Textbook example of a place that needs union. "if we had union you couldn't talk to me directly." They fire ANYBODY that talks out of turn, or brings up reasonable health and safety complaints because they're not the ones that have to deal with the issues and fixing the problems cuts into "profits". They also leave a BIG tank of anhydrous ammonia unguarded/secured a block away from a school.

SPAX fasteners are great and I have only had a single part manufactured incorrectly. Occassionally, I get a bunch of machining chips at the bottom of the box, but that doesn't bother me much. Keep up the good work manufacturing fasteners that work consistently well. Hopefully the other reviews on here aren't indicative of a management problem, because that likely won't end well.
