Amor recently completed a roof replacement for our home, and the entire process was extremely smooth from the initial quote to the final inspection.

William was our first contact. He was helpful in answering all of our questions and providing us with a very fair quote for different packages. We didn't feel pressured into anything, and the team was willing to work with our schedule.

When it came to the day of the project, Kevin and his crew worked efficiently and were respectful of our property as well as our neighbors. We were impressed with how quickly they worked and the end result looked great.

Santiago came out to do the final inspection and wrap up loose ends. He was gracious enough to come back and inspect part of our roof/gutter because we had questions about some water dripping (it ended up not being related to the roof installation). At the end of the project, Santiago sent a very thorough album of literally hundreds of photos and documentation of the roof replacement from start to finish, which as a homeowner is extremely valuable.

Amor Roofing has been one of the most straightforward businesses I’ve worked with. They pointed out key areas of concern, showed me the faults of the existing roof and how they would provide better materials and proper installation for a longer lasting roof. Changed out both skylights with better quality ones. End of each day was a thorough cleanup, like they were never here. Fully documented with 583 pictures and drone shots stating the condition or issues of the plywood, etc, so keeping no surprises. End of job was a thorough inspection by the owner and foreman resolving any fixes necessary. Definitely was worth every dollar. Thank you for a great job guys.

I was in a major time crunch as I was selling my house. Previous inspections didn't reveal anything but a few stains in the attick, but my loan company required a certified roofer to inspect due to some moisture found by the original inspector. Amor came out same day and found substantial damage. I had 2 other companies also inspect and they came up with the same. Amor came out within a couple days and had the roof on in 3 days getting me within the timeline necessary to get the loan. I got the loan and all is well with the purchase of the new home. These guys are meticulous about their work. Were they the lowest price? No, but the difference was just a couple hundred dollars. William and Santiago were super to work with and truly cared that my problem was taken care of swiftly, completely and professionally. I would and will refer them to family and friends alike.

If I could 8 stars, I would. I found Amor Roofing by luck through a quick internet search when a small leak greeted me on a recent, rainy, Sunday morning. I called Amor early Monday morning and explained my situation. They had Cameron at my house 3 hours later. He assessed my roof issue, recommended the repair and helped me get scheduled for 2 days later. Cameron and a team were back to do the work and diagnose anything else. They were relentless in finding the source of my leak, partnering with our solar panel company (panels had to come off to access spot for roof repair), and completing the work. To say they were informative, gracious and great to work with is an understatement. Every team member was fantastic. I was happy to learn my roof was in good enough shape to last a few more years but when it is time - Amor Roofing is definitely my first call.

I am very pleased to report my experience with Amor roofing was positive and professional from beginning to end. I received a prompt site visit and very detailed/comprehensive quote and detailed project plan within days. I had to wait for approval from my HOA on my roofing project. The professionals at Amor were very patient with the delay in scheduling. Once I received approval, they got me on calendar and the project completed that same week! The quality of their craftsmanship and materials is superior. Amor was a delight to work with throughout my entire roofing project, therefore I highly recommend them.

Dealing with Amor Roofing was an honest and positive experience. (Please note that three of our neighbors had their roofs done by Amor and we all very pleased with the work performed.) From proposal acceptance through project completion all interactions and communications were very timely and professional. The team that performed the roofing project were thorough and efficient. The project was more than 90% complete on day one with a team of eight extremely competent workers. All team members participated in site clean up. Earlier this year Amor replaced our roof and gutters. We were very impressed so I called them to do my biannual roof cleaning. Cameron came out to talk with me about getting on the schedule every 6 months and to clean my roof. I wasn't even sure if I needed the cleaning but we do have a lot of mature trees so I wanted to make sure my roof stays nice. Cameron was so helpful, took a look at my roof and answered my questions. We scheduled a roof cleaning for next year and I planned on taking care of the leaf debris myself since it was minimal. Cameron was so helpful he took care of the debris for me. His help made my week and so thankful to Amor for hiring such wonderful and considerate people.

We got multiple bids to get our roof done and Amor had the best price while still including quality services. We could not be more happy with the job that was done, including the thorough cleanup of the property, which was very important to us given that we have dogs and young children. After the roof was completed, we noticed some scratches on one of our window screens, I assume happened during the demo of the old roof. I reached out to Dylan and I heard back from the team right away. Within 2 days they came out and repaired the screen at no cost and with no questions asked. I will recommend them to everyone!

I am a retired carpenter/contractor who likes to do everything myself but I am getting to old to do roofing. We hired Amor roofing who was recommended by a close friend who had them roof her house. The bid was good and detailed about possible extra costs due to unforeseen problems. Our house had a steep roof and old construction which needed updated to modern standards. We had a carpenter ant problem and needed plywood added in places that you couldn't see till you removed existing roofing. The extra cost was less than I expected and the end product is very well installed. the crew was friendly and did a great job . I would hire them again if I owned another home.

I had an exceptional experience with Amor Roofing. A fallen branch damaged one of our shingles and water started leaking into our house. Dylan was able to come out the same week to ensure the leak was covered properly so there wasn't any additional water coming in. He also did an inspection and a quote for the repair as well as looking at the whole roof to see if there were any additional damaged shingles. The repair team came out a few days later and fixed the roof, replaced the shingles and even helped us repair a gutter that was not hanging correctly for proper drainage. I recently hired Amor Roofing to help me fix issues that I have on my (metal roof) covered porch created from the original roof installer I used. The company owner personally brought roof samples by the house so that I could both see the product and have an opportunity for asking questions easier talked about than handled via email. I was offered multiple options, with each explained. The prices quoted were very in-line and even competitive with other estimates with only a percentage paid up front. A choice of install dates and was given and I was pleased by the co-operative response when I needed to change the original date. The day of the project the crew arrived on time and the work done as promised in one day with ground protection around the home. This included a delightful "extra" of cleaning an attached fiberglass roof and allowing an awkwardly long discard into their dumpster. The billing was sent and paid via email (not required before they left the driveway), allowing time to make sure the job was acceptable. I am quite pleased to recommend this company.

Good honest contractors are a rare find in today's climate. Santiago of Amor roofing is a rare example of extremely professional, to-the-point, punctual and getting it done right all through my 2000sqft addition. . This company stood behind not only the best reasonable estimate, but the punctuality, service and professionalism with all the follow through requests. As per the addition, not only did Santiago had the knowledge of the roof that needed to be matched, but performed a flawless job of tying in with the existing roof.
