The crew that installed my building was absolutely amazing. Very polite and very organized. I have worked construction for over 50 years. They worked like a fine tuned machine. I will definitely contact this company for my next building. Thank you all so much.

I purchased the building from American Metal online and after talking with Sarah the sales person. I purchased on Mar 19 2025. 81 days later the building was delivered and put together. That's a fast turn around. Very Pleased. Some of the delay was the Building Permit issues I had with the local Permit office. They refused to give me a 20x25 permit based on a local Zoning law. So I had to get American Metal to change my order to the 20x21 foot to comply with the local law. Gotta love City Government! Sarah the sales rep was GREAT and fast in answering all my questions. Very knowledgeable on the Metal Building process. Apparently American Metal sales the building then Direct Metal builds it, and its subcontracted to a local company to deliver and erect it on site.
The process was a little confusing but Sarah worked me though it. The Garage Building is VERY strong metal and the 3 man crew from Dallas TX "AGAVE INSTALLATIONS" LLC arrived on time and put it up in about 6 hours! They were awesome. Like a well oiled machine knocked it out fast doing a very professional job. Overall I am very pleased with the Building quality, and the construction. I would highly recommend American Metal if your looking for a quality Metal building at a good price.

It was a long time coming ,but it was worth the wait,American, you're installers arrived on time and worked nonstop, with just minutes for lunch ,they knew just what to do,they are professional and represented your company extremely well. ABN was great to deal with! They executed exactly on the timeline I was provided. And their crew that was sent out to my job was super communicative and friendly - also extremely hard workers! They completed my building a day ahead of plan. Shout out to Blaine with Bull buildings, ABN, and Omar with Noz Installations for being a pleasure to work with!

Crew came and installed building as promised. Looks great. Will recomend to friends and will use American Building Network again!

This company actually deserves less than one star. I was always taught that if you don’t have anything nice to say than don’t say anything at all. Well, I had this company put up a structure for me and let’s just say, things didn’t go well at all. I would have given this review less than one star if that option was available here but it isn’t, so one star it is. If you deal with this company ABN, Caveat Emptor and buyer beware.

I had a lean-to added to the side of my 24x35 building. Site pictures were sent as requested to American Building Network which showed an 8 inch drop on the side where the lean-to was to be added. When the crew started on the lean-to they discovered the legs were too short. The length of the legs were determined by ABN. They added concrete blocks under the legs and left. ABN refuses to correct the problem. I would not recommend them. Herb Crichton

Have had a poor experience with this company. We purchased two buildings from them, both are disappointing. From being lied to about scheduling, lack of calls returned, gum crushed into the freshly stained concrete floor, food wrappers, bottles, and trash left everywhere on the property, to poorly installed windows and doors. You can see the crooked window framing and door in photos. Now I’ve been waiting for two months for them to correct the window and door issue that has delayed both the insulation and interior wall installation, which has delayed electrical work, and therefore my use of the building I paid them in full for. If you do use these folks, watch the math on the final invoices as they tried to charge us an extra $450 over the original contracted amount by changing the amount due.

I'm so glad to deal with such a great team from Direct Metal structures to American building network. The team came out when they said that they were. Everytime I called they answer. I was scared at first. I waited for 8 weeks. I am located in Mississippi in the delta. The team that came was respectful and ready to work.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They built my steel building, first time it rained, there were over 22 leaks in the building, all 7 windows leaked, bottom foundation leaked, corners leaked, garage door leaked, entry door leaked, and roof leaked, took them 8 weeks to finally do something about it. The method they use to hold the structure to the ground, is built to flex, not hold down to the cement pad. Very poor construction, see the photo of the angle brace, and the location of it. Schedule a trip here, show up, no supplies to fix it, schedule another trip here, cancel less than 24 hours before arrival, schedule another trip here, show up at 9:30pm, sending people that don't even speak english. One excuse after another. I could not even store anything in this building it leaked so bad, I sent photos of the water in the building, then talked to Heather at ABN, and she says, we never got any pictures, yea, they we're sent to 5 different email addresses. Others acknowledged they received the photos. They emailed and said they wanted to come fix it one time, I said no, I'm going out of town that day with company. So, they used the excuse, well, we tried to come fix it, and you told us no. Shouldn't be an issue, 7 weeks after construction, I've never dealt with such incompetent people in my life. They did not care one bit, how poor a job, they did on my building. Should have done more homework on this company, they have a number of complaints against them with the BBB, and a very poor rating here on google. Be advised, take the warning to heed, this place is not worth the price of a dam pack of gum. Hope to never deal with anything like this place ever again.

I don't recommend this company at all Number one they don't communicate with each other and number two the worker that come to ur property to put the building don't care about your property they will tear up ur grass leave trash around screws everywhere on the ground careless people I will NEVER order another building from them again!!!!!!!!!

This is my second building from ABN and I absolutely love them! Great customer service and the install team pressed through the inclement weather. We got about 9 inches of snow and they methodically worked through. The building is perfect!

I was hesitant about using someone through a Facebook ad but I am glad I took the chance. They were very helpful and the communication was great. They informed me of every step. I would recommend using them to anyone needing a building.
As for the building itself, I is very solid and will allow me to use it for whatever I need to. The framing is thicker than I expected so I can put up insulation if I want to. The inspector was even impressed by the building.

I have never been more pleased with the installation of my new building.The work crew has been very professional and dedicated in getting the building up even in the freezing temperatures. Everyone that I have dealt with in the company have been amazing to work with.

We were so impressed with ABN and the men that came to install our new metal garage. They got here very early on a day that was terrible to work outside - windy and cold (25 degrees). They worked very hard and did a great job. They even cleaned up afterwards. The building looks great - exactly as ordered. The entire process from ordering to installing went very smoothly. We would highly recommend this company

installers were very professional. The quality was outstanding. I'm in commercial construction have been for almost 40 years and even walking around critiquing it. I have found very little that I could critique.

They were very professional to work with. Everyone we talked to was able to answer any and all questions we had. Their installers were very nice. They did a great job. Would definitely use this company again.

These guys worked so hard to get the building up. They were so kind and very efficient. We are very pleased with their work.

My husband and i Purchased a building from them and we love the building but when they put it up they screwed two screws into themselves and the roof leaks they knew they did this and they said they would send someone back to replace the panel and that's been over two months ago. The job was never finished. they will not return our calls and just give us the run around everytime we call they say we'll call you back. Also when they came to put it up they forgot the genarater so we went out and rented one for them for two days and nobody afford to pay for that.

Overall the building is nice. Decent install but no warranty or assistance in any way. If anything breaks you are on your own or try to go thru their lengthy process that ends in them going there is nothing we can do. My 12x10 roll up door worked when they left but it was not a smooth operation in any way About 2 weeks into owning it got stuck in the up position with the chain hoist breaking. The sprockets were not installed correctly and not aligned causing the chain to break. There was no way to align the door or get it to go down unless I removed it myself and fixed it. After their review process they said since I fixed it there was nothing they could do, that I was supposed to just wait 2-3 weeks with my garage door stuck open. No refund or and solution was offered. If you go with this company just hope nothing breaks.

Crew was very competent and professional. Work was up to my standards. Timely complete and clean. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. I give the company an A+. I will use them again. 5 stars

We just had our carport installed today. When we ordered it, they told us a 4-6 week time frame (probably closer to 6 weeks) which was fine. Then Hurricane Helen put a slight wrench in it, but they called at 6 weeks and gave us an install date in 2 weeks for a total of 8 weeks and 1 day. The guys who installed were very professional and efficient, couldn’t ask for better!!! It took them less than 5 hours to put up our 20’ x 40’.
5 ⭐️ recommendation for sure! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!!!

Unfortunately my experience from this manufacturer and American metal garages, who do business together, has not been a pleasant experience. It started with the design. One party saying they could build it the way I wanted and the other party saying no it couldn't be done. Finally compromised on a design that would work.
After months of waiting, I finally received a call to schedule. I scheduled a start date, and the installers showed up on the wrong day with no call or heads up. They showed up unexpected and demanded my wife move the vehicles or we would be charged more if they couldn't park closer to the build site.
My wife called me and I agreed to let them start. On the second day they were demanding I pay the balance before the building was completed. I denied that request, I already paid a deposit and what was in the contract and what the installer wanted was two different. They had to come back a third day to finish. I requested that they clean up their mess and the hundreds of screws all in my yard and driveway. They did not do a thorough job getting up all the screws. Now, here we are 5 months after the build and my roof has been leaking when we get a heavy rain. The inside of my shop is completely finished so now my insulation has got messed up and I'm pretty sure I have mold and mildew growing behind the insulation. The company does not seem to care. I received a email about scheduling, then a call to schedule. They were supposed to call me back and schedule a day last week. No call and no show.
If I was responsible for this job, I'd be sick knowing one of my customers roof was leaking. I would be at their house within 48 hrs. Not American building network, it's not a priority for them.
Update: They finally sent someone out that couldn't speak English. I was having trouble communicating with them. They had to make two trips in order to supposedly fix where the roof was leaking. They wound up and had replaced several hundred screws that had already started rusting or the installers put rusted screws on the building roof.
They said they fixed it and of course after the next big rain, the roof is leaking again. Now I've had to pull out the two layers of 2 inch foam insulation.

I would just like to say Thanks to Edgar and his crew, for being so professional ,courteous , respectful and doing such a Great job!!!

Overall experience I’m being very very generous with 3 stars. The only good part of my experience with ABN was the sales rep that quoted and helped me design my building. The install did very good work with the structure but a VERY lousy job of cleaning up after the job was done. I’d say I’ve picked nearly a whole box of screws and a 30 gallon trash bag of trash and metal trimmings. The crew was very nice and had to work on and off in the rain but did get the job done right. The worst part of my experience with this building is without a doubt the office staff! It was almost impossible to get anyone on the phone when I needed them or was trying to get back in touch with them after i missed their call. To top everything off at the end after the building was up they called wanting the final payment and tried to charge me 2500$ over the price that was in my contract!! I hate to assume they were trying to get one over on me but who knows, luckily i had kept track of every dollar I had already paid them and knew exactly what I owed them and made sure I got it taken care of. Overall I wouldn’t recommend them but it could have been worse.

The process was smooth from ordering to the final build. Just got finished today! The build crew was amazing, being both very knowledgeable and friendly. Top notch stuff! Thank you for my new building/barn.

We purchased a 25 by 50 building from ABN and the entire building process was smooth from start to finish! From designing the structure to getting it built and paying for it was hassle free ! The install crew was very professional and awesome to work with! Would recommend anyone interested in a buying a building do business with them! Overall a great experience! Easy process from start to finish. Aaron Cummings was my initial point of sales contact under the "Elite Metal Structures" banner.
Checked, double checked and triple checked my wants & needs in a building.
Installation was easy, the build team was actually early to get started (the night before scheduled) and worked until Dark-Dark at night.
Highly recommend David Ramirez and his crew. These guys know exactly how to build a metal building. Their Fit and Finish work is very detailed and exceeded my expectations.
I would definitely recommend and request David's crew if I had the chance again.
Hard to believe what those 3 guys can do in a couple days to put up a 30×50 building.

American building installed a metal barn for us a week ago. We allowed the workers to use our generator, ladder, tools, I heated their lunches and provided them silverware to use. This barn was installed near our picnic pavilion which also includes our porta potty. The workers were told twice to feel free to use our porta potty. For reasons unknown to me one of the crew proceeded to go take a dump in the woods nearby. I observed him running into the woods with a roll of toilet paper in hand. My husband went outside and confronted him when he returned. He admitted what he had done and claimed to have forgotten the porta potty. I have three dogs that roam my property and we have friends who visit us with children. I did not want this mess to be discovered or stepped. I confronted this worker and provided him a ziplock bag and demanded that he clean this up. He refused multiple times and I asked him to leave my property. He finally conceded and I escorted him through the woods to ensure that he did. We contacted gabby and she was very appalled and said they have a no second chance rule and the crew would be fired. We explained that the other workers had been fine only the one had shown us the ultimate disrespect to our property. In speaking with gabby we were advised that we would receive a gift card for our trouble. One week later gabby will not return my calls or respond to text messages. No gift card either. The crew has been put on a 30 day probation meaning they will not work for 30 days which doesn’t sound like no second chance to me. I am at a loss for words of how someone could do this when provided multiple choices for using the bathroom. I do not recommend this company as now they have changed their tune completely towards us. Please see photos of person who relieved himself and the ziplock bag of poo in back of the truck.

They installed my building with 2- 10x10 garage doors. when installed they are not in the track properly. i called them 2 weeks later and it took them a month and a half to come and repair them. by that time i had already poured my floor and they wouuld not fix them. now i am stuck with garage doors that do not work properly, because the crew did not install them at first.

Bought a carport through carport central ABN was the contractor to install/build. The process took double the amount of time I was told. They call you to schedule a date for installation. The day comes, they never show so around 11 I call for an estimated arrival to be informed that they couldn’t make it that day. The customer service representative was very unhelpful and rude. I explained that I had taken off work and was waiting. She basically said that it wasn’t there problem. I understand that things get delayed. I just wish I would’ve been contacted instead I had to call to find out. The whole process was a painful experience. You will have to call or email them for updates. ABN is horrible on communication. The only good thing was the price(carport central). Take my word for it, pay more and be able to know what’s going on with your purchase. Quality of the product is okay I’m happy with it for the price but again pay a little more to deal with a company that takes the customers time serious.

Building looks great, crew lost a roll up door chain link, crew foreman said he would come back and finish it, it’s been a month since he said that. I called the company for the next two weeks after that and the said they be out to finish it. No one called or showed up, I called again and they said they would call me back to setup a time, they never did. So no customer service. My mistake was paying them the full amount. I would not recommend this company at all. I purchased the chain and link and finished it myself. They sux , the end. I’m gonna build another building on another property soon, but will not use ABN.

Gabby, from the office was excellent! She called several times a day to check on how everything was going during the entire building process. And the crew could not have been better! They worked very long hours through an extremely challenging week of inclement weather conditions. They made sure every detail of our building was exactly as we wanted. We are very happy with our building and highly recommend this company.

Pricing was fair. Workers were outstanding! Showed up a day early. Very polite and hard-working. An english speaker would have been helpful for communicating but otherwise perfect. Building looks great and we are very pleased.

The men from American Builders Network did an excellent job. They arrived early and worked hard all day until the garage was completed. The entire garage was assembled in 1 day. The men were very nice and respectful. They cleaned up the site and left it looking just as it did when they arrived. I would highly recommend this company.

Great quality building. Installation crew was professional and they left the job site cleaner than when they arrived. Very pleased.

Buying was the only easy part, they showed up a day early at 6:30 raining. They were to put up a 24/40/14 rv carport said it only takes 3 hours and since I wasn’t ready they were taking it back and charging me to restock. Then they finally showed up the second day but mad so they wouldn’t speak English to us so we had no idea what they were saying, but I figure I know. Scratched 7 panels really bad I called they said some scratches are normal. Screw in anchors didn’t go all the way so they used a sledge hammer and now they are all lose and need repaired. Talking to the office people they said everything is good and either pay or they will send a crew to remove it, told them to send them. But we did finally work out a deal we both could live with quite a bit off for my labor to repair it. I wouldn’t recommend them to install a building mainly due to the disrespect and not speaking English to us or any customers that’s uncalled for since they speak English. I’m not one to complain usually but I have pictures and video of everything and that’s just not how businesses should work today. One unhappy customer

We purchased a building in 3/2024 and paid deposit sent in site pictures on 4/12/24 and have been refused to be scheduled due to our building is only $8000.00. We had a ribbon cutting for our business as this was our office building that we rescheduled just to find out today it could be a year until they are in our area…. No one will refund us deposit and we are past irritated and apparently lost $2000.

First off, I want to thank the crew that built the shop for me. Ricardo, Jesus and Isaiah did a fantastic job! They were very meticulous in everything they did, even wiping off the handprints where they had just finished working! Not only did they ask questions to ensure it was done exactly how we wanted it, but they even made suggestions to improve the overall appearance and functionality. I would recommend them for any job to anyone! The only down side to the whole experience was a delay in communication between us and the sales team towards getting all the details finalized. We did make alot of design changes along the way which were all met, but getting ahold of our sales rep was not always easy to do. However we are very satisfied with the end product and the price.

This may be a one time situation but I have to speak to it. I had a 24x30 building built in April of 2023. Later that year around November/December I noticed the exterior panels were rusting. Called them, no response. Called again, they told me to text them pictures. I did. No response. Called again, no response. It seems as it they are not honoring their warranty. Very disappointed.

From start to finish, we had a great experience with American Building Network. We had a carport installed. Cameron was our salesman and he communicated with us every step of the way. The structure was installed on the date discussed. We have had rain, no leaks. I could not be happier.

This is the absolute worst company for metal buildings that I’ve ever dealt with in the past 10 years of building. These buildings for clients customer service is horrible. There’s two sister companies that they play back-and-forth on blaming who’s responsible for problems take nine months to resolve an issue hold up another construction project Finally get an install date and then they tell me they can’t do it because they can’t get up a driveway

The technicians did an outstanding job on the installation. Because of the nature of my existing driveway, the pad for the garage was far from perfect. The guys worked hard to get the garage level! Totally pleased with the outcome.

My only suggestion is that there should be a second option date when scheduling the installation. All in all, a great company with an outstanding product and crew!

Contacted & sent pictures of concrete slab 9/5/23, they confirmed with a 6 weeks lead time (2wks) notice, 10/11/23 ABN reached out with install dates 10/25- 10-26, Installers (subcontractor) showed up late evening as expected per ABN, they finished up on 10/27/23 Total of 26 hours & my building was completed. All conversations were good ABN reps communcated professionally installers also, would recommend ABN for all your metal building needs.

Great folks to do business with and very professional. The crew that did the installation were awesome. Obvious they for sure knew what they were doing. Did a great job and very proud of my new carport. They get a 10 from me.

We had this 30’x40’ building installed on a concrete slab, so far we are very pleased with our building and how well the crew did installing it. We would have given 5 stars but we have found 82 screws in the gravel driveway so far and had to buy a magnet sweeper, so other than all the screws it is exactly what we wanted, job well done.

Dealer was fantastic (Carport Central). Installers were fantastic. They left a clean worksite and I even noticed that they used a magnet to pick up loose hardware before leaving.

The office folks leave a lot to be desired at ABN. The departments are siloed to a point where there is no friendly support when you move from one step in the process to the other. I submitted and discussed final dimensions multiple times with different people, and all the information I received as confirmation was wrong. The paperwork the installers had was wrong, but thankfully fabrication was correct. The phone call I had about which way the door was supposed to open was very frustrating. I sent a drawing, and yet someone still called me again to ask me what hand door I wanted. Trying to explain a door hand over the phone leads to confusion, that’s why I submitted a drawing.

The final product was exactly what I expected, but I wish the road to get there was a bit more refined.

Our carport turned out very nice and the installers did a wonderful job putting it up and they cleaned everything up after they finished and left our place looking like it did before they started. Excellent job!!!

They guys that built our shop were amazing. They were super friendly and willing to work to get our shop just the way we wanted it.

Overall Good Experience: Just had a 30x50x12 building installed and have to say that it was a very easy process. The crew finished in about 2 1/2 days, although the office told me it would only take 1 1/2 days.......The 3 man crew worked until after dark each day not to mention that it was over 100 degrees each day! They did an awesome job.

So far my experience with this company is very bad I was told an installation date then it was changed then a week before they called and said it would be on a Saturday not a Friday then no one showed up and I still have not received a call. my slab has been poured for 14 weeks now. Still no building.

We replaced an old barn with a 30x60x14 steel garage/workshop. Overall it was an excellent experience and they did a very good job with my new building. Each step in the design and build was quite easy. I would have preferred having a single customer rep throughout rather than being passed from one person to the next at each phase at ABN. I would have liked more expert advice (from either the dealer or ABN) on several issues that came up in the planning. The construction crew arrived on time, worked dawn to dusk, and amazingly got it all done in 5 days despite periodic rain downpours. The final result looks great.

Did a good job with my building. Only complaint was they showed up a day earlier then scheduled so I had to change my schedule with other things I had going on. Happy with buying experience and the building.

These guys were great!!! Very patient and helpful in making detail changes (have to be made before building goes in production). Always double checking to make sure everything is exactly how I want it. Building came before 6 weeks schedule and the installers were as good as you can ask for...any small changes and the exact location of where you want doors or windows they always checked with me to verify. I'm extremely happy with my building. Sometimes I just sit in it and do nothing.
