We recently used American Patriot Roofing after a big hail storm this spring. Great experience from start to finish . Steve Witkop did a thorough job explaining the entire process and dealing directly with all the contractors working on our house. We had to get a lot done (new roof , gutters and fence / garage stained ) but the guys all made the process headache free. It was a complete team effort as Logan Beadle did his part by keeping on the insurance company to get our claim through as quickly as possible and keeping me updated on where we stood on things. Definitely would recommend APR if you are ever in the need of a high quality roofing company !

I would highly recommend using American Patriot Roofing. This was my first time needing to replace my roof and they walked me through the entire process. They coordinated with the insurance adjuster to make sure they were there to walk the property with them to help streamline the process. They were always accommodating and were able to complete the job very quickly.

We had another company come out and quoted us an outrageous figure to repair our roof. Details…. The new roofing is installed with correct techniques (drip edge material, joint underlayment that is 3-5 mil water barrier and shingle product that ensures you have a solid product. Yes, it will be a mess during removal; but Logans crew took care of everything.

After a serious hail storm and a recommendation from a neighbor, I called American Patriot Roofing and spoke with Steve W. I was very leery about roofers that came knocking daily after the storm, and I even spoke to a few beforehand and my guard was up. But I found Steve to be very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and most importantly…honest, a man with real integrity. I did my homework, read the fine print, and asked a bunch of questions. Steve was always available, quick to respond, and answered many times in person to make sure that I understood and got the clarification that I needed. He worked with me and my insurance agent, claims adjuster, and appraiser every step of the process and helped to provide everything that was needed to get the claim approved for all the damages. His team did exactly what had been described, except better. They replaced the roof with an upgraded shingle (free of charge) in a single day, but he stuck with me to do our fence, fascia painting, and guttering. He even worked with our HOA for us to change the shingle and guttering color that I chose. I have his name and number in my contact list and I’m keeping it because there is no question that I’ll be calling him again if the need arises. The new roof looks great and much better than the original. I highly recommend Steve and American Patriot Roofing to anyone for a job well done.

Hail storms in Texas are a common occurrence, but finding a business that is about people first is rare.

This last hail storm was pretty bad and I wanted to get peace of mind about my roof. My home is only 2 years old but I don’t leave things to chance. I wanted to get the roof checked and didn’t know who to go with. On the Nextdoor app my fellow neighbors were going through the same thing and that is how I met Luke and Logan from American Patriot.

They came to my home to inspect my roof and gave me confidence that they wanted to make sure I was good, not trying to get a buck. They talked with me, helped me understand what they were looking for and even took photos to really give me peace about how good my roof is. On my roof he found two things that I am under warranty for with my builder I can have repaired for free. They even looked at my neighbors roof and saw there was a crowbar left up there rusting (from solar panel installation).

There was no cost for the inspection, but I gained two of the very best professional individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting. Logan sent me the pictures and I made sure my neighbor found out about the crowbar on her roof.

American Patriot Roofing is hands down the best choice for having your roof repaired! Jeromy went out of his way to request a second adjuster come out and Jeromy was there with the inspector to point out areas that were damaged by the storm. We were really impressed that everything was done so quickly and smoothly. American Patriot Roofing does not cut corners and uses top of the line material when repairing the roof. The only thing we had to do was pick a shingle type and date. Highly recommend!
