Had a roof installed about 7-8 years ago. Big mistake going with Anderson Roofing out of Pelham NH. The owner Dave told me the roof would last 25 years. They used cheap shingles and I have Leaks everywhere. To top that off, the flashing on the chimney is bubbling and pulling away from the chimney. Undoubtedly, water is getting down there. I also purchased two skylights and had them installed by Anderson Roofing. Needless to say, they were installed incorrectly, with no flashing and both are leaking. When I called the owner Dave, he pretty much blew me off. If your looking to have your roof done, I would look elsewhere. I have to give credit for one thing. The very next day, after the job was done, we had significant rain. I had a puddle of water in my bathroom. Dave showed up and told me one of his guys must have forgotten to do the flashing around the vent. This should have been an indicator of things to come. I am now looking at a complete roof replacement with water damage and mold.
