Paid in full to fix on the slides of my father’s rv. They started to fix on it but didn’t finish, told him to come back and now 2 month later they will not respond to any of his messages or calls. They have not given him a refund and are pretty much ignoring him. We’ve never had to go through this much trouble for any repair in my life. It should not be this hard for him to get his money back.

Slide would not go out. They were really busy but fit us in as a last call on a Saturday night 8:30 pm. Found the problem in 5 min and had it fixed. Fair price and nice customer service.

What an unprofessional business. The convenience of having a RV technician come to my location for RV service is such a time saving approach. The Technician was very competent and went over and above making the repairs on my camper trailer. Ame RV Mobile Repair is certified in servicing all RV's and authorized to do warranty work as well as insurance claims. I would not recommend Ame RV Mobile Repair to anyone needing RV repairs or wanting options installed. This is a family-owned business, but they are very unreliable.

This company is now ghosting me. Won't answer the phone, won't return my calls requesting repairs. I do not recommend this business. Their operation is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They also owe me some work that was not performed. I would like a phone call or email with an explanation for why they are ghosting me. I guess they have all the business they need. I thought this was a dependable and honest company when they charged me to be their customer on the initial visit, but now I have my doubts. I give AME one star because I can't give them zero stars.

Don't spend your money with these ppl. All this is fake. The address doesn't go anywhere. The website looks legit but clearly isn't
They got my money and then never showed to do the work. Said they were coming one day, went mia for a week, cut phone off and came back and said they had a medical emergency and they forgot to order part. Scheduled another day and didnt show said they were coming the next day and now the Phone is cut off again. Police report has been filed and theft reported to wells Fargo. Will be contacting bbb to report them. They got me for almost 700$ as a Buisness owner myself this is unprofessional. Regardless of what's going on in your personal life, taking people's money and saying I'll get to it when I get to and or not communicating about it is wild!

The landing gear needed replacement and AME RV Mobile was able get us serviced within 3 days. This company is SUPER busy but "Johnny on the spot" when it comes 2 service call (arrived next day) got part (next day) and replaced new landing gear (next day). We were fortunate becuz our camper is almost 20 years old and the part was available. I highly recommend this company, they are honest and dependable! I will use them again if needed! Thanks AME for your dedication and service!!

Shane and Bria were so amazing! I called while on the road, and asked that they meet us at our destination because our generator had died. Not only did they answer the phone on a Saturday, they knew we were in a bind and couldn’t wait until the next day. They accommodated us and showed up at 6:00! Their price was fair, and they made payment easy for me! I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Best of all…our generator is fixed and he’s the first person to ever really explain how to avoid future issues. Thank you both for the great service!

Highly recommend anyone looking for fast and reliable RV repair to use them! Family business with great communication, timely delivery, and amazing customer service. Was quoted 4 different prices from various businesses around the area to fix a roof leak. Ame RV was the cheapest and provided the most pleasant experience leading up to the appointment and repair. Everything was clean after the repair, perhaps even cleaner than it was before I brought it in! Do yourself a favor and give them a chance! 10/10 will use them again and encourage all MS lake goers to check them out!
