Very greedy and dishonest. Will lie to you, then ignore you and finally, over charge you. I tried to be kind and patient with them when they constantly ignored me and then they had the nerve to turn it around and try to charge additional fees as if I did something wrong, that is how bad they are. Did not even do all of the work the insurance approved, but still charged above and beyond the amount that was approved! It would be my luck to get the worst company in the area while everyone else around me seemed to get decent companies to handle their storm damage repairs. I would not recommend them at all and I definitely will never even consider using them again under any circumstances what-so-ever.
