American Craftsman did an excellent job replacing a section of my gutter that was damaged during a storm when it was hit by a tree. Highly recommend their services. They have always been responsive, fairly priced, and do excellent work.

Jorge and his crew repaired (and essentially replaced) the roof of my townhome in March. They did quality work (comes with 10-year warranty), documented and shared photos, and were consistent in showing up when they said they would (an all-too-rare quality in home services!). Jorge especially, and Tony who helped manage the project, was super communicative and worked with me to keep my neighbors and HOA apprised and prevent issues with the work. I'm getting compliments on my new dormers! Would recommend and work with them again.

We had some major damage from a very strong hailstorm. They worked well with my insurance company. American Craftsman Services LLC did such a good job with the roof replacement, we had them do more work on the house, to restore our 30-year-old home to its glory days. Everything looks so wonderful. Most impressive was that they even registered my warranty with the shingle manufacturer. This impressed me so much, and I’m so glad I didn’t have to do that.

Jorge and his team did great work for us on a roof that had given out and was leaking into our bedroom. The price was fair, the work was completed on time, and nearly a year later, we've had no issues with the work. We'd definitely use them again!

We recently had the roof and gutters on our house replaced. Both were well over twenty years old.

For the roof, we received three quotes. Two quotes were from well-known, established roofing companies with whom we had done business previously. We also solicited a bid from American Craftsman Services. We met with Jorge and Tony from ACS. While their company is relatively new, they and their team were very experienced in roofing. Jorge took the time to discuss all options with us. While their bid was not the lowest, we chose ACS, expecting close, personal service.

We were very pleased with their attention to detail. Their crew was respectful and professional. They protected our landscaping and cleaned up the worksite on completion. A supervisor was on-site during almost all the work.

We would recommend contacting American Craftsman Services for any similar work.

Had American Craftsman Services perform a house wash. Excellent job. Jorge provided outstanding service. I have purchased gutters, roofing and siding, attic fans and Hardie Board siding from Jorge. All jobs performed to very high standards. No issues. Highly recommended.

Tony provided excellent quality to repair our aging shed. Him and the team put on a new roof and also a new back of the shed which included painting and installation. We have worked with Tony and his team for several years prior and would recommend him to anyone needing any repair work. Very customer focused and always dependable.

What a delightful experience! Tony, the owner, came out personally to look at the job - building a portico over the front door. His price was reasonable and the work was flawless. The crew was amazing as well. They kept the work area clean during the project and worked morning to night until it was done. I LOVE our new portico (no more getting wet while fumbling for the front door keys in the rain!!!). Not only is it functional, it really adds curb appeal to the house. Thank you, Tony and your amazing crew!
