If I could give them no stars I would I've been dealing with the flooring of my restroom for almost a full year they kept giving me the run around and finally after 8 months they were able to fix my restroom then 3 months in my tile started to fall out I called them to see if they would fix it but they just kept telling me that the men were busy and we have to see when they have an opening its been 3 months know and still can't get anyone to come out and fix it ... I wasted 14k on these people and they can't even fix their mistakes i'm tired and hate being screwed over I wanted them to fix their issues , I would have been fine with the waiting but they just kept giving me the run around this just really sucks

I had my house painted and a small deck built to my front door in 2021 by AM Quality. This is my first home and the project was the first I ever contracted out for. They took full advantage of this as well as the inflated post COVID pricing, by what my now trusted contractors tell me, was 2-3x what it should have been. It was difficult to find someone available at that time so I take responsibility for not doing my due diligence and shopping around more. The first day was the only day I saw the contractor otherwise it was just the two young men here for about 5 days. The clean up was horrible. They left the old chipped paint in the grass, spilled in several areas without clean up. Months later when I went to clean my windows, I had to take a razor blade to clean all of the fine paint mist that was on them. One of the men even made comments about my paint choice not being different enough from the original until I asked him if he wanted me to change the color and he could start over. Worst though was the deck. The contractor and I had talked about size and what it should be, and it ended up smaller with the stairs very narrow. Not only that but the stairs were of varying heights. I had to threaten to take it to the board before they would come to fix them. One of their staff even said that the code for stair construction had recently changed. When I had consulted with the board of course, stair code has not changed in decades. There were some screw tips poking out in the railings. There’s so much more I could say, but the short of it is that I would NEVER recommend them.

The bathroom floor was completely rotted through and it's now stable and perfect! There's no indicator that it was broken at all.
I highly reccomend! I have nothing negative to say about their service whatsoever.

Had a really long and tough struggle with our insurance adjuster. Stephanie & Mayra the office gals, really were life savers, they worked hard on our behalf. They really advocated on our behalf. Merry Christmas to us, we where able to spend the Holidays back in our home!! Thanks AM Q

Josh came on time to our place to install a replacement downdraft vent and in middle of it realized that the manufacturer changed the design of the new system so couldn’t continue with the install. However, he was very helpful with brainstorming and figuring out what needed to be done and gave us some guidance as to the next steps we needed to take (HVAC issues) so that we can make it fit. He was friendly and easy to work with. Office staff was friendly as well!

JC and Josh did a great job installing a double oven to replace my old microwave/oven combination (see before and after photos). First, they responded to my request to get a bid right away. Then when the new unit came in early they moved me up in the schedule so that I wouldn't miss Home Depot's return window in case there was something wrong with the new unit.

The new oven looks really good. They were able to reuse the existing supports even though the double oven was a different size, and gave me the option to paint the trim pieces myself to save on the cost. Very happy with it!

We needed our old oven replaced with our new oven we had delivered. Josh arrived at our house on time with a smile . Friendly, Professional, Quick & Efficient. Also cleaned up during & after the job was done. Thank you for the hard work & job well done!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We needed an oven installed that was smaller than the wall space cut out for it. Josh and John came out and installed the oven and did some custom work around the cabinet to make sure that it looked nice in the kitchen and was not an eyesore. They were friendly and helpful talking me through what they were going to do.

JC and Josh did a quick and wonderful drywall patch on our hallway ceiling. We have a tricky texture up there, and they matched it perfectly. You can't even tell they did the work.

I initially had an issue with the installation of my wall oven but after working with Stephanie, the issues were resolved and I am a happy owner of my wall oven. Stephanie was a great person to work with and I really appreciated her working with me on this.

I contacted them about installing an oven as they were a referral through Home Depot. It took multiple calls and reminders to finally get a voicemail about a quote over a week after initially contacting them. I reached out to a few others and they were able to professionally respond within 24 hours and scheduled on the spot for their next available date. I don't typically write bad reviews but this experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

This company exceeded all of my expectations. They were efficient and professional. You can definitely tell the difference between them and other companies. The quality is superb. Josh,Chris, Juanathon and Stephanie were amazing and made this situation so much easier to deal with. Thank you!!

Chris and John came out to repair some cracks in our ceiling (manufactured home) They did a great job repairing them and getting the texture to match the rest of the ceiling!

They repaired our laundry room and part of our kitchen after water damage. They did excellent work quickly and professionally at what seemed like a fair price.

A.M. Quality was a great business to work with. Our shower remodel was quick to complete and done very well. The office manager, Brenden, was professional, efficient and very helpful throughout the process. The owners of A.M Quality are honest and hard-working. They really did excellent work. I live in Oklahoma and own a rental property up in Mill City, Oregon. I found them on the internet. They were very responsive and on time with all the repairs I needed done. Thank you A.M. Quality Construction for everything.

So asked these guys to do an estimate on repairs for water damage in house. They said they would do an hourly estimate. This was not the case they tried to swindle me and my insurance trying to charge for things not needed. They wanted to tear up floors that weren't damaged just to get extra money.. they tried to force me into signing a contract that's says they can do the work. Once I wouldn't I received their estimate...thiis is good one a 5 year old could of done better mind u I have 9000 dollars worth of damage. would also like to add I had to call the police on brenden he kept calling threatening me about insurance fraud and texting me I had to file harassment on this company because I didn't want to hire a Insurance scamming company and instead of accepting that he decided to threaten and harass me and my insurance agent.

A & M Quality construction is the best. Joshua picked up and installed a washer/dryer combo for me. I was having trouble find reliable people that would show up and help me with this project. Joshua was professional and friendly and helped me with the installation. I highly recommend this company , I will be using them again should I need a simple repair. Thank you Joshua and A&M for coming to my rescue.

Contractor showed up on time, professional. Price was a bit over our budget, but saying that, he was very honest and to the point! Will use them in the future.

I contracted a deck and Patio cover with this company. Not at all satisfied with the quality and professional work done on my project. Deck was 4" out of square and had to be rebuilt. Roof on patio cover was installed with no underlayment under shingles. There was no flashing installed. The positional placement of the shingles was incorrect..
Gutters leak because of no flashing. I am a senior widow but have considerable years of construction background. All my complaints were heard but corrections were never completed to my satisfaction. I filed a complaint with the CCB. After mediation some attempts were made to correct the faults. The quality of repairs are second-rate.
Every time they send someone out, it is a different worker. No consistency.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will be pursuing litigation if necessary.

Juan and his team did a great job at listening to what we needed and what we expected from our bathroom remodel. They were very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. Their office crew were also very helpful and professional. We highly recomend A.M Quality Construction for any home repairs.

We were at the tail end of an extremely trying experience that resulted in damage to our home. Juan, the owner did everything he could to get our project rolling so that he could finish the job for us. This was not a big job for him, but he treated us like we were his only customer. He cared that we got good value for the work being done, and he cared that everything that needed to be done was done. His crew worked quickly, and they did a great job! Choosing a contractor can be quite daunting. I would not hesitate to choose A.M. Quality Construction.

This is the 2nd time I've had work done by A & M. I was very happy the first time and just as happy again. A & M are my go to company when I plan future renovations/remodeling/repairs. This time they installed a whole new roof on my big old home. My house is 3500 sq. ft. and two levels. So roofing this house was quite a task. A & M did an exceptional job. They worked fast and efficiently and got the job done timely. I was very impressed with their hard work and dedication. This company has a high work ethic and a conscientious attitude. The care and integrity this company has for doing a great job is awesome! And they even do yardwork. They cleaned up my whole front yard and all around my house and outbuildings, to include tree pruning, hedge clipping, weeding, clearing out flower beds and raking. My place looks great!

They were very professional and checked in along the way to make sure I had input and that we were on the same page. I appreciate how quickly they responded and their well done work. Will be using them again.

I purchased a new dryer and I had it installed. Then I had a company clean out my dryer duct. When that company connected the dryer hose back to my dryer they did not do it correctly. I needed someone to come out and fix the mess the other company created . I contacted AM Quality Construction and they came out the same day. They were able to hook up my dryer the correctly. They even took pictures to show me their work. They were kind, considerate, cleaned up their mess and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Even though my job was small, they still took time out of their busy day to put me on their schedule. I would definitely recommend them for your construction needs.

I can't say enough good things about Josh!! He's a great communicator, always on time. Amazing work ethic, worked long days to get the job done right, always a smile. Fabulous craftmanship, & finish. I'm very happy w/ the finish work. He went over & above what I expected, very evident that he cares about the clients needs. I would highly recommend him! Josh was on time.Very Professional.Did a great job working in a difficult location for a plumbing repair. He checked back twice to make sure that their were no problems. I would highly recommend Josh . He was great.

It was my pleasure to work with the owners and crew of AM Quality Const. Their care and concern for myself and my family was refreshing and much appreciated and the end result of the work they did is beautiful. They installed flooring on two thirds of my downstairs and it is gorgeous. They remodeled a room that had been damaged by an upstairs broken water pipe. I never dreamed my house could look so good. Thank you a.m quality. Mike came out and did an excellent job on our roof leak and the damage caused by it. Kept the work site clean and was on time every day.. iveI been through a lot of personal issues lately and they were willing to work around my schedule.

I had work done at two properties in Salem. The first property they did good work but missed a couple of things. I paid 1500 and they did electrical, sheet rock, a bit of painting and a few various other jobs. They were supposed to do some door insulation and bathtub caulking and that never got done.

My second job I paid 14k of a 15.5k bid. The bid was for painting which turned out very bad. I believe they painted with primer, the paint bubbled in some areas. They didn't properly scrap and used almost no caulking. They sprayed paint but didn't do proper prep work. They left in some boards with dry rot. As a bonus they did paint shed's they didn't need to.

They re-did two decks but put in the flashing wrong and left in some boards with dry rot.

They did some minor roofing work which was acceptable.

They were supposed to put up insulation in the crawl space and remove debris. They still haven't completed this work. I wasn't able to inspect the work so I had to hire a home inspector to check it out. They used clear plastic but the regulations are black plastic in crawl space. This work alone was bid at 4000 but likely only 2000 worth of work was done.

Work started in July of 2018 and now it's December 2018.

Bottom line do not pay them until you get a home inspector to review their work or have someone skilled at identifying what was done. They get overbooked and want the next job so they won't finish your job if you pay them.

They said the work is done and they wanted final payment. I came out several times when they said it was done finding many problems each time I came out. Scraping off paint with my finger so that wood shows in many places. Gutters were not painted. etc.
