Had storm damage and interior water damage. Before we even signed a contract or had insurance approval Daniel got on our roof and put tarps on all the damaged areas to prevent further water damage. Before the install happened we had a leak in our sky light and Daniel came out ASAP and covered that until the new roof could be installed. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and well-communicated by the Daniel I always knew what to expect and when. Thanks, Daniel.

Daniels attention to detail and knowledge on dealing with the insurance company was outstanding. He treated my home with care, worked efficiently, and delivered results that exceeded expectations. The roof installers were also excellent and extremely efficient, they arrived on time and cleaned up everything before leaving at the end of the day, the roof was completed in one day.

I watched Daniel and his crew do a few roofs in my neighborhood and after witnessing the quality of work and materials I knew that was who was replacing my roof! As a former roofer, I appreciate the attention to detail particularly before the first shingles were nailed down. They reflashed an old rock chimney for us that was an absolute mess that is now beautiful. Highly recommend!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Apex. Evan was very thorough on the inspection and the quote and even though my insurance company was giving a bunch of blowback, he went to bat for us and we got a nice new watertight roof. Upgraded us to better ventilation where it was necessary and helped remove unnecessary penetrations from old plumbing vents. Install was fast, efficient and tidy. After watching the job they did on our neighbors house, we were sure we wanted Apex Roofing to do our roof replacement. Evan was wonderful to work with! They showed up today at 7 am and were done by 11:30 am. Had a crew of 17, did great job as well as great cleanup, going over area 4x with magnet to pickup all the nails. I want to write a review on my roofer name Evan. Evan did a great job working with me for my roof that was damaged March 3,2023 from the wind storm that came through Lexington in other counties in Kentucky. He took time to sit down and go over things with me that I had never experienced with trying to get a roof replaced. I really enjoyed that he had people skills and not try to rush me into anything that wasn't meant for me with my roof. I would recommend him to anybody that is needing to have their roof.

Project manager Evan Faassen proved to be a very professional and competent manager. He and his crew did a good job of installing our roof in half a day. Mr. Faassen followed up our questions and concerns to our satisfaction.

A majority of the homes in our community needed new roofs due to hail damage from earlier this summer. A neighbor had Apex do an inspection and set up a roof replacement. I reached out to Apex and Benjamin Day did an inspection and found hail damage. Benjamin then returned to my house to meet with the homeowner insurance adjuster at which time it was determined that we had enough hail damage to qualify for a full roof replacement. My wife and I met with Benjamin to select the type & color of roof shingles we wanted and to plan out a time frame to do the roof replacement. Benjamin arranged to have 3 pallets of roofing supplies (shingles, vent covers, nails, etc.) to be delivered to our house the day before the roof replacement was scheduled for. The day of the roof replacement, the Apex crew showed up at 7 am and I was expecting about 8 workers to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised to see that 16 workers had shown up, especially since the weather forecast was calling for rain to start at around 4 pm to 5 pm that day. The Apex crew removed the old roof shingles, put down the new roof shingles, cleaned up, and were done in 4 hours - well before the rain was supposed to start. They put down tarps all around the house to catch the old roof shingles as they were being removed and the crew did a great job picking up all the debris before departing our house. The crew worked hard and were very professional. We then met with Benjamin to make our final payment. Benjamin was very easy to work with and very easy to communicate with when questions came up. I highly recommend Apex Roofing in Kentucky as well as Benjamin Day who helped coordinate the project.

I can not say enough POSITIVE things about Apex Roofing. What a WONDERFUL CREW & PROJECT MANAGER, Benjamin was! They were soooo professional & beyond any superlatives I can include in this review. Apex recently did my new roof. I must say the most knowledgeable, friendliest gentleman Ben Day went out of his way to make sure everything went smooth. Thanks to Ben my insurance paid for the roof. That would not have happened, but Ben went out of his way to stay in touch with my insurance until he got everything approved. If I ever need any other services, I will definitely ask for Ben. We had damage to our roof in December when the strong line of tornados and storms came through Ky. We called for an estimate, and were provided that promptly. We have worked with Daniel and he has been amazing! He responded quickly, was the best communicator we could’ve hoped for. He thoroughly explained why the weather needed to be clear and above freezing so that the installation would be done correctly. He checked in with us weekly with a status report until the weather allowed installation. He called multiple times while the crew was installing the roof to check on progress and keep us updated with estimated time of completion. Our roof was finished this week and it looks great! The crew cleaned up everything very well, however, Daniel just came by and walked our entire property in the rain to look for any concerns or trash and picked up tiny pieces of paper, etc. that he found. We highly recommend Daniel and Apex Roofing!

Had some damage to the outer layer of a skylight. Water was collecting between the two layers. I was able to get the water drained out, but Im scared of heights, so I was scared to get on the roof to repair the crack. Daniel Throckmorton from Apex Roofing came out, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Since the crack was small, he put some silicone on it and suggested we keep an eye on it. We have a commercial building we just moved into not too long ago, and knew we had a couple leaks, but was not expecting the amount that Mike found.. He was very thorough in his evaluation and had videos with commentary to explain everything he found. We decided to have Apex repair the roof due to the fact I felt they would be the most thorough. The entire team that I dealt with was very friendly and professional and look forward to having the out every year for the inspection.

I called a few roofing companies after my garage roof started leaking. The shingles are ~16 years old so I figured I'd be needing a new roof. Apex had the soonest appointment available. Daniel came out and did a thorough inspection of my roof. He said my roof was in good shape overall and could last another 5 years or so. He located where water was coming in, fixed it on the spot, and gave some suggestions on attic ventilation and gutter repair. I'll be sure to use Apex for my new roof when the time comes!

I had an appointment set up within one day of calling for assistance. The receptionist collected all relevant information and when the project manager arrived, he had my info. He heard my account then did a thorough inspection of the rook pointing out 3-4 minor matters I should take care of of but told me I did not need new roofing! I was fully prepared to undertake this expense and was shocked to be told my roof probably was good for many more years. The project manager was technically informed, made great suggestions for better roof preservation and showed knowledge even of attic ventilation methods. The honestly and trustworthiness of Apex is very unusual in these times of scratchy business! I strongly recommend using this company.

Very respectful and knowledgeable. Went a different route and did not use them for the project as the project requires more then just a roof. David Ehl the Project Manager assigned to us visited the site in a timely manner and was extremely thorough. Although we did not go with them I would highly recommend if you are in the market for a new or adjusted roof situation.

Apex roofing replaced our roof late this past summer (2020) due to wind damage. They were very professional and had the new roof installed quickly. We also used them to wrap the roof edge and install new gutters and downspouts. During our recent heavy ice and snow storm everything held up great! Still looks like the day they installed it! Very pleased with the quality!

Apex is not going to be the least expensive, but I think you get what you pay for. Especially with your roof, you want it done on time and correctly the first time. Apex was on time, very professional and did a fantastic job of keeping everything cleaned up throughout the process. We noticed a slightly raised shingle that could become more of an issue down the road. We contacted multiple roofers and Apex Roofing was the first ones to come out. Russ showed up precisely on time and was very professional. He climbed on the roof to check it out and let us know it was not a problem - only underlying flashing that caused the shingle to slightly bend and that it will not leak. We offered to pay but he said it wasn't necessary. We were impressed with their professionalism and honesty. Will definitely use them in the future.

After a large hail storm, Russ came over and took a look at the roof. We must have had 10 companies come by the house, but he was not pushy and ready to get to work. The roof looks great and has been tested with no issues! Russ even came out a few other times to make sure that everything was great. Really great service and professionalism.

Apex replaced our old roof 5 years ago and did a great job. Last week the strong winds caused a few shingles to become loose. A big windstorm blew off several shingles on my roof. Apex came out on a Sunday and assessed the damage. Then secured the areas missing shingles to prevent any water damage. They came out and met with the insurance company roof inspector and myself. When it was time to replace my roof they came on time and finished quickly. Clean up was great. They covered my bushes and yard with a giant tarp that caught all the debris. I was very satisfied.

Even during this busy season for roofers he was able to fix our roof within a few days, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. I was very pleased with my service from beginning to end. Our sales rep Russell Upperman was awesome. He was very patient and professional. I couldn’t ask for better service. When it came time to put the roof on the crew showed up exactly when he said they would. Other than a great looking new roof you wouldn’t know anyone had been here. They were extra careful with my landscaping and did a great job cleaning up. Russell met the crew when they got here, checked on them mid day and came back when the job was complete to make sure everything was good. Thats great service!
