They were here to clean out and check dryer vents ~~they were so pleasant and efficient!

One of the best customer service experiences in my life. AmeriClean went above and beyond to help me clean my father's house while he was in the Hospital recovering from a Tracheostomy/feeding tube placement. Our lives had just been flipped upside down and they opened up their schedule to get the job done immediately.
This gave me the ability to get my dad home safely into the comfort of his own home.

There is no price for that! The crew were amazing workers, polite and even hung out to help me after their job was finished.

From the initial phone call when they promised they will get the job done. To the prompt and courteous service technician everyone was very professional. Service, price, and quality of work were top notch.

AmeriClean put down new vapor barrier in our crawlspace and they did a wonderful job!!!! Starting with Jim who came over and did a mold and moisture test, then Dakota getting us a bid and then sending his excellent crew over to do the job!!! These guys were very polite, answered my questions, and were very quick and very effective. Will definitely be using them again.

Wr recently had a flood into two rooms in our basement that were carpeted. Americlean came out to our house within a couple hours and began the clean up process. Within four days, the carpet was dried, concrete dried, and walls and studs dried. The carpet was removed as we decided to put in waterproof linoleum.

This company is expedient, knowledgeable, and friendly employees to work with. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them.

On January 17, 2024, I called AmeriClean at 8:06 AM regarding frozen and burst pipes in the crawl space accessed through the garage and some water that had leaked down into the storage area under the stairs in the basement. Megan was very nice and helpful. She and her crew arrived around 11:00 or so. They emptied out and set up fans in storage area under basement stairs, set up fans by basement stairs, and sucked out water in the crawl space accessed through the garage where the pipes froze, burst, and flooded.
Per my request, AmeriClean subcontracted a plumber to make the repairs to the burst pipes. After the plumber arrived, AmeriClean left to work on another job. After several hours, the plumber let himself into my house via the door to the kitchen without permission instead of going to the front door like the note on the door stated. Needless to say, that really freaked me out! He told me that due to the number of breaks in the pipes in the crawl space the whole area would have to replumbed and he needed to cut holes in the walls in the laundry room to see if there were any other leaks. I was not comfortable with him cutting holes in the wall to ‘see if there were leaks’ without prior approval from the insurance company. He cleaned up his gear and left.
AmeriClean returned awhile later with a heater fan to dry out the crawl space. The guy told me it had to be plugged in upstairs, rather than in one of the many outlets downstairs which I thought was weird. I finally plugged it in, in the laundry room which blew the circuit breaker right away. I reset it and it didn’t blow the circuit breaker again.
The next day AmeriClean came back out to check on things and all was going well. I made the mistake of stating I was going to a hotel so I could take a shower. The guy stated they would need full access to the garage and house while I was gone in case something happened. I was not comfortable doing that, stating if there was a problem they would call me, and I’d come back. Mind you, the hotels are within 5-10 minutes from my house. He refused and rudely stated if I didn’t agree and give him the remote to the garage door and the keys to me house, then they would pull out of the job. I said fine, we are done, then. The guy, Jim, signed the final paperwork.
AmeriClean never submitted their invoices to my insurance company though they were provided with the insurance company information as soon as I received it. I am still waiting for the detailed invoices so I can submit them to my insurance company. Once I receive them, I’ll pay AmeriClean.

Austin came this morning and cleaned our area rugs. He was very professional and efficient. The rugs look fabulous and the house smells so clean. We will use Americlean again for our rugs and floor. Thanks so much

Wonderful service! He explained everything before cleaning and after the cleaning. He explained how to keep it clean given I have several dogs.

We have used Americlean twice now for remediation of water damage - first one was a roof leak, second was a burst pipe. They have been excellent both times! They are very responsive and quick to come out. Megan has been our main point of contact, and she has been wonderful to work with - friendly, caring and very knowledgeable! Austin finished up the process with getting our carpets thoroughly cleaned and restored, and he was also very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They worked a miracle with our basement over the past week, making sure everything was taken care of and ready to go before we have guests coming in for Thanksgiving. I highly recommend Americlean if you ever have a need!

Americlean came over same day to our business to give us a quote. Scheduled an appointment for later in the week and Austin was very informative on what services he was providing us. On time, respectful and will be using again when the time comes.

I cannot overstate how much I love this company. There's nothing worse than having your ceiling open up and start pouring water onto all of your personal belongings. This is what my girlfriend and I walked into at about 7:00 p.m. last night. Luckil our property manager picked the right company and by about 9:30 this morning I had a phone call from Megan, one of their managers, who was extremely professional, upbeat, and had a very positive attitude. Upon reaching the property they were extremely adept at putting my mind at ease, inspecting the entire apartment using thermal imaging systems to determine which areas had been affected. All of their technicians seem very professional, but especially Mike really made me feel like things were going to be just fine. I cannot restate how professional and kind every single person I have met that works for this company is. Outstandingly good impression. If the worst ever happens to you I would call these guys. Megan Hughes at Americlean is awesome. The basement in our hot home sustained damage due to wind driven rain the first weekend in June. Megan was helped us coordinate various aspects of the clean up, including being the initial point person for insurance. We feel very lucky that she was working on our case.

I called Americlean needing work to be done within 24 hours and they had it done within that afternoon. They were responsive, professional, and great people. I highly recommend them and will go back to them again.

AmeriClean took care of a major flood at my business - acting with expediency, efficiency and thoroughness to mitigate the extent of the damage. After the disaster we walked into last week AmeriClean "The Clean Experts" were there within an hour with 3 extra guys and stayed until almost midnight!! Absolutely amazing, I had flooding in my recent apartment and needed someone there in short notice and Americlean came through for me! I’m super impressed with Americlean!! I have found my new carpet cleaning company. They also cleaned out our HVAC duct and spotted some mold growing removed it! In a safe manner. Words don't exist to convey the amount of gratitude I have for Jim. He came to my home at the end of his day to do an emergency inspection. He was beyond kind explained everything to me in full detail and ensured I had any additional resources that I may need. He even gave me financially friendly options and ideas to make sure my son and I are safe regardless of my financial situation. To say I recommend his services is an understatement. Jim was very helpful to quickly fit us in for a mold inspection. He was very informative and showed us lots of pictures and factual details to show that we did not have mold at our residence. We were sure thankful he fit us in and provided just the service we needed.

Need your carpets clean? Just had the best experience with Adam and Anita from Americlean! Stairwell, landing, and high tragic areas in two bedrooms done in about and hour! Adam even replace some carpet pad on the landing at no extra charge to me! Fast, Friendly, and Consummate Professional ! Oh, and they do way more than clean carpets!

I recently decided to have my car professionally cleaned. I was specifically concerned with the upholstery in the back seat of my car after letting my wet/muddy dog in after going for hikes. The upholstery was stained with mud and littered with thick black hair. I told the crew at Americlean about my concerns and they told me it would be no problem to clean the upholstery, and to drop off my car. They said they would call me when it was finished. One hour later, Americlean called me to pick up the car. It was spotless. Not only did they detail the inside, they cleaned and washed the outside, and even made the car smell nice. The back seats looked brand new, and all of the stains were gone. I always recommend Americlean to my friends and family, and will be coming back every time I need to detail my car.

I recommend Americlean for your carpet cleaning! I was moving out of my house of five year and they made the carpet look brand new. And I thought it was hopeless! They did more than expected! I never realized my white carpet on my stairs had lil designs on it. But they lifted the stains right up. I mean, carpet on stairs? You can only imagine! They are sweet people! Top notch customer service and job completion!

We had AmeriClean clean one of our higher traffic areas that had numerous spills and water leaks, but following completion of the job, the carpet looks brand new!

After running into a deadline to have a rental area prepped for move in, I was able to call AmeriClean on a Monday afternoon, and have the job completed the same week.

We will definitely be using AmeriClean again soon!
