Altitude Roofing is a phenomenal company! Customer service is their number one concern. Everyone goes above and beyond. They were all with me every step of the way including dealing with the insurance company which can be very difficult. I am so grateful to everyone that helped me take the stress out of my roofing needs. My new roof is beautiful and I highly recommend and appreciate them!!!!

The end of March 2025 we finally had our home re-roofed by Altitude Roofing. Two years prior to the installation of the roof we made contact with Alex and his mom (this is a family run business). They were both super nice and extremely helpful through two years of insurance hell until this infuriating insurance debacle was finally settled. Altitude Roofing was ready to get started as soon as we were. They came out and installed netting prior to installation to capture the debris from the old roof removal which worked perfectly. When installation day came, the crew of nine with Jonathan as crew foreman were super helpful, especially with all the specific changes that needed to be made such as new skylights, ridge vents, exhaust vents etc. I am happy to report that after 4 rainy days I have been unable to find any water leaks after having been in our attic several times for other work. They did such a good job for us that I had them return and put a matching roof on our shed. I would like to state that the City Code Inspector was pleased with the work and signed off without issue. After having several other companies drop us when insurance was a problem, I would wholeheartedly recommend Altitude Roofing. They are committed to making sure you get the highest quality roof with the best possible service.

From start to finish, Altitude Roofing made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They guided us through every step — from the initial inspection to helping with our insurance company for approval and payments. Once everything was approved, they completed our entire roof in just two days! The crew was efficient, professional, and made sure the job was done correctly and up to code. While looking for information on building a pitched roof on an existing flat roof I stumbled upon Altitude roofing. At first they informed me that it wasn't a project they could do, but pointed me in the right direction. After a not-so great time gathering info and quotes on that, Debbie reached back out to me with more options. My roof has been leaking for two years now, and after several patches I NEEDED a more permanent solution. Thanks to Debbie, Brandon, Alex, Kyler, and the rest of this absolutely amazing team from Altitude roofing my problems with a leaking flat-roof seem to be over. They were all absolutely wonderful and helpful through the entire project from start to finish! A massive rainstorm came through not even 2 hours after they finished my roof and for the first time in over two years I didn't have to worry about putting buckets out to catch the water leaking through. Never in my life have I enjoyed the sound of water hitting the ground as much as I did during this rainstorm. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for roof work, 10 out 10, if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! My wife called and spoke with someone named Brandon on Monday. We scheduled an appointment for a quote on Wednesday. We were told to expect between 12 and 2:00 and that someone would call us when 30 minutes out. I waited at home for 2 hours and they didn't bother to show up for the appointment. We received no calls. I guess our job is not important enough to bother.

I have not been treated like this by other companies. I have received several other quotes, and they all showed up within ±10 minutes of scheduled time. I will take my business elsewhere.

What a great experience with Altitude Roofing! Our entire roof needed replacement and it was a complicated job with our home dating back to 1939 and several additions; the existing roof was in bad shape. But the professionals at Altitude Roofing were great to deal with, helped us navigate the insurance process and finished the work from the estimate to finish, in a matter of a week. The owners and sales person came out to oversee the work while the crews were on site! They even recommended cost savings ideas to keep our house cooler in the summer. In their inspection of the roofs, they found issues that were not handled properly in past roof installations and were able to get the issues resolved. This was our first ever roof replacement. Debbie was the first on scene to guide us through the process. She explained everything step by step, which is what we needed! They worked with our insurance after a major windstorm to provide our house the protection we needed and honestly couldn't afford, at the time. Would highly recommend Altitude Roofing. My wife and I purchased an older home in the Nob Hill neighborhood which was pretty desperate for a new roof. As luck would have it, Justin, who came to give an estimate for the roof was previously called out by the prior owners for a known leak. He was intimately aware of the details of the roof and made a fair estimate, which was in line with others that we had been quoted for a TPO membrane. We went with the Polyiso taper system for extra insulation as well as instillation of Velux skylights. We have been very pleased with the installation. There were some minor issues, unrelated to the roofing that Alex and Brandon (owners) were happy to help address. They water tested the roof and located the issue with ductwork sealing (not their fault, this was done by an HVAC contractor) which was causing leaks in the heavier snow and rains. They are very professional and honest, I would recommend considering them for your next roof replacement.

Communication was top notch and response times to the communication were as well. The roof looks beautiful and we love it, and the new ventilation system makes everything has a sleeker modern look not to mention there is not as many entities lifted off the roof anymore. They took down the outdated satellites and turtle vents and it is so much more aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. They also installed two brand new skylights to replace the older outdated ones.

As beautiful and as well as the work they did was, I again want to commend the communication and response times. They were top notch and always got back to us with a prompt response and even would drop by the house to check on everything. I totally recommend this company for your next roof!

Excellent experience with everyone at this company. They made the process of replacing our roof so seamless and stress-free. We had an estimator at our home the day after calling for a quote, and he clearly explained all his findings and what specific work we might need. Very soon after, we met with Debbie who walked us through our quote in great detail. I really felt like we understood our options and what we were paying for. The quote was extremely detailed and transparent, and Debbie did a great job of showing us the different options for materials. We were scheduled for the project a few weeks later, and they were actually able to move it up and do it even earlier! I can't overstate how good my experience was with Altitude! Altitude solved a huge headache that was caused by another, larger roofing company who was giving me the runaround on warranty for years. I was a bit of a fussy customer due to this past experience, but everyone I talked to at Altitude was understanding and helpful.

They performed an inspection of our roof and quickly diagnosed what the other company couldn't or wouldn't properly investigate for years. They also scheduled and executed on work with a much tighter timeframe than I had experienced before, going from first contact to a fully fixed roof in a couple weeks.

Alex especially was super responsive and took a lot of time to explain to me exactly what was wrong, the process of fixing it, and followed up several times to make sure that his solution held up. A lot happened that is hard to cover in a review, but Alex and Altitude went to bat for us in a huge way and made sure our roof was fully fixed even though they got nothing out of that extra help they gave us.

We've already raved about them to friends whenever anything roof-related comes up, maybe to the extent that we're annoying about it. Our experience with Altitude was genuinely just that good!

Kyler was the representative that I dealt with for the most part and him and his crew gained my trust quickly, Kyler noticed my roof had hail damage and worked with my insurance to help get the claim approved.

Long story short…. The crew at Altitude did such a fantastic job with the roof that i had them put gutters all around my house AND a new garage door, I will even be using Altitude for the next project… STUCCO.

I have been absolutely thrilled with my experience with Altitude. I found out about them thru a referral from another client who is a co-worker of mine, the best referral ever! They have made getting a new roof incredibly easy on my end, dealing with my insurance and securing approval from them. Not having to pay for a new roof out of pocket was a huge concern for me that they were able to negate. I wasn't able to be home for the bulk of the day, but was able to stop in mid-day to check in. Alex, one of the owners, was on site and able to answer any and all questions I had. I came home to a yard that was cleaner than when I left it in the morning. Their customer service is incredible, and they have been amazing from start to finish! I would highly recommend them!

Altitude Roofing did a great job on our home. They helped us with insurance issues. They guided us through the process easily. Debbie was incredibly supportive and informative. The new roof looks fabulous. And the 30 year warranty is wonderful. The level of professionalism by all the workers was awesome. And, they did a fabulous job of cleaning up afterwards including picking up the extra nails everywhere. I highly recommend this family business.

Debbie was out in my neighborhood about a year ago when she came to my house and started to talk about my roof and her company and how they will work with the insurance company to make it easy. At the time I was not ready to get a new roof. I wanted to wait till we had a big windstorm cause I knew my shingles were loose . We finally had a strong enough windstorm and was able to file a claim. Even after a yr I still had an altitude roofing card from Debbie. She made such a good impression she was the first one I called. when her and her coworker kyler came to go over our roof we we’re pretty much sold. They explained how everything worked and broke down how the insurance will work and how they will deal with everything so we don’t have to. Once we said yes it was about 3 week wait. It took them one day to do our roof. If we had any questions, at any time Debbie and Kyler always answered there phones. They upgraded the vents with no charge to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any work done on their roof. It looks amazing. Now we need to spruce up the paint on the house so it will look as good as the roof.

I called about a air-conditioner vent question on the roof. Even though it wasent a roof issue they still helped me, gave me alot of info and even gave me the contact info on a local company that could help me. It was great service and when I need some roofing work I will remember this interaction and call them first. Thank you

Altitude roofing was extremely professional. They submitted the paperwork for the permits, and we're concise and efficient all throughout the entire process. I am completely in love with my roof they gave me, and they even replaced my turbine vents with an upgraded type of venting. Their workmanship guarantee is the best in Albuquerque, I highly recommend them for their service. I was so happy afterward that I offered the workers some beers for a job well done. One of my neighbors complained and submitted a review to slander the company but instead of directing me in person since they were on my property line they decided to slander on the web.

This company was better than any company I have ever worked with! They were thorough, professional, honest and all around a great family to work with! They got to work on time. Kyler came by my home to let me know that one of our roof vents was missing. Well, we found the vent and Kyler returned promptly the next morning. He not only put the vent back on he also made the minor repairs we had been trying to get done by the company that put the roof on. Thank you so much.

The team at Altitude Roofing was exceptional. The team was very professional and punctual. They were able to work with my insurance to get me a new roof, garage door, back door and new vents. During the installation they found my swamp cooler duck was rusted very badly. They replaced it right away with out delaying the installation. The roof crew did an amazing job with my roof. It looks beautiful! They really paid attention to detail. Could not be happier. They also offered to paint my garage door to match my front door.
