Manny's did a fantastic job, from the salesmen Brett, to Paul and the crew who showed up on time to complete the project. When they left you never knew they were here. I would highly recommend Manny's roofing.

Had our home sided recently. The workmanship was impeccable to every last detail. The staff was hard working and worked quickly and efficiently. Looks like a brand new house. From the start Manny was great to work with. He was always very responsive throughout. Checked in, answered questions, and made sure we were satisfied with the end result, which we very much were. Highly recommended.

I hired Manny to reinstall a new roof due to an improperly installed roof by another company, which had me pretty shook me up. I was already untrusting and nervous from the experience I had from the former roofer.
Manny’s professional attitude and friendly and understanding personality put me as ease right away. He explained what was wrong with the installation of the previous roof and how he was going to fix it. He and his crew had installed the roof perfectly and up to code in one day. He explained things along the way, knowing my paranoia and anxiety from having the problems I did with the first contractors.
He even came by the next day, just to double-check everything, to again, ease "my" mind.
Not only was his work exceptional, but to find a company these days that actually cares about the customer...is a rarity.

When Brett first approached me to discuss replacing my roof I was hesitant because I didn't think it needed to be replaced. After all it looked ok to me and it wasn't leaking. I'm glad he took the time to do the inspection because when we took a closer look he pointed out several things that would lead to problems down the line. Brett went on to educate me on what are some of the early indications of needing a new roof were and educated me on the process and type of materials that are used in a quality roof replacement. He explained it all in great detail, was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. At no point did I feel any pressure. When it came time to discuss pricing it was more than fair and Brett broke it all down for me in an easy to understand manner with no hidden costs or surprises. In fact, he was upfront about what additional costs may be if the roof required more than what we could see just by looking at it and this was very important because I ended up needing to replace more than just the shingles. After taking into consideration that my roof was at least 20 years old I decided to move forward and within a few days we had set a date to replace the roof.

Manny and his crew arrived on the scheduled date on time and worked nonstop throughout the day. By 8am my house was fully tarped (to avoid debris from falling onto my decking, patio and plants) and his crew was already beginning to remove the shingles. Upon the shingle removal Manny went up and inspected the roof then notified me about its condition. The 3/8" wooden sheets were starting to rot (some were already rotted at the edges) and both the front and rear fascias were in need of replacement. He showed me pictures taken by his phone and it was important to me that the job was done correctly. Because Brett explained the cost for these replacements ahead of time in the proposal I knew exactly how much it would be. I authorized Manny to move ahead with the replacements and he made all the arrangements to have the replacement wood and fascia delivered. It's important to note that Manny used 5/8" plywood for the decking which was almost double the thickness of what was being removed and the front fascia was replaced with PVC to better withstand the elements. While the wood was pending delivery his crew never skipped a beat and removed the rotting wood and fascia. Right after the decking was removed down to the rafters the wood delivery arrived like clockwork. They immediately began taking measurements, cutting the wood to size and transported it up for install. This was all done before noon. After the fascias and decking were replaced his crew proceeded to install the drip edges, ice and water shields, roofing underlayment and finally the shingles. The roof replacement concluded around 5pm but the job was not yet complete. For the next two hours Manny and his crew did a thorough cleanup around the property. They blew all the leaves to the edge of the yard so they could pick up stray screws and nails with high powered magnets. They checked the trees, shrubs and bushes for any debris that they missed and by the time they were done my house and yard looked a lot better than when they first arrived.

In closing I wish I could give Manny's Roofing more than 5 stars because from start to finish Brett, Manny and his crew were nothing short of amazing. From the initial consult with Brett to discussing audibles with Manny and watching his crew work tirelessly from 8am to 7pm was truly a sight to behold and the pictures and videos I posted are proof of that. Most importantly I absolutely love the new roof and its energy efficiency. I watched the process from start to finish and am very impressed with the materials, construction, attention to detail and I have great peace of mind knowing that it is covered with a 25 years workmanship warranty with a 40 year warranty on the shingles. I highly recommend Manny's Roofing to anyone who is in need of replacing their roof.

Manny's crew went above and beyond what was expected and what I had contracted for. They accidentally damaged a sheet of sheet rock in the garage ceiling, so they replaced it and another section that they didn't damage and taped it. Manny's Roofing did a FABULOUS job on July 15-16, 2024 replacing the roof on our Cape house, 5 shingled sections plus 2 rubber roofs. I had Manny's roofing install a 53 ft gutter with downspouts at each end. Although I had originally planned a shorter gutter he convinced me to go with the longer gutter as it would be more appearing visually. He was right, and I am very happy with the result, and the very fair price for the job. Highly recommend.

Since I had a good experience with the gutter, I requested a quote for a new roof from Manny. He did an excellent job of explaining what would be done, and provided all the documentation I would need, and a very fair quote that I accepted. I met Manny at a neighbor's roofing job. I asked my neighbor would you recommend Manny to do my roof without hesitation he said yes. Manny and I set up an appointment and when he arrived we went up to the Attic to see what repairs needed to be done. Manny explained to me that I would need to cover the existing roof with half inch plywood my home was built back in the 1900s also my bathroom vent was not properly vented. I was very impressed with his evaluation and professionalism. We then went over the type of material and shingles we would be installing and came to an agreement on the cost. Within 2 weeks Manny and his crew arrived at 7:30 a.m.on 04/26/2024 to start the job and finished 6:00 p.m. I was very impressed with the way the crew worked everyone was Non-Stop and knew exactly what their job was it was amazing watching the way everyone worked. I would definitely recommend Manny's roofing.

Very happy to give Manny this review. We'd just purchased the house, and during the inspection we were told the roof was ok, for now, but will need replacement soon - as in couple of years. So not true. We reached out to a bunch of contractors - and they were all very expensive, and they were charging a crazy amount of money for minor repairs here and there. We reached out to Manny and he gave us a great quote - not the lowest, but we could trust him because it was HIS team - not contracted out to someone else. He also took care of all the little things. His and his team's work was amazing, and the replacement roof looks great. We have a lot more work to do - and Manny will be at the top of our list!

Came with a large team and were finished in four days - the craftsmanship was excellent (the roof had a number of ridges and valleys and all the standing seams were perfectly aligned). Manny and his team did a great job. On the sales end, Manny was responsive to questions, well-prepared, and fairly priced. He’s an Owen’s Corning preferred contractor which gives you access to their mfg and contractor warranties.

Tear-off and install went off without a hitch. Scheduling was easy and the whole job was done and cleaned up in a day. They do a good job protecting the property from nails and debris, which was particularly important to us as we have a pool/patio out back. Everyone in the crew was tied-off and wearing hard hats for those who care about that sort of thing (I do).

I noticed a couple of spots on the roof that didn’t look quite right the day after install (2 shingles, minor stuff). He was out the following day and fixed them, no questions asked. Would recommend to anyone.

Manny’s roofing did it again!!! They took care of our chimney that had cracked and loose mortar. Made all the repairs with new mortar. Power washed the chimney and finally applied a water seal to weather proof the bricks and mortar. Great work!

I sent an email to Manny’s Roofing regarding a roof replacement. He contacted me and scheduled a time to evaluate the job.
He explained that the roof would need to be stripped and new shingles installed.
The quote was provided quickly and a date was scheduled to perform the work.
He and his crew arrived on time and prepped the area prior to the removal of the old shingles. All of the debris was placed directly in a dumpster.
Upon completion, Manny reviewed the work with me and told me to contact him with any questions.

Very pleased with the quality of the products used and workmanship. They replaced a skylight, also repaired loose bricks in the chimney and added plywood in places where barn board had been used originally. Replacing a roof is never a pleasant experience, yet Manny guided me through the process. I knew there was an issue when I noticed shingle particles in my yard. My neighbor had replaced the ridge vent shingles and corner ridge shingles recently and I realized I was in the same camp. I called Manny to look at the issue since he was a local roofer. Manny quickly assessed my roof and mentioned that the ridge vents had deteriorated; however, if I replaced only the ridge vent shingles, within 3-5 years I would be replacing the entire roof. Manny’s professional assessment all encased in a neat folder was my computer-generated roof outline and dimensions. Manny also suggested additional turtle vents on my roof which he included in his very fair quote. Manny’s team arrived early morning and finished the job at sunset. Very hard-working group of employees hardly took any breaks! Overall, I would rate Manny’s Roofing a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them. Thank you Manny for a job well done! BTW, I included a photo of my home with the roof completed.

Manny’s Roofing company and team replaced our entire roof and 2 skylight windows in one day and provided service that was 10 out of 10. The whole team is professional with impecable craftsmanship. We were very pleased with Manny and his staff of four. They arrived early but did not come to the door before 8:00.
They removed the existing rubber roof and replaced it with a new roof.
They worked diligently all day and even went above and beyond enclosing the door frame with vinyl so that there would be no leaks. The estimate Manny gave was very fair (compared to three other estimates) and again we were very pleased with his work.
There was no loud music, loud talking, or smoking and all four workers stayed to complete the cleanup when the job was finished.

Manny was great! The day I called him was the day he stopped by to give me a quote, granted he was in my area but still, that is not the norm anymore. Our roof was completed within a week! I never met Manny before this job, I had received, 4 different estimates to replace the rubber roof in the front of my home.. Manny's estimate wasn't the lowest nor was he the highest. Manny seemed very trustworthy. He showed up on the day he said he would and not only did he replace a 20 year old rubber roof but he repaired the rotting wood beneath. He completed the job in one day working a little into darkness. Every part of his job looked fantastic, I will use him again. I will recommend him too.

After having a leaking roof for about a year, and one small contractor who "fixed" the leak (which lasted about 6 months), I decided to price out a new roof and two new skylights.

I got three quotes and Manny's was about where I expected it to be. One was more and one was similar. I decided on Manny's because he seemed sincere and, surprisingly, he lived about 1/2 a mile from me.

We had one day with sunshine recently and had a snow storm coming the next day so when he called and said he could do it that day I was thrilled. At 800am (as advised) two trucks showed up and I had 8 people on my roof scraping away the old. In at 800am, out by 500pm. They scraped, replaced the skylights, and re-roofed, then cleaned up.

Outstanding work. All of the workers were great. I had questions during the work and someone was always available to answer them. None of them seemed to rush, it was get it done, and get it done right.

We've had two snowstorms and a lot of rain and not one drop in the house. I can finally start sleeping better!

When I was asking around everyone if someone has used a good roofing contractor, My friend recommended Manny’ roofing. Manny had done his roof and couple of roof replacement jobs in his neighborhood about 2 months back and he was happy with the quality of material used and the work done for the best price anyone else would have given. So I called Manny and asked him to come over for the free estimate and next thing you know, Manny was here next day doing the measurements and explaining the work and materials to me. It was amazing to know how much variety of shingles and materials are there to have all kinds of price quotes. Manny was very honest and clear about what he quoted me for and the material he’s going to use to make it ever lasting (40 yrs warranty) experience for me. I never told Manny that I had asked my contractor friend to come over and give me price for the same work with same material used. Even though my contractor friend doesn’t do the roofing job anymore due to medical issues but he confirmed with me that this guy has quoted the best price and if he would have been doing the same job, it would have costed me way more. Next thing you know, Manny was here same day to sign the contract and ordered the material next day and after 2 days, he called me and asked if I’m ok, he would come out next day with his crew to do the job. Wow! And here I’m writing this review in 1 week of initiating the call to Manny and the day when it’s all done today. I’m very pleased with the work and the beautiful roof I have which is good for next 40 yrs. I definitely recommend Manny not just for the professional work he did, also he’s a such nice person who takes time to make this experience no less than wonderful.
If you don’t trust my review about him, just call him and experience it by yourself.

Great experience with Manny's Roofing. Manny came out the same day I called for an estimate, his price was very competitive and his team were fast, polite and did a great job. They arrived one week after I gave the deposit and completed the whole roof in less than 8 hours. The house looks great. Not sure you could ask for more? I would definitely use them again.

Wow! I called around and got several estimates and Mannys Roofing was much less expensive than all the rest. Manny was great to work with on my roofing project. He responded in a timely manner to all my questions along the way. He brought me samples and let me choose the color that I liked the best. He used Owens Corning top quality shingles. He was at my house to do the roof in one day within 2 weeks of my first call. All the workers were very professional and worked their butts off without using their cell phones all day. Completely professional and hard working crew from manny to all his employees. I would 100% recommend Manny over any other company in souther nh for a roofing project.
