Spoke with Ryan about getting a quote on Thur, guys came out to look at the job Fri, had the quote first thing Mon, work was completed by mid week of that same week. Complete satisfaction from the initial call to the completion of the work. Guys did a great job!

Anchor Roofing does excellent work! I have used them before for roofing problems and the work was exceptional! i was so confident in the work they did, i didn't have a second thought about calling on them again. Ryan is awesome and very prompt, professional and patient with questions, calls, emails. He communicated every step of the way and explained what to expect. No surprises at all! He has excellent customer service skills. The workers were very nice and polite, did the job. i like the professionalism they displayed with before and after pictures. You really see the difference in how skilled the crew was. The service was a God sent to me and i truly Thank God for Ryan and the staff for always coming through! The roof looks marvelous!

I recommend Anchor Roofing to everyone! They came to our house to perform some repairs and were very professional and responsive. It's rare that a contractor will make an appointment with you, and show up when they say they will. They provided quotes before doing any work and talked through the results with us. In spite of the searing heat. Anchor Roofing and Exteriors, LLC did an amazing job of repairing damage around my chimney where the wood was rotting away. Sergio showed up on time, stayed late, and came back the next day to finish. He was polite and professional and I'm so relieved to have this taken care of. Thank you!

Excellent and timely communication. Very fair pricing and a professional job. Fixed my 'vintage' metal roof for a very fair price and got me up and running! Ryan and the crew at Anchor Roofing did a great job for me with several small roof repairs. While my roof is only 10 years old, I had leaking pipe vent flashings, and needed to rebuild and re-shingle a small roof area where a chimney had been removed. Their estimate was comparable to other quotes I received, and the work was done on-schedule as promised. It is almost impossible to see where they wove in replacements shingles into my existing roof -- great color match and high quality workmanship. They truly are a local-owned business -- I plan to use them on an up-coming room addition I am planning.

We have a client in Isle of Palms has some minor roofing damage. Most other companies she called were extremely expensive and trying to sell her on services she did not need. Because of their efficent employees our contractor was able to continue our project with no delays. Being a HOA manager on behalf of Sentry Management in the greater Charleston area for over 8 years, roofing is a weekly concern (almost daily with our storms here). Anchor Roofing has been #1 go to roofers for years now from full community wide projects to emergency repairs, dozens (and dozens) of successful repairs/replacements. One of the the only 5 vendors in any category, have always detail repair scopes with pictures before and after... no question on quality job.

Anchor came to repair a leak in our roof. They were prompt, polite, completed the work quickly and completely, and they had good communication with us. There was an accident with a tool falling off the roof and breaking our glass patio table. They cleaned up the broken glass right away. They took measurements and replaced the glass very quickly!

It all started when I reached out to the community to ask for recommendations for a good and honest roofing company. I had just been burned by a dishonest solar panel installation company, who had left my roof looking like a mess. Someone recommended Anchor Roofing, and I immediately contacted them to come out for an estimate. Scotty M. came out the very next day and looked over my entire roof. The dishonest solar panel company agreed to write me a check to replace my roof, as long as I could find a contractor that would agree to take the job. Scotty assured me that he would handle everything in terms of putting the roofing quote together, sending it to the solar panel company, and following up with them as needed until they delivered on their promise to pay for my new roof. Well, after weeks of meticulously contacting the dishonest solar panel company over and over again, along with submitting proposals to my HOA, applying for city permits, etc., he was FINALLY able to get them to deliver on their promise, and I got my check! He went completely above and beyond what I have ever seen a salesperson/project manager do. My old roof was removed and the new one installed in just 2 days. The crew of gentlemen that did the work were polite, pleasant, hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves both days. Knowing I have small children, they combed the yard, looking for any stray nails left behind. Scotty came by and oversaw the work both days, and communicated with me and my husband about the progress. He sent pictures to my husband who could not be there to see it in person. My new roof looks AMAZING. By the way, through this entire process, Scotty gained my trust enough to get me to want to put solar panels back on (something I though I would never want to do again). In just a couple of weeks, Solarize Financial, who works closely with Anchor Roofing, will be doing the job. Throughout this whole process, I never felt pressured in any way. I would highly recommend Anchor Roofing to take care of any of your roofing needs.

Charlie and Greg are wonderful. Very responsive and easy to work with. They get the job done quickly and get it done right! Estimates are fair and sent very soon after site visits. Anytime we have questions they are ready and willing to answer. We don't use any other roofing vendors anymore.
