Superior service. Exceeded my expectations. They actually were able to get to my roof 2 weeks before my scheduled appointment. Even with unforseen issues due to the condition of the plywood and total replacement needed, they still finished my roof in a day. They gave my roof so much more ventilation, new vents, and beautiful facia. It's beautiful. When the crew left, I couldn't even tell they had been there. I would recommend Alpine over and over again. Had my roof done in March/April. I was a roofer for 10 years back in the 70’s and 80’s. I was very impressed with their work, cleanup and attention to detail. They tore off an old shake roof and placed composite shingles. 3 months later I have yet to find a nail or any debris from the construction site. Very impressed, so was my wife as they protected her flower beds from harm. Top notch.

We live in the Lewis Clark Valley. Found out we had to replace our roof sooner than rather than later. Previous owner had done some cheap work over the years, helping to shorten the life of the roof by 15 years. Called three different roofing companies. Alpine was really the only company that came out personally to inspect the roof and give me a timely estimate. The other two gave estimates without even coming to the house.
The price was fair and Dave & Katya were very responsive to any questions and kept us informed every step of the way.
The crew worked their tails off and the roof looks great. Great service and quality from Alpine!

I had several companies give me bids. One but a hole in my roof, one told me half my roof was rotten and tried to upsell me on all sorts of things I didnt need or want.

Apline came in and gave me a fair and honest assessment of my roof. They had several roofing system options and gave me a fair price. There were no games.

They fixed the hole in my roof another company had left me on their estimate while I waited for a place in the schedule.

The communication from the office and project manager were top notch and the install crew and tear off crews worked extremely hard to respect my home.

The crews professionalism and quality work were outstanding.

The process could not have been easier and they left my home with in a better place .

It is easily the best experience I have had with any construction company and the quality of work was awesome. I would not hesitate to call these guys again in the future.

Alpine roofing was a great choice for our roof. Ben was great right away, happened to be close by and finishing up with someone else when I put a request for a quote in and was there to look at the roof within the hour.
During the project, Katya and Dave were very responsive when we had questions or when issues arose and were able to find solutions.
We were on a bit of a time crunch with a storm damaging our roof so close to winter and they were able to get us in before our roof was covered in snow, which I’m very thankful for.

They came and assessed what needed to be done and then fixed the problem in the time limit quicker than expected. Asked for photos for insurance company and they were very easy to work with. Great job!

I had an issue with a poorly installed gutter, and the gutter company blamed the roofer. I called Alpine Roofing, and they came out to take a look. They quickly identified that the problem was with the gutters being installed over the drip edge and that there was no need of any repair but just needed to have the gutters installed properly, and reassured me that it would be a straightforward fix. Unlike other companies that tried to upsell me on unnecessary work, Alpine Roofing was upfront and honest. They even directed me to a reliable gutter company that could handle the repair. I really respect their honesty and professionalism, and would highly recommend Alpine Roofing based on my experience.

Sal was so positive and kept us up-to-date with the project throughout the actual re-roof. He made sure that they left our property nicer/cleaner than it had been. He assured us all nails and debris was cleaned away before leaving, and made sure we had his card at the beginning of the project to ensure we could keep contact.

Ben and folks at Alpine led us to a great firm out of Spokane for large gutter job. Happy for the referral and honesty to refer a larger job. These guys are the real deal.

Really good experience w/ Alpine. Everything in the quote was well articulated, their online portal to view quotes and make payments was well maintained, and Ben's communication via text was super clear. I can see why they came well recommended.

Cons
- Scheduling process was not timely. I didn't mind that our project's start date was 4 weeks later. It was the fact that we were not notified about the start date till 3 weeks after we had signed the contract. I had expected our project would have been scheduled in a few days time. I was a little worried that they might have forgotten about us.

Our new roof is GORGEOUS! Done fast, efficiently and Alpine made it easy from start to finish! Alpine left our house looking nicer than how they found it! Worth every penny!

We had a leak in our roof and needed a full roof replacement. Good old three layer roof with cedar shingles as the sheeting. Alpine worked with our insurance company every step of the way. They made it easy for my family and I. The roof looks excellent and they did a great job cleaning up the demo from our yard. As someone that is new to the area we felt lucky to have made a good pick in a roofing company.

Alpine came in at a competitive price, got us on their schedule very quickly, and did a great job! They were communicative and the only roofers that offered 0% financing, which helped us out a lot. Very happy with them.

Where to start everything seemed fine. Standard business transaction only to be let down and won over. The workmanship was poor and our home was left with damages. Cracked siding. Contacting them was easy but the repairs took time. After some back and forth which was pretty painless everything looks to be resolved.

Great company! They came out the same day for an assessment and I got a quote shortly after. They made the repairs to my roof just a couple days later and it looks fantastic. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alpine Roofing and I couldn't be happier with the results. They repaired my roof back in October and did an incredible job. However, with the high wind storms and weather this winter, a few shingles needed re-gluing. I contacted them and with very little notice they were able to return promptly to fix the issue at no charge.
