We used Vinyl Masters for an entire exterior remodel - siding, windows, gutters, and roof. It looks and feels like a brand-new house! Daniel's crew installed vinyl siding, wrapped all of the trim, installed new gutters with gutter guards, and replaced all the windows in the house. We asked several contractors for estimates on this work and Daniel was not only the lowest price but he was the easiest to work with. The work his crew did was excellent and our house looks great.

Like anyone who does good work for a reasonable price, Daniel is very busy. He had a backlog of several months. It was 8 months between when we got the first estimate and when all the work was finally completed. Some of the delay was related to changes we requested and increased cost of materials which required revised estimates. But most of it is just that he's busy. If you decide to use him, make sure to check in with him often and make sure to review all the details when you get closer to the installation so that nothing slips through the cracks. He takes good notes but there were a few details we had to remind him of.

I think he keeps his costs down by carefully calculating his profit margins. He doesn't pad the estimate. There were a few times through the process when small issues were discovered that would require extra labor or materials. Daniel was quick to spot these things and would adjust the estimate accordingly. I mention this just so you're not surprised. He seems to err on the side of bidding low and then adjusting as costs change rather than bidding high to allow him to easily absorb small changes. Whenever a change becomes necessary he will explain in detail what happened and give you an exact dollar amount that needs to be adjusted.

Overall we're very happy with his work and would definitely use him again if we have any work that needs to be done in the future.

Recently contracted with Vinyl Masters to install new roof, gutters with guards, and new windows. The completed projects look wonderful!! Work was completed on time, efficiently, and correctly. Daniel was very professional when walking us through the projects, helping us make decisions on materials, colors and design. These were big projects but our estimate was competitive and fair and the quality of work and product was spot on and in line with our budget.

Third review: still 5 stars all the way around, we had catastrophic tree damage and Daniel and his team to the rescue. I cant say enough about the quality and craftsmanship. Again the clean up was like they were never here.

We contracted with Vinyl Master to do a LOT of work done on the outside of our home. Vinyl Masters replaced 13 windows, replaced our cider shake shingles with vinyl and replaced our gutters. Pricing was lower than what we expected and the work was very exceptional! The job ended up taking a little longer than expected due to the shape of the cider shake, there was no extra charge. I highly recommend this company. Bought a house recently that had some shoddy window capping that was allowing water to penetrate and rot out some of the wood framing. Hired Daniel and Vinyl Masters to remove the old metal, replace a couple of rotted sills / frames, and rewrap 23 windows. His crew did the job efficiently, they were cognizant about not leaving a mess of old metal behind, and the windows look good. Daniel himself is a straight shooter, and I would hire him again for other project needs.

This company replaced our roof after we had some wind and storm damage. We filed a claim with our insurance and the adjuster had incorrect measurements and forgot an entire portion of our roof. Daniel, the project manager, and construction crew showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. We LOVE having more natural light in our house and the updated look was long over due. The project has motivated us to redo our bedroom where 2 windows were added and kickoff several landscaping projects. Last week we noticed one of the down spouts was leaking. I thought everything was wonderful until Daniel didn’t do what the signed contract said he would do! As if getting hit my a tornado wasn’t enough and dealing with the ins wasn’t bad enough then when it came down to it he didn’t do what he said he would do! This company said in the contract that there would be a new roof and vents now one year later the roof is leaking and he want warranty it even though it says he will on the contract! And during the time he was at our house he done over 1100$ work of damage to or heating and air that we had to pay for! The windows are not straight that he put in etc.... there is lots more I will be sending a letter to BBB and commenting on Angie’s list! Said people try to take advantage of other that just went through a tornado and there lives turned upside down!

Just had my house transformed. Daniel and his crew from Vinyl Masters did a GREAT job. My house had needed some attention for some time and VM was one of two companies i called to install vinyl siding, replace windows and repair some areas that had started to deteriorate from water damage. When we realized that painting the exterior of our house didn't make sense in the long run, we decided to go with vinyl siding. We dreaded the process of finding, hiring and managing a contractor for the project, but we were pleasantly surprised. After meeting with a few recommended siding companies, we decided to get the job done by Daniel Morales and Vinyl Masters. Our dread proved to be completely unjustified. Daniel quickly assessed the job (complete siding, shutters and gutter guards for ~1300sf house), provided a competitive quote, and gave us a detailed explanation of what his team would do, including all the details of the work and the team's qualifications. We met with Daniel for the initial discussion and measurements, and again to pick out colors after we decided to use Vinyl Masters. Throughout the process, Daniel offered solid expert advice based on his years of experience. The work started as scheduled, and Daniel's crew did a top-notch job. They worked straight through each day, stopping only for lunch and a couple of short rest breaks. Aside from the expected sounds of nailing siding to the house, I happened to hear them a couple of times calling out cutting measurements down to the eighth-inch. And the results really show their attention to detail. Daniel took the time to call us after the crew left each day to touch base, answer questions, and update us on the project. On the final day, the doorbell rang, and the crew leader told me that they were all finished, and led us on a walkaround to take a look. Everything was perfect. As we were walking across the front yard, he suddenly bent down and picked up two tiny slivers of vinyl - no larger than a blade of grass - that'd been trimmed off during the job. I never even would have noticed them, but he said that they strive to never leave any sign that work had been done, aside from the new siding, itself. Great workmanship and the best price out of the multiple quotes I got. They were also the only ones who encouraged me to explore different ideas and options for my siding project (still went with original idea but felt better about that choice after exploring alternatives). Daniel provided the best quote for out vinyl siding project of several companies I contacted. The team from Vinyl Masters did an excellent job with the installation including changes we made during the process. In addition to siding we chose to replace the gutters instead of reinstalling the existing due to age and condition. Daniel provided a competitive quote for gutters and gutter guards.
