I know a lot of roofers from networking. I like all of them. But I want to give a huge shout out to Jose at Amaya and his incredibly hard working crew. The heat and humidity has been unbearable for most. Jose's crew showed up Friday morning at 6am and didn't waste any time stripping the 2 layers of existing shingles. On top of that they had to replace 4 skylights, 6 sheets of plywood and 6 roof vents. They hardly took breaks and worked 14 hours.
Saturday morning they came back at 6am to wrap it up. They had everything picked up and spotless by 10am and were gone. I took my rolling magnet around and couldn't find one screw, nail, or staple. I would recommend them to anyone. And they are giving me a bid on installation of a fence around part of our acreage, too.
Had a vinyl fence with two gates installed by Amaya. The companies representatives told me that they offer a three year warranty on labor and a five year warranty on material. I asked multiple times for paperwork after the installation regarding warranties and was never given any. I now have a gate that sags and is still within the warranty period. I called numerous times and was told that someone would be out to take care of the problem but nobody showed up. I asked to talk to the owner (Jorge) but he never seemed to be available. The management in this company is incompetent ! If anyone is seriously considering using them for any of their services I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere !
Jerry and crews did an amazing job! In and out in a couple of days. The husband loves the backyard now
