I needed a wood stove removed from my home, and the guys at Over The Top were incredibly professional and friendly. The living room has all white carpet, and they managed to remove the stove and clean the chimney while leaving the room/carpet spotless. I would highly recommend Over The Top, and will definitely use them again in the future.

Had Phil come out to replace my chimney chase cover and cap. Looks better than I could have imagined. Would highly recommend.

From reconstructing all 3 chimneys, a new roof on both sheds, and a dynamite looking siding job: couldn't be happier with the work. Phil was a professional through and through.

They replaced the old ceramic liner and got our chimney/fireplace up and working again.

From his first visit to the end, Phil was very open and honest about the work, sharing details and including me along the way.

The best part, on budget and faster than he thought, all while making sure the job was done as perfectly as it could be.

His attention to detail, from insulating the liner to picking out the exact same bricks was amazing to watch. We can barely tell where they put the new bricks along side the originals.

...and their clean up, you cannot even tell anyone was here doing two days worth of work. just incredible.

Highly recommend and we will hire them again if we move ahead with siding work we need done too.

I would very much recommend Over The Top Maintenance. I had a problem with the damper in my fireplace. Phil told me that it works and doesn't need repairing. The problem is the age of the damper. Also, Phil did not charge me in spite of the fact that I wanted to pay for his time.

These guys are fantastic. I would highly recommend Phil and his crew. We hired him to replace a skylight and fix another flashing problem. They ended up spending the day because of a rotten wood issue. They could've covered it up but I saw that they take pride in their work. I will definitely use their services again

Found through Thumbtack App and had great reviews. The owner sent me an email with his contact info and a time that he would be available to speak the next day. I called and explained the roofing job I needed completed. Phil quickly went to the job site and gave me an estimate. His estimate was right in line with the other estimates I had received. After speaking with Phil I felt comfortable giving him the job as he wasn’t acting like a salesman, rather a hands on involved owner. The job was completed in a timely manner and would recommend to my family and friends.

Over The Top Maintenance crew are consummate professionals. Worked for 7 hours nonstop to power wash our entire home, patio, and outside furniture. Immaculate outcome.

Today is July 17, 2023. I hired again for installing new gutters. The partner came in a big truck with the custom-made machine to make very long gutters. The people did a great job professionally. See the gutters and downspouts in the photos. Reasonable price!

December 31, 2022 - Wonderful job to repair the siding under the roof! The old under-the-roof siding piece was gone by the strong wind. The owner Phil is more than happy to come to help. Highly recommended!

We had bricks coming off our chimney due to water leakage and needed a repair to the flue pipe. Over the top home maintained repaired it within a week of calling them at a reasonable price. The owner, Phil, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and his crew was so nice. They cleaned up like they weren't even here. So happy with the job they did.
