Andrew with Alpha Exteriors was very professional and so great to work with!! He helped me through the entire process of filing an insurance claim for a new roof, steel siding replacement and new gutters and he and his team were very prompt in proving detailed information to the insurance adjuster as well. Andrew was on the job everyday to oversee his contractors and kept me informed of everything throughout the installation and even helped with final clean up when the job was finished. All of his workers were very skilled and so respectful. I am so happy with my house “Glow Up” done by Alpha Exteriors!!!! Thank you so much :)

My experience with Andrew was great from the start. I was out of town for a long period of time and unaware that the hail storm that caused the damage had even happened.
It was not until several months later that my neighbor who had used Alpha to get his own roof replaced refered me to Andrew. He came out promptly and surveyed the damage. My insurance company initially said that there was Zero damage and closed my claim.
Andrew was surprised to hear this but knew that that was typical response from many insurance companies. He stepped up and personally contacted my insurance company and set them up with a full arsenal photos and information.
Once the insurance company realized they had been called out by a real professional, they immediately changed their mind and decided to cover 100 percent of the claim without even sending their adjuster back out to the house. He even got a full replacement of the entire perimeter of the house gutter and downspout system.
The entire roof project was completed in one long day with top notch quality and a full clean up that left no evidence of them even being there.

Andrew and his team are wonderful and easy to work with. Andrew was fully involved with helping us get our insurance to cover the cost of our new roof. He had to come out for inspections three times, and always followed up with us after the inspector left. The work was done quickly, and correctly. It took one day to put the roof on. His team came over the day before to remove the gutters and then came back the day after the roof was completed and put the gutters back up. And the mess was cleaned up. Andrew was sure to stop over prior to construction with the permit and posted it on our door for the city to see. The inspector came over the day after the gutters were reattached and we passed with flying colors. I would recommend Alpha Exteriors to everyone. It was a positive experience from start to finish. When hail storm damage was identified on my roof, I was referred to Andrew Macagnone, owner of Alpha Exteriors. Initially I was hesitant to begin a process that appeared overwhelming, but after meeting Andrew, I'm so glad I did because he made everything so easy for this busy, single mom! Really, my biggest challenge was deciding on the color choices for my roof and gutters. From consultation, to insurance claim and inspection, to install day, Andrew was hands on making everything go smoothly. His communication is top notch and his crews were on time and respectful.
