I’m a designer with A contractors license. I have done construction work And have flipped many Properties. I have never seen such a thorough inspection. As the one provided by Apex. They were very professional and pleasant to Do business with. Any questions that I had after the inspection or answered immediately. I could not have been more satisfied. I gave them five stars only because I couldn’t give them 10.

Brad seemed to really take his time to analyze everything and not rush the inspection process which we greatly appreciated. His report was very detailed and helped us determine the additional things that needed to be repaired that we didn't catch when looking over the property. We would highly recommend him and use him again in a future purchase.

Brad was recommended to me by my realtor, Brandy. He is very friendly and treats you as though you were part of his family. He explained things very thoroughly and also uses infrared light to detect missing insulation as well as a variety of other issues that cannot be seen during a regular visual inspection. Throughout the day, Mr. Bradly displayed a profound knowledge of all things home construction. He helped us understand how the different systems within and outside of our home worked, how to operate and maintain them in a safe manner, and the importance of proper maintenance.
