It’s hard to know how to begin as you rarely run into vendors like this. Amoroso was extraordinary from start to finish. And no I’m not paid to write this. I went to LA Roofing Materials to ask what the process was to repair a skylight leak. I happened to luck out and talk to the best of the best employees there. He went through the steps needed to take and then said I have THE roofer you need. He called him and said I would be calling. Well thirty minutes later I called, he answered right away and wow he was kind, offered to come 1.5 hrs away after his job that day to assess things and actually showed up. He knew right away what the issues were and said ok this is what we are going to do. He gave me a price on the spot instead of dragging it out. And then said he would take his Saturday and bring two guys to get done that day. He called to update things as we got closer. Who does that? A class act like Amoroso does. He showed up on Saturday early morning ready with everything in hand and ready to work, again updating me with videos as he worked throughout the day, and so kind about it. The crew respected my request to be quiet as neighbors around there tend to complain. The job was completed by 3:30 that day and every detail was explained and the videos to add. It was not only done with the steps that he promised to do but he left the job site perfect. And I mean not a spec of debris was left. He and his guys actually thanked me and with big smiles. But to reiterate beyond his kind manner and cleanliness, the work was stellar. He even did a few things such as put flashing on a pipe that he certainly didn’t have it. I wouldn’t use any other roofer but Amoroso. I have used several roofers over time and have had dishonestly and shady jobs. I feel such relief going forward, rain storms and all!
