Had the roof of my shed repaired. Damage was due to falling branches. Amir, the owner sent an employee out to inspect the damage same day as request. The employee came out on time and was very respectful. Overall I'm happy I chose American Choice Exteriors for this smaller job. I will definitely be using them to replace the siding on my house.

Brandon was honest and quick. We had some roof shingles blow off in a storm and we called for help even though our roof was relatively new. He gave us a fair price ($800 less than what another roof repair company had quoted us the day before) and he was able to complete the work the same morning. Now we have peace of mind knowing we were able to get the shingles repaired before the next rain storm. We will definitely call American Choice Exteriors for roofing needs in the future. American Choice Exteriors patched our roof after a branch fell and punctured our roof. They were incredibly responsive, answering calls and texts on a Sunday morning, and they came out within a few hours to patch up the hole in our roof. They were also helpful in making sure everything was coordinated with our insurance company, making the claims process much easier than it could have been. When it came time to replace the roof, it was really easy to get a date scheduled, and they ended up starting the project a day early. Most impressively, they removed two layers of old roofing and installed a new roof all in one day. Amer and Brandon both remained incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the process.

Brandon did a great job communicating with my insurance company to get a new roof installed. Brandon was very professional and explained all the steps necessary to get the job done. Brandon was also very punctual and quick to respond to questions and messages. Once we had a date selected for the install the team came out finished a smooth installation and clean up.

Fantastic service I would use them again in a heartbeat Britney the receptionist was prompt in responding back to my voicemail Brandon cade the representative that came out was phenomenal very professional was able to explain clearly and concisely what services were offered and was professional the entire time and no question was treated as if it was a dumb question. He took pictures of the shingles that needed replacing and he replaced them promptly. As a customer I am one of the few customers that not only brings it to the attention Of the owner or manager when I’m displeased but I also bring it to them when I’m pleased and this is one of the interactions that I am very pleased with and I would definitely recommend and use this company again and I would ask for Brandon by name to come out to my house For future service and also suggest that anyone reading this review request him by name as well

After a storm went through and our roof started leaking, Amer came out right away to walk us through the process of contacting insurance. He was there through every step of the process explaining everything that would happen. We ended up getting a new roof and the process was so easy! It was definitely a painless process and we are so thankful we chose American Choice!

I requested on-line for a roof inspection, and technician Amer contacted me the next day and came to my house in the afternoon. Let me just say that this company truly earns their 5 star reviews!!! I was having “an issue” with the siding on my house and I needed a professional to come and inspect, assess and diagnose the problem. Well, Amer did all of that and then some. He reassured me that I did not need siding replacement, which was my fear. Amer’s communication with me was great and he followed up with me to address the issue. He also has a fancy drone, which he used to show me some shingles that need to be addressed on my roof. Amer is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I like that Amer is not pushy like a salesman and that he actually listens to the customer concerns and goes out of his way to address those concerns. Amer helped us remove an extremely troublesome vine that had climbed all the way up our gutters. He did it promptly, professionally and on short notice and did a great job.

Amer removed a ridiculous vine that had climbed up under the corner of our siding and looked terrible. He fixed it for us quickly and we have no damage and it looks great! He was on time, quick, friendly and I would 100% suggest giving him a call.

Had a great experience with Amer. Very professional and straight forward. Received a free roof inspection with drone and physical inspection. Amer informed me that my roof was still in pretty good shape (shingles still tight and adhered) but is getting old. Showed me the drone photos.

Informed me of my options and was very clear about how the process works to have roof replaced by HO insurance. My roof was still in pretty good shape and did not appear to have storm/wind damage.

Did not pressure me into replacing my roof now and encouraged me to get other estimates as well and that ACE will be there if we need them or when we are ready to replace our roof.

I was really happy with my experience with American Choice Exteriors. They were responsive and were able to come out immediately when I noticed a leak on my roof, and even were able to do the roof tune-up the very next day before more rain came. They were also very reasonably priced despite the quick turnaround time. And most importantly - they were extremely service-oriented. While on the roof, Brad noticed a piece of siding had come loose on the domer and replaced it for me. When I had a similar issue a couple months later, American Choice took care of it again.

With that kind of service and responsiveness, there is no reason for me to ever go anywhere else for roofing issues. They've won my trust and business!

We had previously started working with a different contractor and advised Quincy of our experience and how important communication was to us and Quincy assured us he also believed communication is critical and ensured us that would not be an issue. On the initial roof inspection he thoroughly explained the process, provided a timeline, allowed us to select our shingles, accepted our deposit, delivered materials as promised, and completed the work in a timely manner. I had an excellent experience with American Choice Exteriors and the Project Manager, Quincy was great! Quincy was very knowledgeable, professional, hard-working and very responsive to my questions regarding the process. American Choice Exterior replaced my roof and also contracted a vendor to remove my solar panels and reinstall them within a week timeframe when my solar company informed me they will not have a team available for at least 2 months. Quincy also arranged the repair of interior damages. All work was completed in a timely manner, my property was protected while the work was being performed and left clean upon completion. My roof looks amazing! I'm happy with the end results as well as with the process & would recommend American Choice Exteriors.

We are in the middle of buying a home and after the home inspection, we requested a quote from American Choice after a friend made the recommendation. I called on a Monday and quickly had an appointment set up for Tuesday. After the initial home inspection, we had just wanted a quick quote on some items the other inspector had mentioned. However, we got so much more than expected. Brad was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and professional. He took pictures to show us when he got down from the roof... and took the time to explain what he found, what work was recommended to be done, approximate cost, and was very patient in answering all of our questions. He even double checked our email at the end. We felt well taken care of and we will definitely be using American Choice once this deal closes!

We had a really good experience with American Choice Exteriors, and specifically with Bradley, who was incredibly professional, hard-working, and knowledgeable. In addition to some minor roof issues that Bradley was able to quickly diagnose, advise on, and help to address, he also helped us install gutter guards - and was very good at helping us understand various price points, installation options, and trade-offs. We felt comfortable during the entire process and will definitely plan to use American Choice Exteriors (and specifically Bradley) again in the future.

Amer walked me through the entire claim process and took care of everything for me., right down to contacting my HOA for shingle approval. Very little work on my end. He came out to my home, flew his drone over the property and was able to diagnosis the issue with my roof on the spot and performed the repair same day.
