They came and re-did my shower to make it more accessible for my wheelchair. Was supposed to take 3 days but they had it done in two. They were very professional and got it all done. Even widened the door so I can get my wheelchair in and out more easy. Definitely going to have them back to do our kitchen and deck.

We initially contacted Apex about a shower remodel but ended up inquiring about a back yard fence for the safety of our kids and dog. In any case, everyone we worked with at Apex was great. Eric and Kyle addressed all of our concerns every step of the way from start to finish. You can tell they care about their reputation and quality of work. Would 100% recommend as they delivered on their word, their timeline, and quality of work.

Our experience with Apex was awesome. From the first appointment to the final walk thru. Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had been looking to have our roof done and had quite a few companies come out and give estimates. To say the least their prices were outrageous and the quality of the shingles were questionable. Apex uses top of the line (at a great price) and the installers are professional and very knowledgeable. Any concerns or questions we had were answered in a timely manner and taken care of immediately. Would recommend Apex hands down the best ….

APEX did an outstanding job of remodeling the exterior of our home. New roof, soffit, facia, siding, gutters, windows & doors. And painted everything. The team finished this project in 6 days and were very professional and keep the property very clean. They went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend APEX for your remodeling needs!

My parents and I hired Apex Remodeling to install a walk-in shower in their bathroom and the entire process was AMAZING. Eric met with my parents to review all aspects of the remodel and for them to pick out the design; my parents noted that Apex offered more options than other installers they met with. My parents said that they were very happy with the install team. The team arrived on time and was pleasant and friendly. My mom said that they put tarps down to protect the flooring throughout the house and cleaned up very well when they were finished. We were surprised that the install only took 1 1/2 days and looks great. To the entire Apex team, thank you for helping my parents remain in their own home as they age.

my personal experience with him, right from the very beginning. was like i was confiding in a trustworthy friend.
NOT ONCE ! did he even try, to take the reins,control or manipulate any thing, during all my contacts with him. he didnt come off like a sales man.but as more of an informant that freely gave anwscers with out judgement. including in the face of any hesitations i may have felt in asking.
i found his demeanor pleasant to be in the presence of.
those are the pluses i believe you will find in him as well. when intrusting your affairs & asperations through him.
i do though have 2 cons, i feel i owe to mention to his potential consumers like i was.
it did take over a month to finally recieve the item. in all fairness though, he told me it would befor the purchase was even made. immediately in fact! & because it was a special order, that may be ¨to be¨ expected with any one as well.
i did feel his prices where average to the best i was able to find in my search. wether online, by phone & so on.
& we all deemed him a God send in the process of it.
due to the fact he was in our areah...he even delivered it for free! & of his own offering, with out my inquiring of him about that!
plus never even asking for as much as a penny, until its day of delivery.
the other concern that still bears on me. is we requested the receipt at least 2ce now & still have yet to receive one despite the weeks that have now past since we first requested it.
the quality seems great. but the receipt would have been greatly appreciated.
none the less it hasnt been overly important so far, as no issues have arouse giving us need for it.

Great company and the customer service is excellent. We had the siding on our house completely replaced along with a few windows and it turned out amazing. Both the siding crew and guttering crew were very personable and friendly. The work areas were cleaned up at the end of each day. The work started on time and was completed without interruption. Would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

We love our new roof! Apex staff replaced our roof while we were on vacation. We felt very comfortable with them at our home while we were away. A storm in July with softball size hail destroyed the siding ,gutters, and windows of our house from the initial consultation to the finish of the project it went very smooth it was very upfront and they worked very well with my insurance company. I had Apex roof my house, install new gutters, paint the exterior, and power wash and stain the deck after a hail storm. The crews did an excellent job, and the sales rep, Morgan Tillotson, was great to work with.

APEX did exactly what they said they would! Even the workers were very nice and the quality of the material and labor were exceptional! Great company. They worked with me to add vents and also, another downspout that I needed.

Apex Remodeling installed a new roof on my stepdaughter’s home. Work involved removing four layers of shingles and replacing the roof sheathing and installing a new gutter with leaf protection. The time for the estimate, removal and replacement took about three days which was very timely. The company personnel are very experienced and highly skilled. If you need a new roof, give Apex a call.

My roof was evaluated by Morgan and then later met with the insurance adjuster. I decided to go with hurricane proof shingles and I am now receiving an $800 per year discount on my home insurance. I didn’t know that was available until Morgan told me.The quality of the job was outstanding and have recommended the company. The whole process was done in about 2 weeks time.

Spring 2022 we decided to replace all the windows in our house and after contacting many companies for quotes, Apex was the best value, great google reviews, and the salesman seemed like a great honest guy. We placed our 50% deposit on the windows April 29th, 2022 and was quoted 10-12 weeks for installation. After about 20+ weeks, we were contacted they finally came in and we’re ready to install them we set a date for installation. Soon after, they called me to let me know ALL the windows were the wrong sizes and they would have to reorder. They informed me that “the woman who ordered these at their supplier input the wrong measurements and is no longer working there”. They wanted to come out and remeasure all the windows to see if they could make them fit. When they remeasured, I asked why they would have to if it was just input wrong at supplier. They said they just wanted ensure everything was 100% correct. I asked since it was the “supplier” fault, they should pick up the expedite fee, and they said they would make that request.

After another 12 weeks (no expedite obviously) they informed me that the right windows had came in and would be installed at the end of the week. A couple days later, in the pouring rain, our windows were delivered just on our front porch without prior notification.

On the day prior to installation, they realized that those windows just sitting on my porch were the wrong size ones previously received 12 weeks prior. They instructed me they would pick them up and deliver correct ones on day of installation.

During installation, they said they were “finished” and I asked why the bay window had not been replaced and they said, “oh, we don’t have one”. After a few phone calls, they found out it was damaged and no 1 told them so they would have to do another expedite….

Once that window came in a few weeks later, they installed it but did not want to remove the wood rot around several windows because “Kyle” (co-owner) told them not to. I told them they would and they reluctantly did except the rot under that bay window they just installed. There remained many quality issues that took them 3-4 separate times to finally fix.

I was also accidentally told by the initial salesman that it was actually their measurement guy that incorrectly measured many homes at that time and it wasn’t a “woman from their supplier” that input the wrong measurements.

I worked with Kyle the co-owner the entire time and was lied to from him many times (also said they were going to replace all the exterior trim to be nice because of the delay even though that was included in the original estimate).

The entire time from 50% initial deposit to the last time they came out to fix the windows was 35 weeks from an initial estimate of 10-12. The windows leak worse than my old ones and I was instructed these “are meant to do that”.

I’m not sure if they were just off their game the whole time and me being lied to was an accident but I know I will not recommend others to use this company after my experience.

I appreciate all the effort it took to get the project right. We experienced a few issues, but they were all addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. Both of the Sales/Customer Service Representatives that supported this project, Jacob and Morgan, displayed high levels of professionalism and courtesy that are often missing these days. All the individuals that completed the work were polite, personable, and professional, as well. You have a good team.
I will be sure to keep you in mind for future projects.

We recently sold our house and discovered that the roof needed replaced, siding repaired and painted, and the deck repainted because of damage caused by a storm. Morgan came out to look at everything for us and was super professional and nice. They were able to complete all of the work in a short time so that it would be finished by closing. Everyone I’ve had to talk to has been extremely nice and they do a great job.

Apex was great! They helped me through a tough insurance claim getting me from approximately 15% to a full 100% replacement of my roof and gutters. Nick was especially great. He worked directly with both my agent and my HOA to get me where I needed to be. Communication with him was as easy as can be. He did most of the work for me and fought for us when needed. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for roof and gutter work.

Morgan was a huge asset in getting our roof replaced and new gutters. Knowledgeable in the process of working with insurance, he did a great job staying in communication with us as he worked through the project. Had siding replaced, they removed the old and installed smart board lap siding 8 inch out front,12 inch sides and back. They added shake to the peak in the front. I chose to paint myself inspecting as I went, no flaws. They did great.

Apex Remodeling and Contracting LLC removed old siding and wrap the entire home with Tyvec paper and installed new siding. After the install, they painted the entire outside home. I couldn't be any happier with the quality and professional painting that was done.

You would think that given the choice for siding and painting contractors within the city that it would be extremely easy finding one that will meet all your needs.......but its really not. For us it was a bit like Goldilocks and the 3 Bears, 1 was too expensive, 1 wouldn't call you back and finally the one that is just right. That one being Apex Contracting and Remodeling, owned and operated by brothers Kyle and Clint Schooley. From the bid to the final walk around they instilled nothing but confidence, trust and professionalism, they guided us towards the right product, NOT the one that was most expensive, they explained step by step what would happen and when; checking in and letting us know how everything was progressing even though we could just step outside; but it's not just Kyle and Clint that makes them a 5 star company it is the sub contracting members (Juan and his guys for doing an excellent job siding our house, especially those tricky hard to reach places in extremely horrid temperatures too. Jose and his crew for doing and incredible job painting, especially Jose who stayed late Saturday evening even though it was date night with his wife just to get my door painted and Jesse who put the finishing touches on by re-installing my downspouts). It was all this and the fact that each and everyone treated my property as if it was theirs. So save yourself the frustration of getting 2 other bids and just call Clint or Kyle.

We had a good experience working with APEX. They fixed some siding on different areas of our exterior and then had a painter come and match the paint as close as possible. Weather did push our original date back, but the company kept us informed with good communication. Everyone was super friendly as well. We would recommend them for sure!

One of their solicitors trying to sell remodeling services came to my house. Not only stopped to read my no soliciting sign but still came to the door causing my dogs to bark that woke the kids napping that my wife was babysitting. Then he taped a flyer to the door. I can’t respect a business that can’t respect my wishes on my property.

Apex has done a number of jobs for me, most frequently windows. They have repaired old windows that I thought were worn out and they have replaced with brand new products. I deal with many contractors, but Apex is one of the few that I never have to worry about. They're fair priced and work with integrity.
