My roof replacement project went very well with A&M. The communication on the assessment and execution is efficient and candid. The price is competitive. I feel no pressure to purchase anything that I wouldn't need. The owner, the sales manager, and the PM are very professional. The roof have been tested for several heavy rains and snow in the last months. I am satisfied about their workmanship.

Noticed water leaking in my home during a rain storm. Turned out water was enterring through the galvanized HVAC pipe that vents through the roof. Juret from A&M showed up on time and provided top notch service! Will use A&M again for my roofing needs.

The entire experience to replace our roof was a good one. The initial consultation was informative and answered all our questions. The crew was great - on time, focused and performed the best clean-up of the work site that we've seen. The on-site project manager checked in with us several times, keeping us informed of the job's progress and providing updates, as needed. The next day, we had a quality control visit to ensure the work was completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.

A&M did a great job replacing our old, tired roof and gutters. It was so easy to work with them and their level of professionalism was top notch. Great service from the beginning to the end. They are very responsive and each time we reached out, they got back in touch with us within hours. The initial inspection of our old roof was thorough and problem areas were photographed saving us from having to crawl up in the attic. Dave was very helpful in assisting us in shingle selection and has a good eye for what will work. When it came time to install the roof, Juret, the project manager, was there to give us an update on how sound the roof deck was and what boards needed replacement. We knew some were damaged but extent couldn’t be assessed fully until the old roof was off. Overall, Mark, the A&M staff and crew exceeded our expectations.

Dave their sales manager made our first meeting a knowledgeable experience transferring so much knowledge onto me about the roofing process from start to finish. No questions left unanswered. That was followed up by on time delivery of materials, installation the next day and then a visit from Mark the owner to survey the work.

Not a single piece of debris was left on our property after they installed the new roofing. They’re as good as they come. Would highly recommend them— we got very lucky choosing them!

They used canvases all around our home to catch any debris and/or nails while removing the old shingles. We hired A&M to repair a roof leak, replace damaged shingles, install chimney flashing, and replace our gutters. They were very professional and good at communicating with us throughout the project. They explained the work involved in easy-to-understand terms. We recommend them and would work with them again.

Update (Feb/24): Mark and his entire crew are fantastic. I’ve had two small issues on the roof area since the install over the past year, and they were very responsive to take care of the problems. Very thorough in explaining the process to troubleshoot the problems. I hope A&M Roofing is around for a very long time because they’re/they’ll be the first ones I’d call for any roofing working.

2022: Great experience with A&M roofing. The biggest thing that stands out for me is the communication. I’ve had two roofs replaced in my life and this was definitely the better of the two.

Mark, the owner/president, answered all of my questions quickly and provided great advices during our roof installation. The project manager was on site the entire installation and communicated to include ensuring no debris was falling on heads as we entered and exited throughout the day. Even the material delivery guys took care to not damage the branches hanging over the driveway. While it took A&M an extra trip, I really appreciated them doing this.

The estimate was the best one out of the five others we shopped around the Springfield area. But what really sold me was the communication. Really appreciate it when project managers/contractors communicate well.

If I ever need roof work done, I know who to call.

We can’t say enough great things about our experience with A&M getting our roof, gutters, and fascia replaced. A&M was the most detailed and transparent contractor of the multiple bids we received for our project. From the get go, A&M’s project manager, Juret, provided proof of A&M’s license and insurance. After personally visiting our home he provided a very detailed estimate with options based on our requests. His detailed plans made our HOA approval process super easy and he maintained close communication with us throughout the project. He personally inspected the work and made sure all specifications in our contract were met. The team that worked on our house did an outstanding job, were very polite, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. Mark, the A&M President, went above and beyond to communicate the schedule with us and support the crew to get everything done on time. Overall, we highly recommend A&M roofing and will gladly do business with them again.

A&M Roofing’s middle name should be “outstanding customer service”. Mark promptly scheduled our roof inspection; we were experiencing rain dribbling through to our ceiling. Juret thoroughly inspected our roof AND attic, probing for all possible avenues of rain water infiltration. Then, A&M problem-solved and gave a reasonable cost estimate. In addition,their contract required no upfront down payment! Instead, they wanted us to first be satisfied with their work, which greatly exceeded our expectations. Their workmen were polite and worked efficiently. Also, Juret was available to answer any questions during the repair process and kept us up-to-date on the progress. Their work repairs were excellent. In fact, NO rain came into our ceiling during the subsequent rain fall! Overall, we strongly recommend A&M Roofing.

We hired A&M Roofing to repair our roof, which was showing signs of damage across a number of fronts. A&M came out and Haytham evaluated our roof comprehensively - he walked the roof, went up in the attic, and then spent a ton of time talking through the issues he spotted. He then drafted up a quote and was patient and kind in having numerous phone conversations to discuss how the items in the proposal would address the lack of ventilation, insufficient gutters, and rotten wood decking. The proposal itself was a very fair price, especially in comparison to other companies that were not offering to do as comprehensive a job. A&M ended up replacing all of our wood decking, installing a "smart vent" ventilation system and corresponding ridge vents, putting on new water protection and shingles, and then adding gutters to areas where water had been running off from our upper roof to our lower roof. They also fixed some rotten fascia boards.

The roof installation process went very smoothly. Juret was our project manager and did a great job of explaining what was happening during the installation. Mark and Haytham made numerous visits to ensure that everything was going smoothly. The workers arrived on time, were courteous and respectful, and did a great job.

There are a lot of roofing companies out there, but A&M did a fantastic job on our roof and I enthusiastically recommend them to anyone thinking about getting work done on their roof.

Willie from A&M provided an extremely through and detailed estimate so I knew exactly what to expect. He worked with me to make sure the materials all met the requirements of the homeowners association. The owner, Mark, was in regular contact prior to the work starting, and throughout the roof installation and fascia/rake board and soffit replacement, and kept me apprised on progress. The project manager also gave me regular updates on status. The final work was great and looks fantastic. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof or gutter work. They are reliable and a great value.

They did an excellent job in coordinating the details of the roofing based on delivery of supplies, install, clean up and follow up inspection. Install team was very professional and A&M was reasonable priced compared to over roofing companies. I inspected roof on install day and had no issues and after our first heavy rain NO LEAKS:). Between June 2019 and January 2020 A&M Roofing did 5 separate jobs for me. A complete roofing replacement, to include a new addition; removal and replacement of 7 skylights; a new Leaf Relief gutter system for house including the addition, and complete replacement of siding for the main house and addition. To say I am detail oriented (finicky), would be an understatement. I typically will personally inspect all the work done, including the roof.
An added complication was that during this time period, I was having the addition built by a "contractor-from-hell".
Mark Collins, the owner of A&M roofing, is an absolute pleasure to work with---a straight up, no BS guy. His crew finished the main house roof in April 2019 and his crew started the siding on December 26, 2019. During this time I was in constant touch with Mark, explaining why I had to yet again delay his crew because I was not ready. On every single occasion he was understanding and accommodated me. A telling episode was when I had to call on Mark urgently one afternoon in November to ask if his crew could stop by and cover the roof deck on the addition. A few days earlier the contractor-from-hell had put the walls up and left with no covering, it rained heavily that night and the building was basically a pool the next day, of course when they put the roof deck on, it too was left uncovered. Mark's crew showed up within hours and covered the roof completely and thoroughly.
The work that the A&M Roofing crews perform is impeccable and they stand behind their work. I recently had a very minor issue I noticed and A&M Roofing took care of it promptly. It is also very important to note that A&M Roofing is certified CertainTeed installer so the warranty they provide is solid. In short, A&M Roofing is a company that adheres to old school values of fair pricing, exceptional workmanship, and great service.
They may not be the least expensive but they are the best!!!

A&M roofing was very professional and thorough in their Inspection of our roof and gutters. They replaced our roof a couple years ago and did an amazing job. We have had issues with the gutters for a few years causing lots of flooding in our front yard when it rains. We’ve had several companies come out and basically have been told there is not real fix. We called A&M to see if they did gutter repairs and see if they had any suggestions they came out and we ended up replacing all the gutters at a very reasonable rate. We have had a lot of rain in the last 2 months since they have been replaced and we no longer have the flooding issue in the front yard.

When I learned I needed to replace my roof, I conducted research and scheduled estimates with 5 companies. Of these, only 3 showed up. Of these, only 2 actually climbed on the roof to inspect and provide written estimates. Of these, only 1 provided a DETAILED written estimate. A&M expertly and professionally replaced my roof (including new boards), 5 skylights, and my gutters (including downspouts and leaf relief replacement). A&M understands that replacing your roof is stressful enough and seeks to reduce this stress from day one. From Kathrine, who sets a professional company tone from the minute she answers the phone, to Willie Grady (don’t let Willie’s no nonsense approach confuse you. He is a straight shooter and a good guy), who strives for accuracy by measuring twice, to Juret, who oversees the install by listening to the concerns of the customer and who ensured all of plants and bushes were protected and covered, to Mark, the President of the company who called throughout the life of the project to ensure all was well. This team strives to ensure excellent customer service. As a practice, Mark has his team run a magnet nail search on the day of the install on the second day to0 - to ensure nothing was missed. My roof was not only expertly installed, but improved the aesthetic of the home as well.

I was impressed by the reviews of A&M Roofing that was why I hired them. I did not have much luck in hiring in the past; however, I hit the jack pot this time. These guys are real! I am very happy about their work and their price. Thank you Willie, Jose, Juret and the team!

I hired this company because of the high reviews and belief, they would be a great company to inspect and install a quality roof on my primary home. It was my intentions to also use them to install roofs on two other properties. However, the quality of the roof installed on my home did not meet my expectations. The roof lines were uneven and they roof had appeared to look odd when viewing from the street. I later found out that there were numerous bad sheets of plywood that they did not detect nor advise me to replace them and that failure, eventually created leaks and caused extensive deterioration of the roof.

While they attempted to do small fixes during the initial installation, it optimally was an overall bad roofing job. In less than two years after A&M replaced my roof, I elected to hire another company to install a completely new roof.

Once I notified A&M of my roofing problems and concerns, they were timely in responding, but they seemingly played the game of wanting to do extensive assessments, wanting to do various tests, when you could readily see the damaged areas and problems being created by the leaks in the roof.

After failing to get the company to accept responsibility for the bad roof job and me failing to get a satisfactory resolution, I filed a complaint with the BBB and I also intend to pursue this matter further, because I essentially paid double the cost for a roof that they guaranteed would not leak and not only did the roof leak, it actually caused additional damage stemming from the the leaking roof.

As a professional company with high ratings, you would have thought, they would have accepted the evidence, (pictures, visual inspections etc.,) and offered me some form of restitution.

I am not defaming the company, but the roofing job they performed on my home was a total disaster and failure., and even worse, their approach to do spot repairs to resolve the problem on a new roof less than two years old was unacceptable as well. I would not recommend them based on my experience with the overall workmanship.

I reached out to A&M based on their reviews on Google and I am glad I did. The rep was here exactly on time for the roof inspection and did a good job getting into the attic and over the roof.

Suggest A&M be the first company you consider to replace your roof. Great pricing, quick service. I was told would take about two days, by mid-day on day two they had finished and cleaned up the area, couldn't tell they had been to my house except for the new roof. Haytham, the project manager was quick to respond to questions and clearly detailed what was involved. I highly recommend. Great pricing and great service.

Amazing group of employees! Naseem was extremely responsive to my request for roof inspection and his honesty is unparalleled! We have been in contact since last year and his patience is great as was the follow through which was prompt and spot on! Roof looks amazing, lots of compliments from neighbors and the quality shows!
We also had interior painting done, Jose and his guys were extremely clean, polite and prompt, again very high quality work!

We found Dave to be entirely professional and patient with us as we navigated this expenditure. Even though we went with another company, he remained responsive and courteous and we'd recommend him to others.

We had A&M roofing come inspect and ultimately do a full roof replacement on our home, in addition to replacing a couple gutters and facia board sections that had rotted out. From the beginning, Willy was incredibly responsive and helpful, including providing a prompt estimate and dropping off a tile board with shingle color options. Their estimate was competitive against 3 other quotes we received for the same work.

They dropped off all the materials the day before the install and left them on the roof, in addition to leaving a dumpster to prepare for the work. The next day the crew arrived early but the project manager, Jaret, let me know they’d have to delay as it was supposed to rain in the next couple hours and they didn’t want to do a partial job. No problem. It was a few more days before they were able to do the install to no fault of theirs. The only downside was the follow up communication about rescheduling, as they showed up unexpectedly one morning as I was tending to one of my sons. Small hiccup but ended up turning out fine.

The install itself was incredibly fast, given how large the surface area our roof is. They were able to complete the job in a day. They did end up having to schedule a separate day a week later to finish the facia boards and gutters with a different crew, but were able to tarp up the area to ensure there were no issues. The only problems with the install were that they left the metal chimney crooked despite me asking mid install to make sure it was upright, and they removed several patches of siding that had rotted when they tore away the old shingles. Thankfully, they were incredibly responsive in managing the fix for both issues and resolved everything within a couple weeks. I had full confidence given how engaged and responsive Haytham was throughout that the problems would be resolved.

All in all, the roof looks great, the quality of work was incredibly high, and their professionalism throughout was fantastic.

A&M was a fantastic company to work with to install our new roof and gutters. I always mean to write reviews but its something I never get around to doing. I had a roof installed by A&M Roofing in April 2020. I found the entire process to be great. By the time I spoke to A&M, I was very tired of getting the typical roof salesman pitch and haggling on a over-inflated price. Dave did a great job and made us confident in our decision.

The roof installation was very great they cleaned up (best I could tell from the ground) and it was on time and minimally disruptive.

The reason I am writing this review today is almost 6 months after the installation, I was having an issue so I sent an email to A&M. Within an hour, the president was emailing me to tell me they would take care of it. Again, no haggling or argument. They will be resolving it this week.

I would recommend A&M Roofing. No non-sense; price was great and they have great customer service.

I am a retired general contractor and somewhat jaded when it comes to specialty contractors (subcontractors in my previous life). A&M roofing has gained my confidence, trust and appreciation. Their prices were competitive with other companies, their attention to details was as good or better than others. The breakdown of their pricing was clearly presented. They encouraged questions, readily and graciously answered them and were willing to adjust their plan for additional work when requested. Some aspects of original pricing were necessarily estimated quantities due to unknown conditions and they were adjusted up as well as down based on previously presented values. I would highly recommend them as a trusted, reliable and professional company.

As part of my roof replacement, I also had them fix a 6 foot section of facia, and they had a gutter guy come in an do that, and I am pretty happy about that. During the roofing install, they accidentally cut the tv antenna off the roof, but they had a TV guy come over and reinstall that, with new connections.

The company, especially Kevin (Production Manager) and Tejan (Sales Representative) worked with us to make sure that it happened (replacing our roof). We are so happy that we signed with A&M Roofing. We also want to thank Mark (President) for his cooperation and assistance in making adjustments as needed.

This is a first-rate operation. From TJ as the front-end contact, to Mark the owner, to Kevin on-site, I couldn't imagine a better process. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with A&M Roofing. I had sustained significant damage to my home from a neighbor's tree. I contacted A&M, their representative, Willie Grady, came to my home, assessed the damage, and then returned when the insurance adjuster came to speak to him personally regarding the damage. Because my roof shingles were not longer made, A&M was able to secure a new roof.
This company goes the extra mile. The job was completed in one day, care was taken to protect shrubs, and the perimeter was checked for nails using a metal detector. When I noticed a small area that needed further attention, the work crew were there the following day to fix the area to my satisfaction. Simply put, my entire experience with this company was terrific. I highly recommend A&M Roofing.

Great folks to work with! Everything about these guys was professional and pleasant to deal with, and best of all the price.
