Super pleased with the job Alternative Roofing did installing a Dura-Last roof. They were replacing a roof they had installed 23 years ago, which held up beyond the 20 year warranty, but it was time to get a new one. The installation team was skilled and efficient and the new roof looks fabulous! I know it's good for another 20+ years.

Our small townhome community needed to replace a Duro-Last roof that had served us well but was ready to retire. We were not happy with the company that had installed that existing Duro-Last roof, so called the local Duro-Last representative and asked for contractor references. Among those references was Alternative Roofing Systems.

Alternative Roofing completed the installation of our new Duro-Last roof a few weeks ago. Many factors converged to form the decision to ask Alternative Roofing to do the job, but foremost may have been the time Jason spent with me on his first site visit to explain what was needed (and not needed) and some cost-saving ideas that could be exploited. The work itself was done several weeks later without interruption, the crew were all businesslike but great to chat with, and when the job was done the odd bit of trash had been policed and the place left in good order. I took a final tour of the completed roof with Jason a few days ago and am reporting on behalf of our community that we are happy customers.

Working with them was fast and friendly. They took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. The crew went above and beyond to ensure the work was done on time and on budget. The roof looks great, and I can sleep well knowing I won't be chasing leaks anymore. To cap it off, after calling 5 companies their price was the lowest. I will definitely look to them for my future roofing needs.

As a private residence owner with a flat roof house I was very pleased with the quality of work executed by Alternative Roofing Systems. Their bid price was competitive. The company performed the work on-schedule, with no surprises. They were effective at communicating stages of the job, which included some custom fabrication and supply chain uncertainties. We were even able to take advantage of their schedule flexibility to move our job up a few days. Having Jason on-site for part of the work increased our confidence, although we had no concerns regarding his crew.

Throughout the whole process, Lauren in the office was fantastic about communicating what was happening. Always polite and cheerful, but most importantly knowledgeable about every step.
