Subsequent to a home purchase, there was a push from the insurance company to replace the roof, notwithstanding that the roof wasn't assessed as being urgent per inspection. A friend referred me to a few Roofing companies and Miles Roofing was willing to meet the timeline demands being made by the insurance company. I was involved in selecting the roof and when an alteration was done, due to what I selected wasn't readily available, Miles Roofing acknowledged the change and made modification to accommodate what was unexpected. The roof is beautiful, and a few neighbors have complimented it. I really appreciate the favorable customer service and the meeting of the unexpected timeline. Thus, a 5-Star rating and my recommendation.
