406 Windows did a fantastic job on my project. From the first consultation to final installation, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. The quality of the windows and the attention to detail in the install were impressive. Highly recommend!

We used 406 Window Co. to replace one window in our new home. I appreciated Jordan as he was quick and thorough at removing the old window and placing the new one. He was also very kind and patient with my little 2 year old who was very curious to know what was going on in her room. Would use again!

Great customer service from everyone at 406 Window Co. I had defective window replaced at no charge although it was 12 years old. Installers were very professional. Would recommend 406 to everyone.

Their service and support has been superb! Their personable, professional help while building a new home was instrumental in finding exactly what we wanted. When a mechanical issue arose on a door lock over a year after installation, Brian was quick to respond and get the problem fixed.

We had hired 406 Windows to replace 23 windows for our facility that costs $30k! Not even a year later, our windows are leaking. The owner stated, without offering to assess the problem, immediately stated “I don’t know, I’m not confident that we will do anything.” These are brand new windows and we worked $30k out to pay for these windows. He requested that I send pictures of the leaks which I have sent. We never had leaks prior to replacing the windows and now we do with brand new windows. We will wait and see what response and see what remedy they will do to fix this issue. Will they back up their service? Do they have integrity?
Update: The owner, Aaron did not offer any remedy. Instead blamed the leaks on the egress cover which is unchanged for years. STAY AWAY from this company if you want quality work and professionalism, they won’t back up their products. The owner is unprofessional. NO integrity. We spent $30k for a sloppy work. I recommend everyone to look for other company or you’ll end up like us, no remedy.
9/20/24 Aaron, the windows don’t fit, you put wrong size windows because you’re incompetent. You left a comment on a business who has never served you. That’s how unprofessional you are. Stay away from 406 Windows. Run from this business. He doesn’t know what he’s doing.

We built a new house 2+ years ago and 2 windows and a sliding glass door have never functioned properly. 406 Windows provided the windows for the house (Coeur d’Alene brand). We have worked primarily with Alex and have received nothing but a run-around and excuses!!! The service has been absolutely terrible!!

Brian was AWESOME to work with. He made recommendations to us! He kept us informed on ordering times, and even set us up with an amazing installer. Our home looks 100 times better than it did before thanks to Brian. He also, kept everything within a reasonable price range for us.

Aaron and the crew at 406 Window Co. are great! They are pros at following up on product quality and ensuring the best possible finished product. I love window shopping at 406!

Excellent service! If you want a very well built warm window, ask Aaron about the Alpen window line. We love ours, we only used 200 gallons of propane that first winter.
