Allied Roofing did a great job in replacing our roof! This actually is a second roof that we had them do along with replacing a roof for a past client of mine. Communication was good along with the crew being courteous and knowledgeable on the work they were preforming. Highly recommend!

A month ago I decided it was time for our roof to be replaced. We hadn’t had any leaks so far, but our 32 year old composition roof was living on borrowed time. I called four roofing companies for bids. One of the four was Allied Roofing. They had been recommended to me by a friend Allied had previously done work for.
Matt Clem, the estimator for Allied, took his time inspecting the roof and answering all my questions. The next day I received a detailed list of the work to be completed and a firm estimate. The estimate was revised to include additional work connected to the roof installation – installing plywood over the entire roof, installing a ridge vent, painting the fascia boards and installing new aluminum gutters. The final price was excellent. After the contract was signed it took just a few days to remove the old roofing and install the new CertainTeed Landmark 30 year guarantee composition shingles. The gutters were installed a day later.
On the day Matt came out to get our check I noticed one small drip from the gutter. Matt got a ladder from his truck, inspected the area to find the source of the leak, and fixed it, all while explaining to my wife and I what he was doing and why. He also explained areas we should check for leakage when the rain started coming down in earnest. He then inspected the roof and flew a drone over the house to take photos and show us what our new roof looked like.
I was sent a paid invoice and warranty when the job was completed. And the roof looks great!
My experience of having a roof installed by Allied Roofing could not have been better. The work was performed in a timely manner. The materials used were top of the line. And the “value” couldn’t be beat.
At no time in the process did Matt make me feel rushed. He took his time to answer all my questions.

We are very happy with the replacement roof we had installed by Allied Roofing. The crew was friendly and professional.. The deal closer for us was Matt Clem who did a fine job explaining everything the crew would be doing during the job. Everything went as discussed with Matt. After the sale we had some issues with the gutter guards the crew installed. I called Matt and he committed to checking out our issues and he returned to our home to see what he could do to stop rainwater from overpowering the gutter guard and spilling over the gutters onto our deck and walkways. Matt thoroughly explained possible corrective measures and returned to put his plan into effect. He spent several hours putting his plan to redirect water into our gutters in a way that would not cause water overpower the gutters and spill over the gutters. I am positive his corrective measures will cure our problem.

This year I decided to replace my cedar shake roof with high end luxury singles (mostly Certainteed or GAF). Before contacting the roofing companies I did a deep study of roofing system and type of material and roofing companies. I decided to go with Certainteed Presidentail Shake TL Singles. I explored the GAF but the GAF certified contractor quotes were very high. I used Certainteed website to find contractors in my area. I called up few contractores and one of them was Eliseo from Allied roofing. After multiple discussions with him and looking at their track record I decided to go with Allied roofing. I have considered the various factors(years in business, the current market, Select ShingleMaster title, reviews on various websites etc) in my decision making.

The Allied Roofing team quickly estimated and scheduled our siding installation project. The 114 year old house provided a number on complications, with regards to access to the work areas. The Allied jobsite team did good and timely work under sometimes difficult circumstances. I recommend them.

Hade these guys install a metal roof on my house about 5 years ago. They were by far the least expensive for metal roofs. I was a little nervous given the price difference but they did such a good job I had them do another metal roof on my new house this summer. Both jobs were done quickly and they really cleaned things well when they were done. We also had them come out and do some masonry repair on our chimney. This job took a little longer, but they made sure they got it done right.

We had new gutters installed in the summer and had a leak during the winter. We called and got an immediate response the same day. They sent someone the next day. The technician who came was Eliseo and he was great. Turns out the gutters were fine but really clogged. He took apart the down spouts for us and removed all the blockage on the spot. Definitely glad we used this company!

After finishing with my roof, Eliseo gave me a very good quote on replacing my back deck which was so coming down given the wood was rotten. Unfortunately because of supply issues with the needed materials (not to mention Dunn Lumber breaking some of them), it took a while for the project to start but once, they were very diligent. They even found a problem with the siding of the house to which the old deck was tied and they promptly fixed it. As with the roof they did an excellent job and the result is more than satisfactory. I recommend highly Allied Roofing with your deck needs.

Allied did a siding job last year replacing a side of our house with composite siding and they were great: Professional, on time and great value. This year, they just did my roof (shingles).

They came on Monday morning and by Wednesday afternoon they were done. The cleaned after themselves and everything was in order.

They came out within 2 days of contacting them for our roof repair, and I got their estimate within a day of their inspection. The price was reasonable and they gave me several observations and tips about how long my current roof would last. We discussed full replacement options vs. only doing the roof repair. There was no pressure salesmanship and we scheduled to have the repair done. They started and finished on the same day and cleaned up everything when they were done. The price was as advertised without after the fact add-ons. We're very satisfied with their work and they will be our first call in a few years when we schedule the roof replacement.

I originally hired a local contractor to re-roof my 100 year old house and garage. The house is a 2 story craftsman with a walk out basement and a steep pitch roof. I did basic research, and found no negative reports on this contractor. I asked about a contract, he told me he's a "handshake kind of guy". I asked about money down, he said " no, just pay when I'm done". I live in rural East Pierce County, so not everybody comes out this far. No contract? No money down? Seemed like red flags, but he didn't ask for money, so what did I have to lose??
On the day the house roof was torn off, they crew left a gate open and my dog got out. They had already stripped the roofing, replaced 3 sheets of plywood, and papered over the whole roof by the time I returned home.
I know very little about roofing, but I have painted flashing before, and there wasn't any on my "new" roof. So the next day, I made a point to stay home, so I could ask about the lack of flashing, and just monitor the situation better. When I told him about the gate, and questioned the lack of flashing, the man turns to me and says " you can have the tear off for free, I don't want to do this job", then gets in his truck and leaves!!
With rain possible in 2 days, I had a roof in paper, and no contractor. Thank God I didn't give him any money! I was now desperate to get a roof installed.
I called a roofing supply company in a nearby area for a reference, and they gave me Allied Roofing.
The owner, Eliseo came to my house that same day around 3, inspected the roof, and emailed an estimate and contract by 7.
His estimate and contract were itemized so both parties clearly understood the terms and conditions for the work to be done. Although the roof was already papered, the contract called for removal of the previous guys materials to inspect the plywood underneath.
I signed the contract and gave them half down, with the work to start in 3 days.
Once the crew tore off the paper, there were 11 more sheets of bad plywood the other guy papered over, and was going to shingle!
The crew were amazing to watch. Everyone knew their job, and it obviously wasn't their first day. The craftsmanship these guys produce is great, plywood fit tight, no big gaps or seams. I could tell they do what's right, not what is easy. I worked in the yard and watched these men work on my home. Honestly, I don't like the way most people do things. I have high standards, so I've always done everything myself to achieve a satisfactory outcome. In this case, I got exactly the professional results I was paying for.
So, they replaced 11 sheets of plywood installed new facia boards, flashing all around, beautiful new roof, and seamless gutters in 3 days. Allied Roofing has elevated the quality of my home.
Allied also does painting. I received an estimate and a contract for my home, which, based on the quality of their work on my roof, I will happily sign. Keep a look out for review on the paint job in the next few weeks.
In the final analysis, if you are looking for a high quality, dependable roofer, you can't beat Allied Roofing.

Allied called me while I was searching for a roofer to check my 2nd storey roof for damage after a windstorm blew a big branch onto it. Other roofers declined to even look at the roof without a down payment of $1,200-2,000. Eliseo not only went up to look, but he and his partner removed the branch altogether so they could assess the damage. The next day they were back (1/2 hour early!) and replaced the 4 damaged shingles for $300, a real bargain! Eliseo also measured the roof to bid on its replacement and discussed its condition with me, even though I warned him we might not be able to replace it until 2026 or so. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient, courteous, reasonably priced, and accommodating: Allied Roofing is at the top of my Go To list!

We live in a 25 year old development in North Bend, WA. Most of the residents here needed a new roof in the last 3 years. I found out that I got the best price and service for a 30 year roof of high quality. The tear off of the old shingles and replaced part of the substrate was just like they agreed to. the installation and clean up was perfect. They followed up with a walk through. After talking with other neighbors that used other roof contractors I discovered I did get the best service for the best price.

I had 9 bids, and Alex at Allied was very personable and easygoing. No pressure sales, which I love. Raul and his crew did a great job. They showed up on time, in increment weather, and finished the job in 2 days. I would highly recommend Allied Roofing.

specifically the reception/scheduler. when i called and asked if i could schedule a time for someone to come out and provide an estimate for a mansard roof the only response i got from the woman on the other end was..." no." i asked if mansard roofs are something that they just dont service and she responded "....nope" and then proceeded to hang up on me.

I had 6 bids to do a 3,000 sq ft flat roof. Ended up choosing Allied because you were by far the least expensive for a house in West Seattle. The installation turned out great using TPO. It was very quick. Allied brought in a very large 5-6 man crew and got the job done in 3 days. They guarantee their work for 10 years.

They did a good job on my roof repairs My roof is good until I have to get a new roof in a few years.

Our cedar shake roof was 27 years old and was more than ready to be replaced. We had 3 estimates over a year ago but put off doing the roof for financial reasons. This summer we were ready. We had our original estimates updated and got a couple more, including Allied Roofing. Raul contacted us personally and came out to talk to us. We found him to be very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He really knows his business. When the day came for our scheduled installation, Raul was there with his crew. They all worked quickly and efficiently. The old cedar shake roof was gone the first day and the second day, a new GAF Grand Sequoia roof adorned our home. The job site was completely cleaned and all debris hauled away each day. Several neighbors commented both on the roof and about how quickly and professionally Allied Roofing performed. I am highly recommending Raul Buezo’s Allied Roofing Installation Services. We had a very complex job; an a-frame roof with a 12/12 pitch and seven custom skylights. Each person in the crew and the crew as a team were safety-aware and professional. They were cheerful and hard-working; occasionally breaking into song even in the hot weather. Love that! They were conscientious; concerned about shingles tearing on a steep, hot roof. The entire crew was engaging and courteous; each one with a ready smile. The roof is gorgeous. They left the site clean even using a magnet to pick up nails and they ran the magnet over the same area numerous times and from different angles. Raul kept us posted and then followed up after the job was complete. There isn’t a single negative. I received four estimates for replacing my Torch Down roofs on my house and detached garage. I selected Raul Buezo, from Allied Roofing, not because he had the lowest bid, but because he was the only contractor that called back to check to see if I had made a decision. Raul suggested TPO (a single ply roofing membrane) as an option to torch down which had twice the standard warranty period over torch down, at no additional cost. I went with TPO.

Rual was easy to work with but overall coordination could have been better. The job was completed in two days and all debris cleanup was good, although their truck for removing the old torch down material leaked oil and left a small stain on my asphalt driveway.

When all things are considered, I would use Allied Roofing again for a future job.

I met with 3 roofing companies before finally meeting with Chris with Allied for our roof.. Chris spent the time educating me about the installation process and how important ventilation can effect my roof (Had no idea). I love his no pressure sales, wasn't pushy and probably spent more time talking about Dogs. He allowed me time to check out their company and check references. Mid range on price compared with the other companies that came out. When the crew showed up they got right to work, they are a hard working group of guys took two days to complete my roof, never failed to see a smile on their face. They also helped me with any questions. Would have given them 5 stars but it took a couple days to get my gutters replaced. Also took advantage of their coupon on Yelp.
