The team of workers that can out were very proficient paying attention to our concerns and a plus to leaving our yard as they found it. They worked hard and stayed diligent even as the day was extremely hot. We appreciate this company and their commitment to details in outstanding customer service. Just to mention a few. The office manager Jeri. She knows her job well and a great personality.. an asset to the company. Joe came out for the estimate and was timely getting back to us. Last Monday, 12 August, 2024 (7:00am to 5:30pm), we received a new roof replacement after 31 years: Andrews Roofing removed existing asphalt shingles; replaced 3 compromised or rotten decking; removed existing, roof-mounted attic fan, and closed in hole with decking to current building code; removed existing static vents, and closed in hole to current building code; replaced all flashing, including pipe collars and around chimney; Installed ridge-vents where applicable; Installed new underlayment; and Installed new aphalt (pewter color) architectural shingles.

Excellant service, fair price, work completed earlier than expected. Post roof installation clean up was excellant. Will gladly recommend this company to others.

Andrew's Roofing is the roofing company you want. They have done dozens of roof installs for our new construction homes, and even more roof replacements for us. The roofers are quick, clean, and thorough; and the office staff is highly professional. I know that when I award them a contract I will have no issues and a very happy homeowner when they're done.

Andrews Roofing handled our roof installation this month and we could not have been happier or more satisfied! Through the whole process, they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and responsiveness. Every employee we encountered was courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. On the day of our installation, the crew was on time and they worked efficiently throughout the day and showed great respect for our property. They even came back the following day and double-checked our driveway to ensure that no roofing nails had been left behind to be found by our car tires. I would recommend Andrews Roofing to everyone I know. They managed the entire project as if it were their own home.

My roof was damaged in March of 2022 and my insurance company approved the lowest offer being Andrews Roofing. The roof got completed on May 31 2022. On July 10 2022 I woke up to the ceiling leaking right at the heat stack. I went onto the roof and to my dismay I saw the flashing around the heat stack had not been replaced or “appropriately flashed into the new roof” as the contract states. They sent a team out and they caulked around everything until someone could come out Monday July 11 2022. The ceiling started leaking MUCH worse after the “correction”. Monday I called the project manager at 8pm asking what time he would be out the next day since no one had shown up, to which he said around 10am. He then tried to cancel however it was supposed to rain for the next 7 days. So after I called and continually stated my concern of damage, he came out Tuesday July 12. He said the piece would have to be ordered and would be in Friday at 10am and they would replace that day. Also he would fix the flashing that was installed but not water tight on the chimney and the flashing they just nailed to the old flashing. That day he also nailed a bent piece of flashing to make a “rain blocker”. Friday he called and said they would be here Monday 18 July. Monday came and went, no call no show. So now it’s Tuesday July 19 2022 and I’m getting ready to call places to get estimates to fix their work. They have no quality control, pride in their work or decency to call their customer to move a date. It just leaves you to guess when they might show up and fix this 49 day old roof, or call continually to get another excuse. They have already been paid in full for the job and this is currently “warranty work”. It’s absolutely ridiculous, I just want what I paid for, a leak free worry free new roof. This is not damage due to product failure, this is negligence as they just caulked the heat stack flashing to the roof. I would avoid at all costs, you get what you pay for and there is a reason the insurance chose them (cheapest bid). I hope this helps someone and they can learn from my mistakes.

Experience with this contracting business is not a reputable one that I would suggest anyone use. They demand down-payment, final payment at completion of work, and performs shady workmanship. When deficiencies are discovered, they hesitate to fix, correct, or replace what was the problem, asserting blame on others who have not entered the roof, except their private outside contractor's visit to check on a hanging piece that was later detected to be customary to leave pieces hanging. The Estimator "Billie Mason" takes a complaint in a calm manner, but when told that damaged material was replaced on the roof (different type of air vent than one written in contract), he becomes belligerent, threatens that he will "void" the "CONTRACT," and hangs up when told that the problem will be directed to the local "10 on your side," and a report will be made to the "CFPB" (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). I guess "Billie Mason" did not think before he spoke, as the law gets to decide what is legal, and what is not. My contract notes seven (7) "new aluminum gravity vents," but seven (7) "AIR VENT BROWN GALVANIZED STEEL SLANT-BACK ROOF LOUVERS" were installed onto my roof. This business is shady, and should be avoided at ALL cost. I am not sure how they received the stars that they received, but, please do your research and do your homework, when seeking whatever you are looking for that this company offers. Take your business elsewhere, if you want to prevent further damage, and being sorry for a large investment in reconstructing your property. If you do choose to go with this business, keep CONTRACT with you at time of "roof replacement," stay outside for duration of work, examine ALL materials when they arrive, make sure what is going on your building, is written in contract. Avoid using contractor-tremendous price ($4,800) for roof replacement does not include "water shields" around perimeters of roof. They don't even have a video to show customers - a shady shingle palate board with various types of shingles resting on board in corner of office (visible when you enter the tiny front office, by the cashier's window). Professional Businesses don't hang up on clients or behave in a belligerent manner, they attempt to fix the problem, regardless of how many times, providing it falls within the warranty time period. Professional Businesses do not put up or replace material(s) with "damaged" and/or "used" materials from previous jobs - taking 20 minutes to dig out from back of vehicle saying, "I know I had one back here." I don't know of any "roofing" contracting business that tells a customer to send an email with shingle type they wish to be placed on their roof, after which they receive a contractual agreement in email or mail, none. Your best bet - come back to this residence and replace the 2nd damaged "AIR VENT BROWN GALVANIZED STEEL SLANT-BACK ROOF LOUVERS" with a new one, NOT a damaged one, as should have been done Wednesday, May 25th, 2022. A receipt proves purchase when item's skew number could be compared to the receipt-not offering to present a receipt AFTER the damaged item's been placed on roof, not taking a photograph of replacement "AIR VENT BROWN GALVANIZED STEEL SLANT-BACK ROOF LOUVERS" from customer's parking lot after exiting roof/ ladder. "Billie Mason" states sometimes "Air Vents" come in packages dented. Sir, that's why merchants have return policies. Why did your company install a damaged air vent onto a roof when they could return the item for a replacement; rather than making threats to "VOID A CUSTOMER'S CONTRACT? Your reasoning does not hold up, and it won't hold up in a court of law. You're asking for a LAW SUIT for this company, therefore, the CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU and A COURT OF LAW will decide your threatening words. Shame on you and your company's advertisement!!!! The reviews on this GOOGLE website are heartbreaking, and I feel for some people who have suffered so much at the hands of your company and your company's contractors. File a complaint with CFPB!!

This company showed up at 7am to start dismantling our neighbor's roof without any prior warning. Especially during covid this is pretty rude since people are working from home. They threw the shingles directly into our driveway and used a leaf blower to cover our entire house with black dust.

Most of the blame belongs on the homeowner for not warning any of her neighbors that this would be taking place. But the roofing company should have also been clear with neighbors about the timeline of when this work would be taking place and that it would cause disruptions. I also would like them to take better care not to blow coal dust onto our house!

Very disappointed with Andrews. We had our roof replaced and the crew damaged our siding in multiple places, broke our awning, scuffed the frames of our brand new windows, completely destroyed one of our bushes, and left trash in our yard. We also have a leak in one part of our roof now, and you can see through it to the outside in another part. Lots of back-and-forth about when they’ll be fixing these problems but no real answers. It’s snowed three times and rained and we’re getting no sense of urgency from Andrews. We were even told the owner himself would call us—nothing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Andrews was terrific. I love my new roof. My sister suggested them. Her roof looks great. I would suggest Andrews to any one.

The sales and office staff were very professional and responsive both before and after the contract was signed. Their installation crews are hard working and diligent at providing great customer satisfaction. They were respectful of the property and I cannot say enough about what an amazing clean up job they did. They left absolutely no asphalt or metal laying on the ground. They have the best of the best on their team and I feel very fortunate to have contracted with Andrews Roofing. We had both metal and asphalt installation and our roof looks amazing.

They did a great job. I have a low slope residential roof that needed to have rigid insulation under the metal. Andrews Roofing Co was flexible with taking time to understand what type or roof I was looking for. The workman also cleaned up everything like they were never there. The price also ended up the same as the estimate. So no surprises. They did what they said they were going to do. Job was completed quickly.

They did a great job on our standing seam roof , their price to install was very reasonable and they were easy to work with. Needed extra material to finish and they didn't try and sock it to us. Good people to work with and very knowledgeable.

Since April 2018, I have used Andrews Roofing for 3 separate jobs.... and I could not be more pleased.
They replaced the roof ridge on my 2 car garage, re-flashed and resealed my chimney, and replaced a rotten board in my house roof that had led to a water damaging leak that I had been "chasing" for many years.
For each job they took time to understand my concerns, thought through the best solution, and explained to me how they planned to solve the problem.
Their professionalism and work ethic, from start to finish on each job, has sold me on making them my "go to" roofing company.
It has been reassuring to find a business that I feel I can trust to do excellent work.

Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Heard nothing from them for over 2 months until I finally called them. Then, they came out to do the work without letting me know they were coming. Wasn't going to pay them for fixing the roof because I couldn't tell anything had been done. They had to send pictures - could have saved this issue if they had told me when they were coming. Also, talked to Mr Mason about what I wanted done to fascia when he initially came out and they only replaced half of what I wanted replaced. Way too much money for the work done.

Andrews Roofing Company made me feel like I was the only one getting my roof replaced by being attentive to what I wanted. They did a great job for a very reasonable price with a little extra work put in...like painting my chimney top cap. After they finished, my yard was left in the same condition as it was before they started. Thanks Andrews Roofing!!!

This is the second time that we have used Andrews Roofing services, and what better way to show that we are very pleased with Andrews than by being a "repeat customer!" The first time was a little over a year ago and they put a new roof on our rental townhouse and garage. The work they did attributed to the sale of that property last May! This time they did our home and we could not be happier with the results! Their engineered shingle upgrade is so worth it and they look really awesome! Their work is very professional, completed in a timely manner and they "clean up" very carefully afterwards. Andrews' staff, in both the field and office, are courteous, helpful and friendly...What more could you ask for? We highly recommend Andrews Roofing for your next project!

Great company! Great price. Customer service is awesome. They are always in contact with you letting you know what to expect and if anything has changed. The works were fast and professional. My roof was completed in a day with them coming back to finish up some small stuff the next morning. They took the time to make sure they cleaned up everything after they left. No nails left behind to be found which is amazing compared to other companies I have used in other houses in the past.

I'd like to give Andrews Roofing a good review but I found the whole process from start to finish to be far below my expectations. We had a slate roof repair that was delayed more than a month from the time they deposited my initial payment to the time they started the job. They used broken slate in the job and even reused some of the old flashing. This was eventually resolved but communication was terrible. Looks like I'm going to have to hire someone else to fix some of the issues that are still unresolved.

Andrews Roofing is a first class company. They stand behind their work and they do what they say. I am a Class A Builder in Hampton Roads and they are the only company I trust to put a roof on for my customers. Their attention to detail is second to none, they follow up with quality control on every job. When you have them put a roof on your home or business, you can rest easy that the job has been done right.

Got bids for a new roof from 5 different companies/contractors. Andrews beat the closest one by 15%. Very professional, sent a sales rep to my house to discuss the details and they started on time later that week. Obviously the lead time to start a job will vary by season but this was mid-April and they started within 2 weeks of the first payment. Oh and the roof looks perfect. Well done.

DO NOT USE ANDREW'S ROOFING UNLESS YOU WANT A LEAKY ROOF IN 6 MONTHS. I bought a house that had its roof put on brand new by Andrew's Roofing in January of this year. The day I closed, July 19th, there was a big rain storm. I came to my new home the next day excited only to find water spots (that weren't there during my closing inspection) from the roof in 2 rooms. I had the paper work with the warranty so I called. I was told I had to wait at least 4 weeks for them to come inspect it to see if it was indeed warranty work. Ridiculous amount of time to wait for a leak in your roof during the rainy season. Their excuse for the wait? They had a lot of calls in for leaks under warranty (hmmmmmm). They eventually came out and "said they fixed" the issues where items weren't properly sealed on install (they installed it). Now remember they WILL NOT FIX ANY INTERNAL DAMAGE that is caused by their shoddy workmanship. Called a second time a month later because of a leak in another spot. Another 4 week wait because of SOOOOO many warranty calls. They told me that one is because my window seal is leaking and charged me $150.00 for nothing. Now here I am calling yet again (only owned the house about 2 months now) for the same 2 original spots they told me they fixed. I have water leaking into those rooms through the attic and the ceiling drywall is soft and dripping. Again at least a 4 week wait while my roof leaks anytime it rains because they have too many warranty calls. **PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.** They don't care about you, other than the money in your pocket that they want in theirs.

Andrews performed wear and tear repairs to my slate roof. Fair price, excellent work, and great customer service. Very happy with this company and will use them again for sure.

I haven't purchased a roof from these guys. but I did call and schedule an appointment for an estimate and the woman who took my call was the most polite person i have ever had dealing with in home improvement!!!!!!!!!!
