Consummate professionals. Not only was the work on the house great, they helped guide me through the insurance process and reduced the administrative time I had to spend chasing down claims, etc. It was a huge help as this is an emotional process considering this is nour mom's home that we are selling after the roofing work is completed.
The last big rain, we had a pretty good leak from the top of our windosill coming from the frame. We made an appointment for a week out. Yesterday they confirmed they'd arrive between 9am-11am today. It's noon and no one has showed. My husband lost 4 hours of work and pay this morning because they never showed. He called around 10:30 to confirm, was told yes the contractor would be by at 11:00. My husband called back to cancel at 11:45am and he got a voicemail. Not only was our time wasted, but so was our money since my husband wasn't at work all morning.
