Josh Alspach, from Alspach Roofing has been absolutely amazing to work with. We're newer home owners (bought in 2016). Due to the storms last fall, we were faced with our first ever roof replacement. Josh walked us through every single step of the process, dealt with our insurance (USAA) and ensured we knew exactly what was going on. Josh's team of professional roofers/installers were incredible. They were on time, professional, and courteous. Everything from drop off of material to clean-up was efficient. We have 3 dogs and i was worried about finding nails in paws, stuff of that nature. After the crazy storms that tore through Omaha this past spring and summer, we were bombarded with all kinds of advertisements from roofing companies (both local and outside of NE) to be the ‘vendor of choice’ to replace our hail damaged roof and gutters. During my research and interview process of about 6 different companies, I quickly learned who I wanted to do business with after experiencing inconsistent and incomplete sharing of information regarding repairs to our home! This is where Josh was very patient and helped articulate (more than once) the whole insurance process and what to expect in a very respective manner. There’s always lots of choices that go into roof repair and Josh was very helpful in recommending certain types of shingles, vents, and gutters that were economical and worth the money! He was very prudent and honest in sharing what products were overpriced and not worth the extra cost…it was like he was spending his own money as he advised us in our selection process, which was very much appreciated since we ended up with a great looking roof and gutters while getting a nice chunk of money back from Alspach Roofing, Inc. after insurance was paid. The BEST decision we made was to go with a local, family-owned company that lives right in our neighborhood! Josh was on-site with his crew during the repair and roof installation and was also very responsive to some adjustments that I asked to be made to the gutters. He was very responsive and timely with all of my questions throughout the whole process, which gave us great comfort knowing we were in good hands with a credible company that truly cares about providing not only quality work, but a top-notch customer experience as well! One last thing to mention was the fun little visit that Josh and his two daughters made to our house around Christmas with a very nice thank-you note and small gift for our business!! Josh and Alspach Roofing more than came for us after hail swept through our area. This was our first experience with a hail claim but it quickly became obvious that we could trust Josh to help us through the process fairly and accurately. The Alspach crew knocked the job out quickly- on the one of the hottest days of summer AND two months earlier than scheduled. Cleanup was great, roof looks great and no issues at all. We had one very minor cosmetic issue with one roof vent that we weren't terribly concerned about. Alspach quickly showed up and more than made it right. Overall, great experience working with a company that will go above and beyond from start to finish, and after the work's done. We had family members in the same situation and I didn't hesitate to point them to Alspach Roofing.

This company is great to work with! Timely communication, nice workers, work was done efficiently and they were very thorough in cleaning up. They are affordable and do quality work from start to finish. We will definitely use them again if needed.

I cannot say enough good things about Alspach Roofing. We were impacted by the EF4 tornado in April 2024 and Josh and team immediately came out to asses our damage and meet with our adjuster. Unfortunately, we had to spend the last 7+ months battling insurance, but Josh and team were incredibly supportive in partnering with our public adjuster to get insurance to do right by us. As soon as we finally got approval, the team came out within a few days to get our roof taken care of before the bad weather winter hit. The team was quick, efficient, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and even reconnected our Christmas lights for us before they left. The roof looks better than we could have expected and we are confident our home is safe and sound for many many years to come.

Along the way, the team came and retarped our roof a few times to make sure we did not incur additional damage, as well.

I recently needed to have my roof replaced due to a storm. I previously had my roof replaced 10 years ago and had a horrible experience with it leaking right after it was replaced and the company would not fix their poor workmanship. This time I set several criteria's. i got several quotes and made the decision to go with Alspach Roofing. The best decision of my I ever made. I met with both Mat and Josh and discussed the issues I had with the other roofer. They made several recommendations on how they could fix my problems and make my roof more efficient. They really cared about my needs. There installation team was amazing. They new what they was doing. They were very careful not to damage my landscaping and they really cared about their installation. They was very professional and courteous. When the roof was done they did an amazing job on their clean up. I can't say enough on how great of a job they did for me I highly recommend Alspach Roofing.

Josh and his team came to the rescue. With closing only 3 days away, Josh was able to get a quote and time frame to roof the house within a week of the storm. The roof looks great, the color looks nice with the house color, and everyone is satisfied. Highly recommend Alspach Roofing! Great job!!

I called Alspach Roofing to access our hail damage and they were out the next day. After speaking with Josh, the owner, about the damages, I submitted a claim with my insurance per his guidance. Josh answered any questions I had throughout the process making everything run smoothly. Alspach roofing had several workers come out to get the roof replaced quickly and efficiently.
