This company, represented by Jeff Workman, gave us an estimate for which we signed acceptance. About 4 to 5 months later, Jeff Workman came around to our property and said he would be starting soon and wanted to inspect the work. After that visit, he sent a text saying that he could not do the work as he was short-staffed, and he recommended someone else. He would not accept phone calls and rudely stated, in a text, that there was no contract -- which was incorrect, as there was 'offer and acceptance'.
We had to get the work done by another firm at a considerably higher cost, which resulted in loss to us as we could have accepted earlier quotes from others.
Jeff Workman displayed rudeness and lack of ethics in his dealings with us and we would not recommend him to anyone!!

My roof was in terrible shape and I had tried patching it myself over the years to extend its life. Finally I had to have it replaced and chose to use American Dream Roofing. I wish I had called them a long time ago. The owner, Jeff Workman, has decades of roofing experience and it shows. He has an excellent crew and they were able to make my 80 year old roof like new in just two days. I called him because a couple of my friends told me about the great job he did on their roof and now I’ll be telling everyone about the great job he did on mine.

I called them a week after a storm, and even though they were busy, Jeff came out the next day to look and measure the roof for an estimate and gave me an estimate on the spot (and stayed right on the estimate too). I had to wait a few weeks due to the backlog from the storms, but that's understandable. Jeff and his team were awesome and got a large complex roof torn out and finished in 4 days (including removing 2 chimneys, cleaning out gutters, and installing gutter guards). The other reviews stating he is grumpy and unprofessional on the phone just don't sound like him at all. Whenever I have been on the phone or talked to him in person, he is very professional, cheery, and friendly (it's like talking to an old friend). The pictures are from the third day of work.

Guy told me he would come look at the house within an hour, an hour had passed and I called to check and see if he was still coming, he stated he had not left yet and I had somewhere to be at 5pm so I told him this and tried to reschedule but he was very rude and told me to just call someone else and hung up the phone. Do not recommend unless you want to wait around on someone for them to be rude to you.

This guy was incredibly unprofessional, and frankly just stupid if he's actually trying to run a successful business. For starters, he answers the phone in a grumpy tone with nothing but "Hello??"... Then when I asked if they offer free roofing estimates he simply just said "no thank you, no thank you" and hung up on me. Amazing. Good luck with business, you're going to need it.

American dream roofing did an awesome job on my metal roof! Very affordable and the only company to guarantee their personal work in addition to the factory guarantee on the materials.
