We received several bids for our deck project. John's was not the lowest bid but it was not the highest either and came in well within what I was expecting our deck project to cost. After meeting with John and coming up with a plan we were confident that we made the right choice. John was very easy to work with and very professional.
We replaced a 20 year old wood deck with all new modern materials from the ground up. John and his crew built us a fantastic new deck that is much stronger than the old one and looks fantastic! John is a craftsman and takes real pride in his work and it shows.

I called Allender on a Friday night and he promptly came out & repaired the leak that same night. He was quick in coming out and spent time fixing the leak for me. I will definately use this company for any other leak issues and to replace the roof for me in the near future, and his pricing was very reasonable

These guys did an outstanding job putting a new roof on our house and garage. John and his crew went above and beyond at every turn to ensure our roof was done properly and now it’s better than new! I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again on some other projects. I’m so impressed I won’t even bother getting bids from other companies. During a rainy day, we had a minor leak coming from our bathroom vent. I called about five roof repair company and none was as responsive as John. Once I got off the phone with him in the early morning, he was on the way within two hours. John takes great pride in what he does and it shows by the quality of his work. He repaired my roof with a very reasonable price. We need more people like John who is honest, takes pride and focuses on high quality workmanship.

Allender Construction just finished replacing my back fence. It was old and the recent windstorms blew it down. John Allender and his efficient crew-tore down the rest of the back fence, took old fence away and put up new back fence in two days! This is a company that cares about their clients, are personable and reasonable pricewise. Excellent work. They knew what they were doing, made sure they cleaned up after themselves, and made sure that I as the homeowner was happy with the job they had done. I highly recommend. You can trust them to do a great job! And the best part is-they do all kinds of construction jobs. Hey, I need all the trim in my house painted...I hope they can do that when I am ready!

Allender was the 4th company I contacted to repair my fence. The other companies said they were too busy or didn't get back to me at all. Allender came out immediately gave me a quote and repaired the fence the day after Thanksgiving. They were professional and very personable. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with this contractor! It was obvious both he and his crew take a lot of pride in there work. He replaced and repaired my shop roof / gutters. He was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but John and his crew did excellent work! Very friendly guys with great attitudes. The fence turned out better than expected. I had two side gates and an entrance gate installed, they open smoothly and look great! Highly recommend you use them if you are in need of work.

I have not needed this service but an acquaintance of mine was very pleased with the work and attitude of John and his crew. GREAT JOB!
