We were so glad we went with Carolina Professional Roof Systems! They did a great job and we are so happy with the results! Billy, the contractor, was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and reliable.
We had weather damage to our roof. The roof area is quite large, but his crew was able to identify the problem areas that were leaking inside the house behind the walls. Billy walked us through the insurance claims process and was willing to help in any way he could to ensure that any problems would be fixed. We highly recommend this company!!!

Billy and team replaced my roof a couple of years ago. The process was seamless. The crew was punctual and thorough. Billy communicated with us the entire time. Recently I needed a satellite taken off my roof. Billy responded to my request immediately and had this removed within just a couple of days. I can’t imagine a company doing a better job from start to finish than Carolina Professional Roofing Systems. From an honest assessment, to wide range of options and through out the entire process, this is a top shelf company. The care that the entire crew took on my families home is also worth mentioning. As you can see in one of the pictures we had a lot of structural damage so the scope of work was larger than expected. You would never know it by the way the left our property. I don’t n ow how many men were there (15 maybe) but not a shred of evidence other than a new pristine roof/ gutter system that is built like a Sherman tank. You rarely need a roofing company in your entire life, but if you do Carolina Roofing Systems is the one to use

Carolina Professional Roof Systems did a great job with our commercial warehouse building in Winston-Salem, NC. I'm not sure how long it had been since the roof was done last but leaks were everywhere. Billy and his team used a silicone roof coating and restoration process that cured our old building and....now we have no leaks. He even preserved our skylights! Billy came out quickly after we noticed a leak down into our garage. He explained the situation, fixed the leak, and even assessed the state of our (old) roof all in one trip. He was very professional and more than fair in his pricing. We would highly recommend him for your roofing needs.

We called Billy to look at our roof when we had a leak during a bad rain storm. He came out the looked at the roof, then came back with one of his partners and worked on the roof. The leaking was eliminated. He was easy to deal with and reasonably priced. We will definitely have him back with it is time for a new roof.

Billy and his team were fantastic to work with the whole way, start to finish. He was careful and accurate in his estimate, made sure to repair damaged wood as they went along, guided us in color choices, and coordinated with another team to replace fascia board. The ROOF and GUTTERS turned out to look amazing. They have great attention to detail and Billy actively manages and supervises his team (plus he has some excellent onsite leaders as well). We had an insurance claim after some hail damage and he walked us through the entire process. We were not sure how to go about it, but he explained the nuances thoroughly. He was honest and fair.

If you need a new roof these are the guys to call. We had considerable damage to our roof due to a tropical storm in October 2020. The damage was so bad that the roof needed to be completely replaced. Mr. Williamson, the owner, was very knowledgeable and coordinated everything for us. He spoke with our insurance company, was present with the insurance adjuster for the inspection of the damaged roof, and coordinated all the individuals who assisted with the repairs. He scheduled his team of experts for the removal and replacement of our solar panels, the replacement of the roof, the addition of a ridge vent and replacement of vent covers, and the replacement of our gutters. Everyone was professional and worked hard to get everything replaced quickly. Mr. Williamson also insured that we had the highest quality materials for replacement and inspected every job to make sure it was correctly completed. If you want a knowledgeable, professional, and quality roof repair then you should contact this company for assistance. I am more than pleased with my beautiful new roof.

Absolutely the best service you can ask for. Had an issue other roofers tried to fix multiple times. They came out same day to look at the issue. They quickly identified the issue and pointed out a few other issues that could arise if not taken care of. He presented an extremely fair quote, compared to others. I called him after a storm, they arranged same day service to correct the issue before any other leaks. As well as take care of general maintenance.
