Florence Ace Hardware

Always a nice welcome when you walk in, that are always so helpful. Answer all the questions I have, which is nice. This is the place where the helpful hardware folks are at.

Most of the staff are quite knowledgeable and are very helpful in finding what you need or leading you in the right direction.

Exactly what a neighborhood hardware should be. Great customer service with plenty of knowledgeable people working. Prices are reasonable too.

Florence Ace is so convenient, so friendly and has a great inventory. They also have blessed David's Angels by accepting clothing donations for us. And, they graciously give us the best deal in town.

Thanks so much to Logan!! We purchased a gallon of paint for an accent wall in our bedroom… it was terrible, completely our fault
We took the paint back to Ace in hopes that they might be able to help- Logan took the time to help find a color that allowed us to use the paint we’d already purchased.

Super friendly and helpful wmployees....they really iwn their jobs! Great selection for a small area store...always have what we need and always someone there to help us find it...even when we are not sure what IT is!

Great little hardware store, I have been in here dozens of times and everyone who works here is super helpful. I often come in here looking for something that I'm not expecting to find and....lo and behold, they have it. Keep up the great work!

It's a locally owned store with friendly helpful staff that even helped me with an issue with my truck. They have a good selection of goods and I liked that they have some unique offerings.

There's nothing you can't find in this store. I have yet to leave without everything I came for. Great selection.

The employee to customer level is normally about 2:1! Despite it's small size (I do wish they had more space, carried more stuff), this business does a wonderful job at personalizing service, friendlies and helpfulness. Love and appreciate having a store like this so close to Florence! The prices are decent / OK for an ACE and they carry a lot of feed as well.

I think they would do well if they doubled their size - Florence has enough people now to support that. I hope they stay in business and keep doing what they're doing. Thanks for being there Ace Florence!

For a small place I don't know how they do it, but always find what I need and always get help without having to find it. Great bunch of people there.

I enjoy shopping at my local Ace versus driving to Missoula and dealing with one of the Big Box stores! Thanks for being there!
