I purchased a set of decals from them first they were already damaged when I bought them then they didn’t send me the right ones. I specifically left several emails and no response and I’m sorry to say that I have to leave a bad review because they do not honor their return policy-or respond to any of my emails

I am rebuilding my 1967 Scout 800. These guys are the best you will find when looking for information to help guide you with your project. I found them while looking to replace floorpans. They have all kinds of parts and are very prompt on answering your questions' just go to the contact button and email them your question. Its like they are sitting there just watching for your email. They also have detailed videos on how to do everything to complete your project. Thanks again you guys !!

Horrible follow up.
had a question on a alternator that I bought. Left messages, emailed them, they never answer their calls nor return messages. They never respond to online submissions either.
Very disappointing, since they do have a great selection.
Purchased some items on DEC 18th. They close from the dec 23rd to Jan 3rd ( I believe) I would assume they would have closed out all orders before closing for the holidays. Once again, I submitted an online query and no response. Product arrived almost a month later.
They ask to support local businesses on their you tube channel.
Not easy to do, when you get bad service in return.

everything i have bought from ATS has been high quality and exact fit, i mainly buy from the LS section, save's me time and money trying to fab parts myself, shipping could be better (but like everywhere they are most likely short staffed?)

Placed an order with this company for replacement parts that according to the sales person where in stock ready to ship and after a couple of weeks of no shipping info I tried speaking with a representative of there company that could give me no information. The following I received a phone call explaining how this order was on hold due to a risk of fraud. Nevermind the fact they already charged me for the order and were going to ship out a small portion of the order that day. Several weeks into this cannot get anyone to answer the phone respond to messages through there site. No shipping info and no parts and no refund. Worst customer service ever will never attempt to buy from again or recommend to anyone.

The team at Anything Scout has been crucial to a Scout II complete restoration in our shop. Fabrication team is always innovating and putting out proven parts.
Social content team, they are also super important not only the Scout restoration/preservation but a HUGE part as to the massive interest in Scouts again. Anything Scout has been instrumental in my ability to restore my 1973 Scout II. But more than the parts I've ordered is the vast amount of information I've gleaned from either the Anything Scout website or through conversations with the very knowledgeable staff. And lets not forget the production value of the YouTube content! The Wyoming video actually inspired my wife and I to dip our toes in the overlanding waters and are using our Scout in ways we hadn't thought of and couldn't be happier. Anything Scout embodies the best of Scout culture I doubt there are any International owners that don't know who they. Thanks for the support and I hope to see you guys on the road/trail one day!

Although my ordered parts were slow in being delivered due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They were delivered complete. The sight is easily navigated and offers many user options.

They have outright lied about when parts will ship multiple times tell me they have them in stock. then when I call almost 10 days later asking for tracking. they have no idea what I am talking about. so I read them the email they sent to me saying all was in stock and shipping that day. the only answer they could give was it isn't in stock. we ordered this swap kit and AC kit on around May 1st still missing over half of the kit.had to source some of the parts from other vendors waste of time and money dealing with this company I would avoid if at all possible

Fyi, There is a very organized International junk yard named Coonrods in Grant Colorado. The owners name is Phil..Hes very knowledgeable and has every single part you can think of . IH parts of America, Super Scout, and many others get their parts from Coonrods.

They have a lot of parts for sale but if they’re going to be in the business of selling and shipping parts they need to be more responsive with returns and problems with parts. Also when placing an order it took over a month for the shipment to even leave the shop before I had a shipping notification it was on its way.
I suggest having a separate shipping or return email and person handling that process as it’s been four days and no response on how my order will be addressed.

Excellent website with clear explanation of their services and fees, which is VERY much appreciated in comparison to many others who are remarkably less transparent about what they do and what it will run ya.

Great place, drove down from Minneapolis and of course didn’t know all of what I wanted and needed. Luke did an awesome job of helping me figure it out.

What can I say - I own a Scout and they're one of the very few Scout restoration businesses in America. They build some of the nicest trucks around and I wouldn't hesitate in the least about having them do work on my rig. Sean loves Scouts and the Scout community, we're lucky to have them.
