Andy found things that I had know idea existed. Was very knowledgeable on code and safety. Also, the report that he sent afterwards was very detailed with 300 plus pictures. All along he kept the mood light and told interesting stories. After sending the report he called to follow up and make sure there were no looming questions. You would be lucky if you get to book him.

Andy did an amazing job doing a home inspection on a home I put an offer in on. He was very thorough and informative. Very professional and was personable too which was great. Felt comfortable asking questions and was very confident with the interaction having with him and the thorough report I definitely chose the right guy to do the job. Unfortunately but very fortunate at the same time I chose not to get the home. (Do to not coming to an agreement with the seller of fixing issues with the home) Without him being so thorough in the inspection I could of ended up getting a home that could have ended up being a money pit. So I will keep looking for my home, and when I find it ,Andy will be the first person I call to come do another home inspection for me. Amazing inspection and a great guy!!

This review might be a bit lengthy but I feel it's important to be thorough, especially when it comes to important things, like home inspection. So if you're like me and look into not only how many stars a business has, but the number of reviews they have as well, you'll hopefully find this beneficial. I am a second time homebuyer. This time around I made a list of the top inspection companies that had the highest AND most reviews. Andy was the third on my list. When he answered the phone I knew within just a few minutes that I wasn't going to call any of the other companies back. He was definitely who I wanted to go with. He was very honest and informative and had nothing but kind things to say about his competitors. I could tell he was just a normal person trying to make an honest living. I personally appreciate that so much because it's so rare these days. Growing up, my father was the same way and I now work in the steel industry and have so much respect for honest, average people just trying to do their job. When I met Andy for the inspection, he was so informative and upfront about what he was looking for and what to expect. I followed him around a majority of the inspection and he answered every question I had gladly. It was seriously such a great experience to do business with someone like Andy. He was thorough as can be, very patient with my nonstop questions, send the report in a timely manner, and had since followed up twice in the days since. Just a little back story about my first homebuying and inspection experience and why you should be very selective of who you hire!
When I purchased my first home I was in my 20's and honestly didn't really know what issues to look for in a home so I put my full trust in the inspector I hired. I followed him through the entire inspection, asked questions, did everything I thought would give me a better understanding of the home. I read the inspection report thoroughly several times. I was made aware of a few bigger issues that I acknowledged and had no issues fixing down the line. In my mind, the inspector did a great job. I've lived in my current house for four years now and let me tell you, I learned very quickly how many things were not mentioned in that report. That being said, I do understand that no inspector is perfect and no report is perfect. However, there were several detrimental issues that absolutely should have been seen and noted but weren't. It's an unfortunate thing to have to learn such expensive lessons the hard way, but we're all only human right? The upside to having such a bad first experience did give me a lot of knowledge and insight for what to look for and questions to ask with this second home buying experience.

I very much appreciate Andy's thorough inspection, his detailed report with lots of pictures and his patience when the inspection got pushed back and all the conversations with him that kept me up to date. I highly recommend him.

We hired Andy for our new build home inspection. Andy attention to detail is superb! Andy made sure that he took his time with both the inside and outside of the home. He paid special attention to the exterior, which was a BIG concern for us seeing that the walk through manager thought it was to muddy. He saw things that weren’t done and he showed us what it was and why it was wrong. Some things were even caught that we didn’t catch especially the attic. After finishing up on the inspection, he sent us a very detailed list of what he saw that needed fixed attaching a photos for a view.
