American Homes Remodel did an amazing job on my home remodel, vinyl siding installation, and roof replacement. Peter's crew meet all of our expectations. They raised a floor to match the rest of house, new sheet rock and moved our laundry to make a dedicated laundry room. We had our wood siding replaced with vinyl siding. We add a roof replacement to our original work to be done. That crew came on a Saturday and completed the whole roof with in just a few hours.

Pete created a half bath in our bonus room…he and his crew (Ben and Ben) handled carpentry, electrical, plumbing and design to enhance our upstairs bedroom…If /when we sell our home, this well-conceived addition will add value.

They have been great through the whole process. Peter has been in touch, stopped by several time to ensure the job was being completed on time. I would highly recommend them.

The work crew (Peter and Victor) did a great job. They were very professional and worked at repairing out house as if they were working on their own house. They took their time and made sure everything was done correctly. Their price was extreme fair for the work they did. They were very accommodating in every way. I look forward to having them come back to do work on some of our future renovations. I would highly recommend them!

They completely remodeled my master bathroom, we enlarged it into a closet. There was demo and re-framing and building a huge soaker tub base for the giant insert I found and they had to work around my new granite I had installed a couple months earlier. He was always on time, didn’t take breaks, if he couldn’t make it or was going to be later than normal he would text me. Very good communication!!
I had to call Peter after a few months for a little touch up job, something had just worked itself loose. He answered immediately and set a date and time that same week to come take a look and correct. That’s impressive!!!! I have no complaints!!! Peter, and his craftsman Vlad, did an outstanding job on our front door with screen door and adjacent window install in our old farmhouse which required extensive craftsman fabrication and re-build. Very happy with the work, and am planning to use them again for other projects.

Peter did a complete home remodel for us. When I contacted him about our project, he responded quickly, came out to see our home, and gave us a fair quote, all within a week. In speaking with Peter it was very apparent that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to get me everything I wanted with the house and also provide suggestions when I picked something that might not work so well. Throughout the entire process, we had great communication with Peter. We knew where he was at all times with the project and if we reached out to him he always responded promptly. We had a few unexpected issues that arose and Peter let us know, told us his plan to fix it, and got us a detailed quote. Our end result was a beautiful home that looked brand new. The work was high quality down to the last detail. Peter had us do a walk through to make sure everything was how we wanted it, and even had the entire house cleaned. We are absolutely thrilled with the job Peter did for us and would highly recommend him and his team!

Our 70-year old home had mold and water damage in the crawl space. This resulted in the need for joist repair in two rooms and complete joist replacement in another. The guys did all this work, put in new sub floor, and new laminate flooring planks in four rooms, as well as new tile in front of the fireplace. They did an awesome job and cleaned up after work each day. Communications were always timely and professional. I would absolutely recommend this company and plan to use them for future projects.

Pete and his wife were terrific. We wanted a closet and wall removed, and have a beam installed to expand our master bedroom and add a master closet and another closet, etc. They showed up, worked diligently, communicated well, cleaned up behind themselves, and offered solutions to issues in the process of the remodel. They also were able to finish the remodel earlier than the expected completion date. He even helped with a seperate issue with a ceiling fan in our living room. All in all, very satisfied with American Homes Remodel, and would definitely recommend them.

This is definitely the best most exquisite company in the construction/remodeling industry in South Carolina. Peter was to say the very least a PRO. When I say pro I mean he was on time he knew exactly what needed done from the day he came out for a site assessment and estimate. He uses top notch Hardware even down to the screws and nails it's not some cheap Harbour Frieght products. When it comes to time the efficiency was beyond superb. Also everything is perfect and by perfect I mean I put a level to any side of the cabinets any of the cabinets any part of the countertops anything It's perfectly level. He is So good at what he does and I got it all done In two days And only because I had to wait for the granite counter top stone slabs.

We had a lot of water damage at a rental property that required demo of the tub, flooring, and subfloors. Peter quoted my job quickly and fairly. He got the job done faster than expected and his work was phenomenal. The new shower and flooring look great!

Peter remodeled our master bathroom, closet and laundry room. His attention to detail is top notch. He is not in it to get in and get out. He makes sure everything is done correct. He is flexible to changing customer desires. We must have changed the plan 10 times and he accommodated each change. We will use him for all of our future remodeling needs. Peter is the person working and you will not have multiple strangers that don’t speak English working into he home. Our 8-year old was actually sad when Peter completes our project. She really liked him.
