My experience with Anderson Exteriors was absolutely incredible. Mark kept me informed with everything that was happening throughout every step of the process, even answering my questions during his weekend vacation. He promised to get everything finished for us, and he kept that promise (even areas of the house that were not approved by insurance that Mark covered himself). Mark and his crew are very exceptional, did an outstanding job on replacing my roof. Will not use anyone for my exterior repairs, eccept anderson exteriors from now on. professional crew and did great on clean up. 1000 A plus in my book.

Mark, I'm truely impressed. Being a former roofer and then a damage assessment specialist, I always find flaws in other roofing contractors. Today that is not the case, your crew has this process down to a science and I am in awe of the speedy production. I know one of the biggest complaints from customers is the nails and broken shingles left behind but my yard is cleaner now than before you did my roof. Shout out to you and everyone involved, from the sales and supplement dept, to the shingles and clean up crew, you guys are phenomenal. Thank you.

Horrible work done they’re an unlicensed company that uses subcontractors that do horrible work done wrong if they worked on your house have it double checked And dont give your insurance checks till you have it checked and know they did everything your insurance paid for , Owner Mark is a Liar and scammer Beware i’d cancel any contract with them ASAP

One star because they cost me my $1500.00 deductible, promised me they'd get my insurance to pay for a new roof.
Little to no communication (after THEY realized insurance company wasn't going to budge) still have not gotten my roof fixed.
Would NOT recommend.
Seems like they're like ambulance chasers, storm comes through & they were Johnny on the spot telling me how horrible condition my roof was in...funny, my insurance doesn't think so.
