We had an excellent experience with Alta Roofing. It was so nice to have Bennett, the owner, advocate for us with our insurance company. When we submitted our claim for a new roof, our insurance was doing what insurance companies do and trying to get out of as much as they could, but Bennett was there when the adjuster came and was able to keep him honest. At first the adjuster didn't want to replace our back gutters but Bennett told him he needed to actually look at it. So the adjuster did and then agreed that they needed to be replaced too.
The roofing crew was very professional and did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves really well! I was worried because we had just gotten new landscaping put in and I didn't want it to get crushed by falling roof bits. But the roofers were amazing and didn't crush my new plants at all!

Alta Roofing did an incredible job with our new roof and rain gutters. Bennet was very communicative throughout the entire process and worked with us to understand the insurance process and our part in it. The crew that installed the roof worked their butts off! They started early morning and went all the way till dark and then came back the next morning to finish it off. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards and keeping a watchful eye on our plants and landscape. In addition, they sent someone out within a day or two to look for any loose nails and pick up extra supplies so they wouldn’t remain on our property. I would highly recommend their services!

Great communication and had the roof done and cleaned up in one day. Also coordinated getting the gutters and fascia fixed after the hailstorm.

I called Mark and he was over at my house within a couple of hours, he had samples so we picked the color that same day and had my roof done within 10 days from our first meeting. Alta Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. Mark Farmer and team helped us through the entire process, including the insurance claim, and provided great service. There were minor fixes that needed attending to after the new roof was put on, and they were fixed within a week and a half. The new roof was put on in a day, we have a small house but still great to have complete in a day. We would definitely recommend Alta Roofing to friends and family in the future.

The whole process was smooth with Mark and Alta Builders! The only piece we had problems with was how slow my insurance was at responding to our roof claim. Mark was understanding even after 2 months of waiting for a response from them.

Brett from Alta Builders was incredible. From start to finish, he kept us in the loop, responded to any questions and did a prefect job.

He recommended we use Certainteed shingles in black walnut and it came out better than expected.

We even had them do new gutters. Everything went prefect and looks great!

Alta builders did an amazing job on our roof. We had a lot of wind damage. They worked with our insurance, so we didn't have to mess with them. They were great to keep in contact and respond. They even added a few more roof vents that we needed. We highly recommend this company.

They also upgraded us to architectural shingles at no cost. The overall pricing seemed reasonable, too, we just had to pay the insurance deductible since ours was damaged. A few of my neighbors recommended Alta Builders because they were highly satisfied with the work they received from Alta Builders. I was impressed by their professionalism, but more importantly the quality of their work. I got a new roof as well as new gutters, and they were fast and efficient. Pricing was fair and was a good value for the scope of the projects. I cannot say enough good about Alta Builders, and will enthusiastically recommend them for any roofing and rain gutter projects.

My husband and I worked with Zack. He has been great to work with. He always got back to us quickly, answered all of our questions and even checks back with us now. The roof looks great! Only thing I regret is getting solar, but that is with issues I've had with Titan not Alta. We told Zack and he did work with them to speed up our install. They have been super helpful at helping us with our insurance company as well.

ALTA Builders was professional in every phase of my roof installation. Bennett was particularly attentive to my concerns. His quote was timely and he helped me with making sure my worries of having a roof that is leak free and attractive to match my house. He also, helped me with my insurance.

We got a new roof through Alta Builders and they were amazing to work with! Our roof was 20+ years old and had some pretty severe wind damage. Brett worked directly with our insurance company for inspections, quotes, & helped get it almost completely covered by insurance! Alta builders finished my roof last week and were amazing to work with! My roof was over 20 years old and I didn’t know everything I would be facing. Not only did they explain the process clearly and precisely but out of five other bids, they were the best to communicate with me honestly and quickly. This is amazing!! Bennett came out and did a thorough inspection of my roof. He found damage and met my insurance adjuster for my inspection. They found that there was storm damage and my insurance paid to replace my roof. I just paid my deductible and my insurance covered the rest. Alta Builders got my roof fixed quickly and we are loving our new roof!!
