- One major issue was that I heard that several grizzly bears were in town and on property.
- Both rooms were dirty in fact. The first room shower was dirty and water didn't drain.
- It was very outdated but the cleanliness of the room was horrific.
- We were extremely disappointed with our stay.
- The pictures online make it look very clean and more modern, so this room was not what I expected.

Excellent service. Every employee was helpful and friendly. The room was clean. I am picky with cleanliness, and I didn’t find anything that grossed me out. Our room was spacious and they made our beds and gave new towels on day 2, which is not the norm anymore.
My kids loved that they could ride the bikes around and have s’mores at the fire pit each night. I stayed two nights and had a a river view room. How gorgeous to see the Yellowstone River out the window and from the balcony.
The laundry room was very tidy and the washing machines and dryers were newer and free of charge. The front desk provides detergent and dryer sheets.
The hot tub was nice. This isn’t a five-star hotel jacuzzi but other guests and I enjoyed the hot tub very much. The water was clean although the concrete flooring around it could be nicer.
This location in Gardiner was very convenient for our first time in Yellowstone NP. We stayed 2 nights before heading to an in-between spot toward the Tetons. I recommend this hotel to families starting their roadtrip!
Oh one more thing, the lobby coffee was the best lobby coffee I’ve ever had. I usually hate hotel lobby coffee.
Highly Recommend! Amazing views and very convenient. The front desk staff and especially the manager are wonderful - professional and accommodating, and very helpful. We had an unexpected medical issue and they went out of their way to help us.
I stayed at the Ridgeline this week and it was a good hotel. It was clean. One major issue I had with this hotel was that I heard that several grizzly bears were in town and on property. My main concern was why they did not have bear proof garbage cans? If they want to make the property safe for guests, they need to have bear proof garbage cans and dumpsters. In my opinion, this isn’t a safe place to stay until that happens. Gardiner Montana is grizzly bear country and hotels should be required to Bear proof their trash.
