almost 450k, for 100.00 yes ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! This company should be ashamed of themselves and there has NOT BEEN 1 person I have spoken yo in the last 2 years who has done what they said they would do!!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB, and giving them a negative remark any and everywhere I can!!! I’m SICK and TIRED!!!!

I sensed that Kerri would be good to handle a new roof project a few months ago when I asked for a quote. She tried to get insurance to pay it (was justifiable) but my carrier would not. So I told her if I ever needed a roof I would call her. Well fate brought that need up on a different house a couple weeks ago. Now that we are done I know I nailed it! She was AMAZING in every respect. Careful in the engagement process to fully inform me of all the project’s aspects. And constantly engaged during roof replacement process. Never met a better person to work with and I’m 72 and own 5 houses currently. Would HIGHLY recommend her to everyone looking for roofing needs. You can’t possibly find a better person or better care.

Do not recommend. I will never use them again. With every storm I am having to repair my roof. $1000.00 here and $675.00 there. With every storm a new price to fix my roof. You have been warned. You use Apex you will be in the extra money bracket like us. Hope you choose someone else. We did not and we are paying for repairs with every storm. This roofing company is the big bad wolf. Never ever again.

Rachel was amazing to work with on this project!! I cannon say enough wonderful things about her! I have never been through a complete roof redo & she walked me through every step. She would tell me the next steps and how to handle the insurance and everything! Then the roofers came out & did a wonderful job installing and clean up!

Apex and Rachel Fowler were as Professional, inclusive and receptive as any company I have worked with in the last twenty years. Rachel in particular was spectacular. She personally walked us through the process, from the insurance company, to scheduling of the new roof, and came out herself to make sure everything was cleaned up. We have several children in the neighborhood that play around our house, Rachel made sure nails were gone. She made sure throughout the process there were no surprises, and explained every facet of our new roof up front. Rachel answered every question my wife and I had, she and her team could not have been more impressive. Their overall level of service has been unparalleled. I’m more than happy to recommend them to anyone considering repairs or a new roof altogether.

Great experience with APEX! Our point person was Kerri.....can't say enough good things about her. She handled everything for us from the very beginning all the way to the end. She was outstanding with communication and providing us updates as everything was being handled. First class all the way and would highly recommend.

We had an awful experience with Apex. I picked up over a hundred nails after they left , had a flat tire because of it, paid everything the same day our insurance company reimbursed us, and the LYING CROOKS at Apex still threatened to put a lien on our house.

Apex installed new decking and shingles on our historic home in 2 days and it looks great. They cleaned as they worked and left the grounds immaculate. Their landscaping protection was fabulous - not a single plant damaged. A week of rain delayed the start, but they were in constant communication and began as soon as the weather cleared. Working with Jae Washington from Apex roofing has been a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and so passionate about her job. She gave me comfort in filing a claim once I am ready. Jae really understands the value of time, and did not try to sell me, She informed me of the deals going on at Apex right now and gave me her expert opinion on my roof situation and walked me through the process. I have some deciding to do, but I will definitely be calling Apex for my roofing needs thanks to Jae for all her help, knowledge, and kindness.

Rachael was amazing. She helped me work with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered. She climbed on the roof herself to take pictures of the damage. She communicated with me during the entire process. The install took a day. They cleaned up after themselves and Rachael came the next day to make sure it was clean and install was complete. They were patient while waiting for insurance check. I highly recommend Rachael and Apex.

I highly recommend Apex. I was very picky when choosing a shingle color. Rachel, my salesperson, brought several rounds of samples the same day I requested them. Once I chose a color the order was placed right away and the install started soon after. The roof was replaced in less than a full day. The clean up was spotless. The roof looks great and all the previous leaks are dry. This was an insurance claim and Apex were very patient in waiting for payment. If you need a roof call Apex. I cannot say anything bad about the experience. A++++

Highly recommend Apex! I reached out to Rachael to come inspect the roof after noticing a few water spots on the ceiling. She was extremely responsive and came out the next day. Turns out, we had extensive storm damage. Rachael had us setup and guided me step-by-step regarding insurance. Our roof was replaced in 1 day and looks great! I've even noticed that the inside temperature stays more consistent than before, which helps the power bill. Will absolutely use again!

After a recent, severe hail storm Kerri Wallis from Apex Roofing & Restoration offered to inspect our roof for damage. Kerri did so utilizing her drone and provided pictures and a damage assessment. Kerri worked with me and our insurance company to ensure a full and proper inspection was conducted. Just as Kerri had predicted, based on her experience in the field, my insurance company authorized payment of my claim for a complete roof. Kerri and her team were fantastic. They ensured the proper utilization of the latest and best materials. The team was on time, respectful, protected our landscaping and worked in a safe manner. After the roof was complete, they removed all debris and cleaned the area including gutters. Kerri ensured that nails were removed from the area utilizing a magnetic device. I am confident in my review and recommendation. Kerri is a neighbor in our subdivision, but now she is not only a professional acquaintance, but a friend. Apex installed a new roof several years ago and recently there was a violent rainstorm with very high wind. After the storm I heard a dripping sound in a wall on the second floor. I went to the attic and identified a leak. The next morning I called Apex and Jeremiah returned my call promptly, listened to me, and immediately called his crew chief, who was at a different site, and asked him to come to my residence. He arrived within 35 minutes and made some corrective repairs in a very short period of time. There have been three more high wind rainstorms since the repair and no more leaks.

Would highly recommend Derek and the guys at Apex roofing. Derek was there every step of the way any time I needed him or had a question about anything. He came by a few times just to check on the job and make sure all was going well. With Derek’s help, the process of a full insurance roof replacement went way more smoothly than I expected. 10/10 would recommend!

I want to edit this review! It is years later and I discovered that they did such a quick job because they literally roofed over large holes in my roof that should have been repaired. They are fast and efficient because they cut corners!!!!!!
