Subsequent to a home purchase, there was a push from the insurance company to replace the roof, notwithstanding that the roof wasn't assessed as being urgent per inspection. I was involved in selecting the roof and when an alteration was done, due to what I selected wasn't readily available, Miles Roofing acknowledged the change and made modification to accommodate what was unexpected.
