American Quality Roofing

After nearly a year my $40,000 roof and ventilation is still not properly installed. Multiple promises to correct the problems only led to schedule dates when they did not show up.. lastly I was told that they would come out and correct the problems and satisfy the contract issues only if I would sign some form of release document before they started. My experience with this company told me not to do so and I did not. So .... I am missing things written into the original
contract and never delivered as well as incorrect installations which have never been remedied. At the end I was admonished for harassment for trying to get my roof completed.
The only reason this company got a 1 rating was there was not a 0 on the list.
I paid for contract fulfillment, not charm.

Mike and his team did not disappoint. He sold us based on his ability to communicate with the insurance company and he came through as promised. The workers are hilarious and we enjoyed their laughs and music. They really did an incredible job and we highly recommend.

Saved 20 k on our roof and worked well with our insurance. Very professional company and was super easy to work with!

Mike was fantastic to work with. He helped me navigate a 4 month long battle with insurance (highly recommend avoiding AFICS-Homesite), and went above and beyond to represent me and my interests. Once scheduled, his crew did the install quick and painlessly (one day install), and even helped me with interior water damage. Communication was consistent and clear, and I felt like Mike was on my side the entire time.
