We had 6 windows and a patio door replaced. Paul our salesperson was great to work with. He responded to quires promptly and without the hard sell gimmicks other companies use. The price was right. Install was outstanding. Edward and his crew were extremely professional and did a great job. I would use this company again. Their service has been over and beyond.

We can hardly believe what a find America's Best Choice Omaha is. We knew we needed to replace windows and we interviewed several companies. This one really is the best choice. The windows have been installed by a very competent and professional installer. They are very well made and were a very fair price. If we ever need windows again - we will be calling America's Best Choice Omaha.

This is our second project totaling 6 new windows and a French door installation. We have received excellent customer service from every single employee (and owner) we have worked with through years! Strongly recommend them!

Recieved a new slider back patio door. The sales manager that came to my house to give me a quote was amazing! He took about 15 minutes of my time to give me a quote and explain thier product and the benefits. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy and understood (without me even saying) that I had more people coming over for quotes. They were BY FAR the best quote I received.

America's Best Choice came highly recommended to me by a colleague. And he was spot on. I had a great experience with Carmen, Jeff, Sandy, Jason, and Corey. I had a tricky project: tight budget AND tight timeline. They worked with me on both and delivered just what I was looking for. Most of my face-to-face interaction was with Corey, the installer. He was pleasant, listened to my concerns, and addressed them immediately. I worked a little with his boss, Jason, to clarify some scope of work questions. Jason was patient and professional. I work with field staff from several different trades on a daily basis and Corey and Jason did a great job. My interactions with them stood out as a good experience. I put some pressure on Jeff and Carmen to meet a tough deadline and they jumped some hoops to make it happen. Really appreciate all the team did to pull this project together.

Service was incredible from sales to install. They also replaced a little drywall for me below the window that had been damaged from a wet window

From start to finish all details were handled with the utmost care. The crew that installed my patio door was very careful to make sure that every detail was completed properly. I would highly recommend ABC Windows. Recently had 8 windows replaced in home and the outcome was a definite 10+. Had all wraps on outside stained to match my house color & it was a perfect match - exactly the color of sample stains.
Customer service was 100 % beginning with Carmen who set up appt. with Ed to come & discuss options with me. He was so thorough in all aspects, explaining all details.
Jason, who came out to measure answered any questions that I had.
Edward, who actually installed windows, was amazing!!! He knew what he was doing & was so personable & very friendly, and making sure everything was kept clean after completion. Very efficient as well.

My windows look great, They were far lass expensive than the 3 other estimates I had. The installers were professional, courteous and they never took a break except for lunch. They were constantly in motion until the job was complete. My salesman was knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell me anything other than what I said I wanted. Cheryl Miller

Outside of a decent door I would not recommend their service. I ordered the door in Sept 2021 and didn't get installed until Feb 2022 after I was told 8-10 weeks. Upon installation the following things occurred:
-Installer became irate when asked to install toe lock that was included and threw his shirt off
-Horrible caulking job inside and out
-Siding nails on exterior left popped out
-damaged hardwood floor in several spots on first row of planks closest to door
-blood left on interior wall and on door
-no caulking inside completed where door meets wood floor
-door did not align properly
-door latch chipped
-rough closing
-exterior trim piece of stationary panel chipped off on top and bottom which they claimed was normal
-Pulled my credit twice for financing which resulted in 15 point decrease in credit score after the second time

They have not taken responsibility for poor quality of workmanship and condition door was left of the exterior. They put blame on me and others. Representative of Heartland doors fixed issue they stated was normal and questioned condition of exterior caulking as well as 3 general contractors I contacted to finish job properly. I did not choose to have the door wrapped to their specs as the quality observed from another one of their projects was sub par. They tried to say I sent rude emails and texts to them which is a lie as no text was ever sent and emails were concerns of the process where they stated they were embarrassed by their work. All I asked was reasonable compensation to finish job properly as well to address the damaged wood floor.

Paul came and explained everything needed to be done and provided a prompt estimate. The installers were professional and cleaned up well. The new windows look great and are much better than the ones they replaced. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with this company. AJ was our salesman and he did a fantastic job. He was one of the main reasons why we went with this company. We had several other bids from different companies and by far this was the best value and customer service. We highly recommend this company. Our installer Brandon was fantastic. We are extremely happy with his workmanship. He obviously takes pride in his work because it shows. They cleaned up everything. The lady that was with him did a fantastic job with the cleanup. We cannot say enough about the installation crew.

Jeff Vollmer and his team are so professional. We had our garage siding replaced and the garage looks brand new! The price was great as I had three other bids to compare and the quality of product is spot on! As for the installers....WOW, fast and expert. When they were done, the clean up was so amazing. Besides the fact our garage looked new, hardly knew they were there and they had tight quarters to work around with landscaping and trees. Clean up was perfect. I would highly recommend for sure.

We needed to reschedule our window installation due to an unexpected schedule conflict with the original date & they were very accommodating. The installer was punctual & very skilled. All-around incredible customer service and product! I appreciated the attentiveness of Chris, the salesperson, and his ability to recommend products and communicate effectively to like up with what I wanted. These windows were about half the cost of any of the big box stores, but still great quality and look! When calling the store, Angie always answered quickly and promptly answered any questions I had. What a treat to not have to punch through 5 prompts to get to talk to a human. The installers/measurers always communicated well with when they were coming, were professional, and did good work. I have an older home with 24 windows and the difference that these windows made is incredible. The salesman came to the house and explained every step that was going to be taken and the time frame that it would require. Once the windows were made and brought to Omaha, it only took the installers 2 days to do the job. This is an old 2 story house and they were careful with the plants outside, they were neat and clean and once the windows were in I was taken room to room to see the finished project. I was very please with what they did and how they conducted themselves and would highly recommend this company.

We received quotes for windows from a few companies and America's Best Choice blew them all away. Jared was our salesman, he was polite, knowledgable, and honest. He told us before we looked at the quote that we would be surprised...he was right, great price. We had our windows installed October 2018 (8 months ago) as you recall we had a very cold wet winter. Our windows worked great, no air leaks and kept the cold out!!! The installers were professionals and kept everything clean inside and out. The finished product looks great and works great. We are happy with our windows and would recommend to anyone. America's Best Choice Windows personnel are all polite and easy to work with. We are getting a quote for a rear slider door and a garage window replacement soon. I hope to work with them again.

I love the new windows! Your salesman was very helpful in explaining my options with different windows and frame colors. He also provided information on what to expect during the installation of the windows. I received phone calls to when the sales person would be at my home and when the windows were ready, I got a call as to the date and time the installers would be at my home. They arrived on time and completed the installation on time. Mike and his team were very courteous and did a great job installing the windows and removing the old ones and cleaning up. I was very satisfied from the time they came out to do the quote until the job was finished. They came the next day and measured a second time after the initial measurement and quote. He found that all the initial measurements were right on, but the fact they double checked set my mind at ease.
I was kept informed of progress all along the way as the windows were fabricated. Once the windows were ready, they arrived just before the time they said. There were 3 installers, and were very pleasant and knowledgable with what they needed to do. There were 12 windows and a sliding door for a 2 story house. They started at 8 an and were finished be 2 pm. When they were done, they cleaned up behind themselves.
The entire experience was wonderful, from the price to the installation. There were even a couple of follow calls to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Thank you ABC windows. Siding will be next!

I'm so glad my wife found this company! Can't say enough good about them. From beginning to end I was very impressed. Lynn helped us on the show floor with picking out windows including special ordered windows and scheduling the install. Mike and the window installers were very knowledgeable, hard working, and friendly. Lynn told us it would be about 6-7 weeks when we'd get our windows in. Sure enough exactly as she said we got the call and went over what we needed to do to prepare for the window install.I was a bit concerned that our house would be turned upside down with installation, but that just wasn't the case. Mike and staff were very efficient, careful, and professional in their work. We had 15 windows installed and it took them 2 days including the window wraps. My wife and I were blown away at the finished product! We love our windows and love this small company! They did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. Oh, and a week or so after the job was done we got a call from them. They were just checking to make sure everything was fine and if we had any questions or concerns. Happy customers here!
